Unsere Luxuswohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmern (PineCone 822) verfügt über eine aktualisierte Küche mit Granitoberflächen, Geräten aus Edelstahl, einem Gaskamin im Hauptwohnbereich und einer privaten Terrasse. Das Hotel liegt in einem Pinienwald und bietet eine abgeschiedene Aussicht.

Das Pinecone Unit 822 genießt eine zentrale Lage in der Schönheit der San Juan Mountains im Tamarron Resort. Diese entzückende Ferienmiete ist vor kurzem umgestaltet worden und hat neue Einrichtungsgegenstände. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 65-Zoll-SMART-Fernseher, einen gemütlichen Kamin und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa mit einer bequemen Schaumstoffmatratze. Die moderne Küche bietet alles, was der Küchenchef der Familie für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten zu Hause benötigt. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 4 Personen und es gibt auch 2 Barhocker an der Küchentheke. Das Badezimmer auf der Hauptebene verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner. Das Deck blickt auf eine hübsche Rasenfläche mit riesigen Kiefern. Die große Loft-Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Schreibtisch, ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche, einen großen Kleiderschrank, Blick auf die großen Kiefern aus den großen Fenstern des Master-Schlafzimmers und einen 42-Zoll-Fernseher. Die Kinder in der Familie werden es genießen, draußen auf der Wiese vom Deck spielen zu können.

Es gibt auch einen Winter-Ski-Shuttle, der um 9:05 Uhr abfährt und um 16:05 Uhr vom Fegefeuer zurückkehrt.

Stornierungsbedingungen: Eine Zahlung von 300 $ ist zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung erforderlich. Diese Zahlung in Höhe von 300 USD wird auf den Gesamtbetrag angerechnet und ist nur innerhalb von 72 Stunden nach der Buchung erstattbar. Wenn Sie innerhalb von 45 Tagen nach der Buchung anreisen, muss der Gesamtbetrag zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung bezahlt werden. Bei Stornierungen oder Änderungen, die zu einem verkürzten Aufenthalt führen und innerhalb von fünfundvierzig (45) Tagen vor dem Ankunftsdatum erfolgen, verfällt der gesamte Buchungsbetrag, während Stornierungen, die mehr als fünfundvierzig (45) Tage vor Ihrer Ankunft erfolgen, verfallen Die Zahlung in Höhe von 300 USD zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung. Bei Buchungen von mindestens dreißig (30) Nächten erhöht sich die Stornierungsfrist auf sechzig (60) Tage vor dem Ankunftsdatum. Wir bieten eine Reiseversicherung an.

Perfect Accommodations

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The layout was perfect for our family. We did a lot of cooking and were pleasantly surprised by the well stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer were such a great addition- I honestly could have packed 1/2 as much clothes if I would have really thought about it. The location is great. Not quite in Perg but also just far enough away from Durango.

Outstanding experience!

This was a lovely property! Well appointed. Really comfortable bed and linens. Clean. The community amenities were awesome- fitness center, pools and hot tub. The club restaurant and bar at Tamarron had delicious food and great service. I would certainly want to stay here again.

Nice restaurants and gym. The property was well appointed with everything we needed including a washer and dryer. My only recommendation would be to have reading lamp near couch and chairs. A few light bulbs were burned out. We will defined be back.

Great place. Would stay here again.

Great location between Durango and Purg. Place is really great and updated. Cozy feel with fire place. Unit is close to bar and restaurant so walking is an option. Great property and lodge has great pools and gym. We had two adults and two small boys. Only recommendations to owners is to replace master bed. Springs on one side had me rolling toward edge but not that big of a deal. Also, check some of the lights/bulbs in lower bathroom, was pretty dim and light was on and off. Great place and would highly recommended.

The unit was comfortable, well-equipped, quiet and conveniently located for our purposes. We chose the property for access to hiking, fall scenery, golf and other resort amenities. The drive into Durango was very reasonable and we enjoyed the restaurants and shopping found there. We timed the fall color perfectly (9/26 to 10/7) and seeing the gorgeous golden Aspens with early snow on the mountain tops was a highlight of the trip. We would happily stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: Check-in at the lodge was very friendly, but the TVs didn't work, there was no coffee, and the cleaning staff was rude. Requested late check-out (for two nights at 1k -10am is too early), which was granted, but the cleaning staff showed up and was as obnoxiously rude as possible. Sorry if we inconvenienced them, geez!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself is very nice, comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The unit has its own entrance - no elevators to deal with. Although most of the place has black out curtains, there are some windows in the master loft that do no have window coverings. If you plan to sleep in and need it to be dark, I'd suggest a sleep mask. Our communication with the management company was quick and easy. All in all, the place is great and I don't believe the pictures do it justice.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For our first time in Durango, overall we were happy with our stay. The location was nice for being between downtown Durango and Purgatory. There is a complex shuttle to Purgatory, it is also an easy drive (and parking was never a problem around town or Purgatory). Having the restaurant behind the unit (walkable) was also a nice perk with most dining options closed/not close to the complex (they also have a little market). We didn't use the fitness center or pool, but the amenities looked nice. The unit had great updates, furniture was nice and the layout was perfect for our family. The deck was nice and access to the property was perfect (no elevator or shared door). The fireplace was not working, but our main issue was we had a problem with dog hair. There is absolutely no way the unit was vacuumed or the floors cleaned. Having a non-shedding dog at home it was a disappointment to have dog hair all over our clothes everyday and to come home with dog hair.

Dreamy first family ski vacation

We cannot wait to come back and definitely would try to book this place again! There were so many additional extra charms that we didn’t plan on or know about. There was heavy snowfall when we were there and there was a small little area where my kids could play in the snow and use the sled provided for us right outside the patio so I could watch them! There’s also an awesome tubing hill just a short walk from the property and the price is so beautiful and large many people were snow shoe-ing. On site restaurant was delicious and so convenient to grab food to bring to our place. Everything was newly updated and beautifully furnished. We love the short drive to purgatory and that you also have the option to take the shuttle. The indoor pool was a fun experience in the winter and a hot tub outside in the snow under the stars was great. The only downside was that there was quite a bit of dog fur. Although the place was very clean there was dog fur on the pull out couch and in the dryer vents and in places around the corners of the baseboard. I unfortunately I’m allergic to dog hair so I had to make sure to wash my hands and take my allergy meds in case! I was a little confused by this because I don’t think pets are allowed. Other than this, we would love to return in the spring or summer and enjoy some golf and fishing. Thank you for the wonderful family memories.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great experience, the location is very quiet and plenty of room. The AC went out which was pretty brutal for sleeping because the bedroom is in the loft with no vents to have cooled it before going out. They did provide a standing fan which helped. The next day maintenance came and fixed it right away - AC was back in two hours, however, by that time the inside temp was 79 degrees so it took a while for it to cool.

Super clean but needs improvement

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and very clean. Had a few issues that prevent me from giving a higher rating. The public WiFi was horrible and we were not provided with the passcode for the unit Wifi. That resulted in having to rent a co-working space in town for the days that we worked @ $60 per day. Kitchen is not well equipped if you actually like to cook. The windows in the upstairs loft do not open and as a result, it's quite warm upstairs, even with the AC on. We had an issue with a pump on the HVAC running all night, and the property management was very responsive. The repairman couldn't find an issue and it repeated on the last night of our stay. Awake half the night again and that led to being very tired at the beginning of a 13 hour drive. Overall, would rate a B minus.

Great spot for a nature get away

We enjoyed being up the mountain close to Purgatory but yet still close to town. The property layout was really cool. A huge bedroom over looking the lounge room with fireplace. I look forward to going back to play golf.

Mountain Getaway

My girlfriend and I were very pleased with the location to the ski resort, aesthetics, and how easy it was to check-in and check-out of the property. Most of all this condo was spotless when we arrived and found it to be one of the cleanest we have stayed in. This made our experience more enjoyable then we could have imagined while vacationing during a pandemic. Highly recommend booking this place to hangout and relax after a long day of mountain adventures!
