Das Hotel liegt im 4. Stock (oben) mit Blick auf Kama'ole Beach III. Kam III ist ein familienfreundlicher Strand mit Picknicktischen, Schnorcheln, etwas Schatten und Rettungsschwimmern, die tagsüber im Einsatz sind. Sie haben auch einen Kinderspielplatz.

Wir stellen sicher, dass diese Wohnung bequem ist, weil wir hier vier Monate im Jahr leben. Die Veranda ist groß und bietet Platz für Mahlzeiten im Freien oder zum Entspannen in der Chaiselongue.

Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind komfortabel mit Blick auf das Meer und tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Die Küche bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich Gewürzen und einem Reiskocher.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen zusätzlichen Fernseher und ein eigenes Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, die in ein Kingsize-Bett umgewandelt werden können (Kingsize-Bettwäsche wird gestellt).

Great condo - great location!

This condo is so conveniently located and really well stocked! All of the kitchen, linen and beach toys/chairs/coolers you could need. It got a bit warm in the afternoon (mid to late Feb) however it was not a concern once we set up the fans! The view from the big lanai is beautiful, and the view of the whales and the sunset from the beach right across the street is amazing. There were three big turtles in the water as well when we took a quick snorkel!!

Awesome stay!

The location of the condo is perfect! Cross the road and you are at one of the best beaches. The place has every you need for the stay - an awesome well equipped kitchen to beach stuff for the kids. You will find a lot of cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Our family of four had a great stay in Maui.

This condo was well beyond our expectations! Fully stocked with all of the amenities for daily living, plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards and right on the beach! The condo was perfectly located across the street from the beach. When we arrived Lisa Sue, the property manager, was there to greet us. She’s absolutely friendly and helpful! Overall, everything was made easy during our stay. 5 stars for comfort, location, cleanliness and value. I would recommend staying at Maui Parkshore condos!

Liked location across the street from kam 3 beach. Enjoyed view of ocean. Street was vey noisy. Stayed on 4th floor, elevator very far from unit and used stairs. Did not have ac and was hot in afternoon and nights. Could definitely use ac.

This condo has everything you need from kitchen supplies, beach supplies, laundry and beautiful ocean view every day from your wall of windows. 2 bedrooms across from each other with 2 full baths made our family of 4 a restful, relaxing, stress-free vacation.

Excellent location, clean place!

We had a great stay at this Kihei condo! The view of the ocean is unmatched, such a great location. The condo was clean and very well stocked, it had everything we needed, lots of kitchen and bathroom items. No A/C but the fans kept us cool enough. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic condo

I have stayed in Kihei 10+ times and this is the best condo we've had. Great location with ocean views and a huge lanai, comfortable beds, and already stocked with everything you might need, from spices to super glue to beach gear. This would be my first choice next time I'm on Maui.

First trip to Hawaii

This was my very first trip to Hawaii. I will definitely be back and will definitely book this condo again. Very clean. Had beach chairs, snorkels (which I lost one , I replaced it). Dishes, coffee machine, towels, shampoo etc! Everything I didn’t want to bring on this trip, this condo provided. The owner was very accommodating when I asked if we could check in early, due to my flight being early. The beach is right across the street. The only thing is I would like air conditioning , but the weather was beautiful and we lived without it. You will enjoy your stress free stay when choosing this condo. Maui Parkshore is Paradise

We wake up fully rested thanks to the amazing mattresses. The first sounds are the surf and tropical birds. There's a kitchen so don't have to make ourselves presentable for breakfast. The beach is family friendly and literally across the street. It's a quick walk to stores, restaurants and the pub. Sitting back on the balcony watching the Maui sunset and stars overhead is a wonderful way to end the day.

Fabulous Stay!

We had a fabulous stay at Marians condo! We had stayed at Maui Parkshore before and love the location & proximity to the beach ! The condo was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and our family of 5 was very comfortable. We were slightly worried about not having AC being on the top floor facing the afternoon sun but every evening there was a great breeze and the condo was always VERY comfortable for sleeping ! We will definitely be back again 😊

Perfect Maui Rental With Amazing Location

Very clean place right across the street from a beautiful beach which was perfect for boogie boarding as well as snorkeling. We also saw many turtles swimming right by us. Beds were comfortable and my adult son even said the pullout couch was pretty comfortable, which was not expected. The Lanai was amazing! It directly faces the beach and had plenty of chairs along with a dining table where we spent almost all our time when at the condo. The host was very easy to deal with and replied to any questions right away. We would definitely stay there again.

Maui spring vacation

Property was exactly as listed. Perfect location right across the street from Kamaole park III. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening. Unit was well stocked with nice cookware, cutlery and dishes. Beds were very comfortable. Everything you need for the beach was in the closet - beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. Marian goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. A couple of the patio chairs had legs that were bent, but there were several chairs available so it really wasn’t an issue. We would highly recommend this unit and love to return in the future.

Larry's mom lived in Kihei since 1969 and we knew that we would like to spend a great deal of our time there. Although we both still love to ski and spend all winter in Tahoe we enjoy going to Maui for a couple of months after the resort closes and after Labor Day until just before Thanksgiving.

Kama'ole beach parks is one of the nicest on the island of Maui. It is very family friendly with great snorkeling and lifeguards for the timid. The views from the lanai allow you to take it all in.
