In der Nähe der Gegend von Los Mojones gelegen, dem höchsten Standard von Puerto del Carmen, präsentieren wir Ihnen stolz Ihre Villa La Retreat, eine komplett umgebaute Villa, die ab Ende Juli 2015 (vor kurzem im Juli 2017 renoviert) verfügbar ist.

Diese ganz besondere Villa befindet sich im untersten Teil von Los Mojones, 1/4 Meile entfernt von einem großen Supermarkt, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu Pubs, Restaurants und Einkaufszentrum, 7 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt und dem Hafen und 10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt in einer Sackgasse, umgeben von Villen, was es zu einer einzigartigen Kombination macht; eine sehr ruhige Umgebung, ideal für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt, aber sehr nah an Annehmlichkeiten und Dienstleistungen.
La Retreat ist eine komplett unabhängige und private 145m² große Villa mit hohen Vulkawänden, auf einem 800m² großen Grundstück und verfügt über einen privaten Parkplatz für 2 Autos.

Das Äußere hat einen privaten 7m x 3m (24ft x 11ft) beheizten Swimmingpool (beheizt November-April, außerhalb dieser Zeit, gegen 100 Euro Gebühr), schöne Gärten mit gewachsenen Bäumen, eine gebaute Barbaque mit eigenem Essbereich unter einem Pfefferbaum, und ein Außen Dining-Bereich und eine Kühlzone, unter der Pergola in der Front der Villa. Es verfügt auch über einen Billardtisch und einen separaten Außenbereich mit einer Tischtennisplatte.

Im Inneren, ein Wohnzimmer zum Garten hin geöffnet, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, 3 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und ein extra Badezimmer.

Das Wohnzimmer, bestehend aus der Vorderseite der Villa mit Blick auf den Pool, viel Licht, ein Essbereich für 6 Personen offen nach außen, ein Flachbild-FullHD SmartTV 50 "TV mit voller SkyTV UK einschließlich Sport, Filme und Unterhaltung, ein CD / MP3 / Radio Player und viele Bücher in Englisch.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Ceranfeld, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Wasserkocher und natürlich Besteck, Messerset, Pfannen ...
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Doppelbett, eine Klimaanlage und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Haartrockner.
Jedes der anderen Zweibettzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten, Klimaanlage und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Einer von ihnen hat auch ein Bidet.
Es gibt ein zusätzliches Badezimmer in jedem Schlafzimmer.
Das Haus verfügt über eine eingebaute Safebox, die kostenlos zur Verfügung steht.
Kostenloses WLAN ist in der Unterkunft verfügbar.

Alle Preise beinhalten 4 Personen.

Large, comfortable villa

A great place for our family of four. Another 2 would have fitted in easily as there were so many bathrooms. Comfortable beds, a nice outdoor area and good communication with Nacho who brought much needed ping pong bats !

Ideal Getaway

We were a group of two couples who spent a fantastic week at La Retreat Villa. The process of check-in & check-out was seamless and the host kindly provided a late check out to assist with the airport transfer. The villa itself was well equiped with everything we needed and was peacefully quiet both day and night. The location was great, a small walk of about 15 mins downhill to the old town harbour with numerous bars & restaurants. We took our time and the walk uphill was never an issue. The outside terrace area and heated pool were wonderful, with the choice to be in the sunshine or shade. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return and can recommend the villa.

Excellent week

6 Adults stayed for a week. 3.good en-suite bedrooms, good kitchen although only used for breakfasts. Good to have a heated pool. The only slight niggle and it is being picky is that the sunbeds could be a bit more comfortable. Overall a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property. You do need to be quite fit to walk home from the town at night but don't let that put you off.

Wonderful villa book with confidence

Ramon was brilliant from start to end. The villa is even bigger than it seems online and was fully equipped with everything we could need for the 6 of us. We travelled with our two children (7 and 10) and their grandparents. Having 3 bathrooms was fab and the beds were really comfortable. It is a decent walk down to the strip, we just took our time and it was fine! Ramon was really helpful with any questions we had and I fully recommend this villa to everyone. Our boys absolutely loved the ping pong and pool table (and the giant TV with English Netflix, Disney etc for down time!).

Fabulous villa

Only a short drive from airport. Ramon was in regular contact from booking to arrival. Also stepped in when we left an iPhone in a taxi. Managed to track it down and arranged for us to be picked up by taxi!!! Above and beyond. Villa is spacious and well equipped. Pool is perfect. Good security with Alarm and safe. Walk into town is bit hilly. No problem for us.but maybe to some. Shops and restaurants within 5 to 10 mins. Would definitely book again 😍

La Retreat in Puerta Del Carmen

We had a fantastic stay during our time at la Retreat as the name suggests it was the perfect place to relax and have a chilled out holiday. The host Ramon was very quick to respond to any queries we had. The villa had everything you ever need, pool was a good temperature, had an outside terrace which was perfect when you needed to come out of the sun and it was all very private (nothing overlooked onto the back with the pool / terrace). Inside there was a good size living room, with large smart TV, good size kitchen with everything and there are also 3 good size bedrooms, a new large wetroom shower and double sinks plus there was also another 3 toilets including 2 showers. Location wise again was perfect only 10 minutes walk into centre of old town or about 15mins to Playa Blanca beach which has a very long promenade which has alot of bars/ restaurants along it. Would highly recommend and will go back in the future.

Great Villa- but if you have mobility issues not for you

Great Villa, however distance to amenities not far but hilly, we had to get a taxi everywhere due to mobility issues. Place could do with permanent cleaner for outside as we had to sweep up leaves at least twice a day due to so many trees in garden shedding. Had few problems but Ramon sorted very quickly. Kitchen very equips, but could do with shower slip mats. Comfortable double bed but others not comfortable at all. Would seek something nearer strip when returning.

A unique place we will definitely remember and can definitely recommend !

We are truly delighted that we booked Villa La Retreat. It is marvellous. Holidays for us are about new, positive experiences and creating new memories and our stay here has provided both. We have loved the spacious accommodation, the 3 bedrooms - each with ensuite bathroom- and excellent wardrobe space and comfortable beds, the comfy lounge and dining areas, the verandah with the seating and the dining areas and the pool and garden area have ALL been ideal. The villa is well equipped, too. The location is ideal- it's a quiet area where we have loved hearing the birds sing! It's a short taxi journey from the airport (taxi 22 Euros/ Sun Transfers 32 Euros). 3 good supermarkets (Lidl, Hyperdino and Spar) and the El Burro restaurant - we went there 8 times, given it's excellent service/menu options and food! - are all within 10 minutes walk, plus, if required, taxis to Avenida la Playa or the Old Town area are reliable/inexpensive. The cleaning/maid service (3hrs per visit), garden (1hr per visit) and the pool services have been effective and regular. The large soft bath towels and good size pool towels which were changed at each maid visit were great. The weather during our 1 month stay was good - SO much better than at home!! Ignacio's helpful support throughout the booking process and in preparation for and during our visit was great. There are a few areas (wear and tear) for an even better experience which we shared with Ignacio but we thoroughly recommend La Retreat

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely family stay in La Retreat. It's in a great location very close to a Spar (to pick up essentials), bars and restaurants and a shopping centre. You will find everything you need within walking distance. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and was very comfortable. There are a couple of things to note: The house is just off a main street - down a gravel driveway so it took us a couple of minutes to find it on arrival in the dark. (It had been pointed out to us in the instructions) It's a bit of a climb back to the house. We found it absolutely fine but I imagine it would be tricky with young kids. There were no supplies n the house (just a bottle of water)so you do need to pick up all essentials when you arrive

A great stay

We had a lovely time, great location, walkable to mall, shops, beach, restaurants of which there are an abundance, but away enough that it's lovely and quiet If we didn't feel particularly active there was plenty to do around the villa with the swimming pool, pool table and choice of outdoor furniture. to lounge around on. With teens it's great to have their own space and an en-suite in every room was a bonus too! Any queries we had were answered immediately. I can definitely recommend this villa and Ramon as a host.

Lovely secluded villa

We stayed for 6 nights in February at La Retreat with another family and had a super time. The location is perfect with a short walk to shops and a little further to centre of Puerto del Carmen. Set in a secluded area you feel - like the name of the villa - you are in a little retreat. The villa was very nice and in particular the heated pool was fantastic. We realised the difference when dipping our toes in the unheated pool in a nearby restaurant! Communication with the owner Ramón was great throughout and he was very helpful with questions/requests. Our first winter sun holiday and we are definitely planning to do it again after this experience.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed for a week in Feb/Mar with 4 adults, a 2 year old and a 3 month old. We had a great time and Ramon was amazing. The island had been uncharacteristically cold and Ramon arranged for a heater for us. Beds were great, spacious living area and the pool was a perfect temperature. The walk to the beach, shops and restaurants is only around 10-15 mins but can be quite difficult with a pram as it’s very hilly and inconsistent pavements. That being said, it’s doable and worth it. Would absolutely stay again

Great stay at La Retreat!

We booked 6 nights at La Retreat over the February Half Term. The Villa lived up to its description and previous reviews. We couldn’t fault it! Rámon was an excellent host, communicating quickly and easily by WhatsApp or phone call. Our boys (14&10) loved the pool, whilst we enjoyed some winter sun. Great location for the old harbour area to enjoy a sunset dinner or lazy lunch and an easy stroll downhill to the local supermarket. All of the facilities were as described and the beds were very comfy. We’ll definitely be back for another stay at La Retreat!

Great location with excellent outdoor area

We had a lovely week at the villa.. Great location only 5 mins to shops and restaurants. Another few minutes to the beach. We walked everywhere. Ramon was great - responding to messages very quickly and giving us recommendations to eat out. My 2 boys age 8 and 10 loved the pool and the pool table.

Wonderful stay in beautiful villa

My family and I had a lovely stay. Ramón was a great host - very easy to communicate with. The villa itself was perfect for our needs - location is quiet but you’re in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything we needed (hairdryer, beach towels, washing machine) was provided. The highlight of the villa is definitely the outdoor space - the pool is gorgeous and we loved the outdoor seating areas. If we’d stayed longer for a week, we’d have used the bbq. Next time, definitely!

Fabulous villa!

Four of us stayed in this lovely villa for ten days and had a fantastic time. The villa is spacious and very well equipped, with everything you need for a great stay. Heated pool was a treat. The pool table was regularly used as was the BBQ. Half way through the holiday a maid came to clean and change the bedding and towels which was much appreciated. It was in a fantastic location within easy reach of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Ramon helped us with a couple of things and very kindly allowed us to check out later on our day of departure. We highly recommend this wonderful villa and wouldn’t hesitate in returning. Pleasant stay

The property is in a nice location with easy access to shops and restaurants. The villa is well equipped but we were disappointed not to have a welcome pack as we have had in other rentals in Lanzarote. Also a change of towels would have been nice. The villa was fairly clean although some of the under bedding didn't look like it had been changed. We did have a problem with the water supply mid week and were without running water for about 12 hours. The owner was unsure of the problem and resolution and it was a neighbour who eventually helped us reso;ve the problem.

Absolutely lovely!

Had a fantastic week at the end of November here at La Retreat. Everything was perfect, it was easy to find and very clean when we arrived. Everything is a short walk away which was perfect for us with two young children. Lidl is a 10 minute walk, which made it really easy to get anything you need. And there is a shopping centre also 10 minute walk away. Can not fault the house, and it is so quiet. Even though it is a short distance from everywhere it is still very private. Communication with Ramón was brilliant also, he replied very quickly if we needed help.
