Ein wunderschönes Parketthaus in einem historischen Maywood in North Arlington. Zentral zu Washington DC Attraktionen gelegen. Sie haben die gesamte Etage mit eigener Küche und Eingang. Drei Schlafzimmer, zwei mit Doppelbetten und ein mit zwei Einzelbetten. Perfekt für eine Familie oder eine Gruppe. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bus, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Fahrradverleih, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Lebensmittelgeschäft und den Restaurants, 15 Minuten Fahrt zum Weißen Haus und zum Nationalmall, wo sich alle Denkmäler und Museen befinden.

Absolutely perfect

From the beginning to the end everything was so perfect. The host is kind and helpful. The house is clean and well equipped for cooking or just hanging out. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while on vacation. We will definitely be back!!

Repeat Rental

This was our second time staying with Miloud in Arlington. The neighborhood is beautiful! So convenient to everything we wanted to do. The house is clean, and Miloud responds very quickly if any questions arise. We hope to visit again!

Batchelor Pad perfectly appointed and situated near DC

Location was excellent. Host was responsive. Check-in seamless. Nothing was fancy but everything was functional. This place has no designer touch - plants are wilted, pictures are askew, etc. On the other hand, the price is right and the whole place just works. Safeway is 2 blocks away as is the Capital Bike Share. It was perfect for my son, brother, and I and I would stay here again. My wife might have felt it was a bit outdated.

Perfect fit for us

Stayed here while visiting DC with my family of 5. The location is 15-20 minutes from most tourist attractions. Easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet. The host was vwry responsive and accomodating. Overall this house fit our needs perfectly.

Great Place to Stay

The house was in a great neighborhood, especially since we were traveling with my our grandchildren. It was clean and the check-in process was simple. It's close to D.C. and all the sights. Our host, Miloud, was very gracious given our grandchildren are two and under and were up early. We would definitely stay there again!

Washington holiday

Perfect location for exploring Washington, especially if you want to do self catering (a big Safeway very near). Ubers are quick rides to the main Washinton sites (20min on average). Miloud always available to make your stay comfortable.

Classic neighborhood

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood has classic homes with beautiful gardens, trees, and landscapes. We woke each morning to lots of bird song. Definitely a busy suburban area, but that’s what you get with such close convenient access to the city. Five minute walk to the grocery store and a delicious Thai restaurant! Quick pick ups with Uber into the city each day. Very responsive owner. Clean. Thanks so much!

Comfortable, clean, good location

This house is comfortable, clean and in a good location which are the 3 most important things I look for. It isn't fancy so look elsewhere if that is what you want. However it is an unbeatable value if you compare it to the local hotels.

Excellent House Close to Washington, D.C. Attractions

This house worked out perfectly for our visit to the area. We went into Washington, D.C. many days and driving in was a breeze from this property. Everything we wanted to see was within a 20 minute drive from the house. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The floors are creaky, but we knew that from another review. The neighborhood is safe and a grocery store is within walking distance.

Stay in Virginia

The shower did not work. The owner did get back to us after several hours and fix the problem. Because of the delay in getting back to us we rented a hotel room. They graciously allowed us to cancel the same day so we were not out any money. In my opinion this property is very mediocre and does not deserve the rating it has on line.

Comfortable for family

We enjoyed our stay and it was very accommodating for a family. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, nice to have access to a washer/dryer. Neighborhood was quiet and comfortable and accessible to all you need. Street itself was pretty tight with a lot of street parking that made getting in and out of the driveway challenging so plan accordingly.

Great Stay

This beautiful home was located in a quiet neighborhood and was very close to everything we needed. The home was well kept and clean. We had enough space for a family of 6 (4 adults and 2 teens). Then beds were comfortable and the sheets were all clean. We will definitely stay here again when visiting D.C.

Très bon séjour

La maison est très agréable, calme, bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Proche du centre de Washington en bus. Supermarché à 5 minutes à pied et station service proche si on est en voiture. Le propriétaire nous a alerté rapidement d’un risque de tempête et donc de risque de coupure de courant. Il a été très prévoyant. Je recommande vivement.

Perfect location to DC. Plenty of beds

There were perfect things about this house. Plenty of beds, washer and dryer, wonderful kitchen, driveway parking, clean house and above all - it was THE PERFECT location to visit DC and easy walking distance to bus/metro and grocery store. However, the beds were HARD, the washer and dryer minuscule, and the floors were VERY creaky. We still had a great stay

Conveniently located clean house

We came to DC for 5 days. The house was clean and the mattress I slept on was firm, which I like. It is very close to a bus stop (walking distance) which took us to the Roslyn Metro station. The neighborhood is generally very nice. The landlord responded quickly when I had questions. We would definitely stay here again!
