The Fantastic Getaway ist ein 1850 sf. Stadthaus im Coral Ridge Resort mit einer Garage für 1 Auto. Dieses Stadthaus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 1/2 Bäder. Es ist mit Upgrades geladen. Granitplatten, Fliesenböden, verbesserte Geräte, Frontlader Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe. Es gibt eine Master-Suite im Erdgeschoss mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Schreibtisch, 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten, 4. Schlafzimmer hat ein voll über voll Etagenbett und ein Futon. Es hat auch eine Xbox 360 und verschiedene Spiele. Es gibt auch eine zusätzliche Doppelmatratze.

Alle Zimmer verfügen über LED-Fernseher, Smart / DVD / Blu-ray-Player und Kabel. Schlafmöglichkeiten für 10 bis 12 in Betten. 10 Erwachsene, 12 Kinder. Kostenloses Highspeed-Internet (WiFi) ist ebenfalls enthalten. Private Terrasse mit Speisen im Freien und Erdgas-Grill. Dieses Gebiet hat eine schöne Aussicht auf Zions und Pine Valley Mountain. Wonder week at Fantastic Getaway visiting National Parks

We just spent a week at Fantastic Getaway and had a great time. The condo is very clean and comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for preparing meals and relaxing. It was the perfect place for us to use as our home base for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Zion National Park was an easy 40 minute drive to the main visitor center, and a 25 minute drive to the Kolob Canyon entrance. Bryce Canyon National Park was only a 2 hour drive making this an easy day trip. There are also lots of state parks in the area with plenty of beautiful hiking trails. There are 2 heated pools and spas available for guests and it was lovely to relax in the spa after a long day of hiking. The only downside to our week was that it was spring break so the spas and pools were crowded with little kids. It would be nice if the homeowners association made one pool and spa adults only, at least in the evening. If we travel to Southern Utah again in the future, we would love to stay at Fantastic Getaway again!!

Great stay!

The property was in a great location and on quiet streets which I appreciate with kids. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful! The house worked perfectly for us. Plenty of space and I appreciated all of the extra pillows and blankets to ensure comfort. There were a couple areas that were missed on the cleaning, but that is my only concern.

Newer and clean townhouse. Plenty of room.

Clean and updated townhouse. My only quibble is mattresses were all very soft pillow tops and I prefer a firmer mattress but that's me I guess.

Great place for a group to stay !

It truly was a Fantastic Getaway. The bunk beds in one room were a challenge for seniors, but the futon made it work. The pools and hot tubs were welcome relief after playing sports and hiking. We had a couple very minor issues, and the property management team was very quick to respond and resolve the issues. We would definitely stay again - for another fantastic experience.

Great stay!

The location was fabulous. The neighborhood was very put together. The fishing pond was so fun and the two pools and two hot tubs were heated and very comfortable despite it being a bit chilly. The home was very very clean and had everything we needed for cooking. There were a few things that were overlooked that made our stay just below perfect (broken pack and play, not enough swim towels, very dull knives, missing remote batteries, smoke alarm went off every time we used the oven which didn’t bake evenly, toaster struggled, flat pillows, no plastic cups for kids etc). But these were very small things. The grill was helpful and there was plenty of seating for everyone to use while eating. Communication was so quick. There was shampoo, conditioner and soap and the laundry and dishwasher pods were available. Overall we would totally recommend staying here!

Best VRBO experience we've ever had

Came for a girl's trip with 5 adult women. We were all happy with the VRBO and no one in our group had any issues/complaints to send to the host. (First time for our group) Perfectly clean, well stocked kitchen of dishes and cooking ware, everyone felt their beds and pillows were comfortable, plenty of towels and blankets, beautiful and safe feeling neighborhood, great community pool and hot tub, easy entry and clear instructions from host. Truly had zero complaints, we loved it. Would feel lucky to stay here again. This host has figured out what people want with their VRBO experience! Thank you!

Central location for exploring Southern Utah

We were grateful for all the space in this condo. While we didnt need four bedrooms, they were all nicely furnished and three had a bathroom. The courtyard was nice and quiet and we enjoyed just sitting out there to eat. The kitchen was adequately stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and small appliances. We were well accommodated. the communication on the check in and out days were timely and we enjoyed going to one of the pools.

Great home to stay in…

The house was exactly as pictured and gave us a perfect place to unwind after exploring Zion. Any questions we had were answered quickly-I have no complaints whatsoever. :) There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space.

Enjoyed our stay!

The property was really great! We would stay here again. For those considering this, here are some things to think about: Positives: There was a cooler and scooters in the garage. It was well stocked in terms of linens, kitchen items, and baby items (play pen, high chair). I had three kids in the bunk room and they LOVED it. The property manager was very responsive and let us check in a few hours early. Negatives: We had to drive at least 15 minutes to get where we wanted to go. A location closer to St. George may have been better for us. The master bedroom mattress is REALLY firm. It didn't bother me, but may bother others. They need to go through the linens and remove those that are stained or damaged (holes, etc.). We used the outdoor heated pool on our stay in November and the water wasn't a comfortable temperature. It was too cold for me and we didn't go back.
