Another great summer beach vacation

We love it here - and we must because this is our second year in a row at this vacation house. The location is wonderful and the house is beautiful and fully equipped with all of our needs. There is so much to do with the kayaks, pool, and general area. The owners are extremely kind and helpful too. We had a fantastic week and were bummed to go home.

Beathy Beach vacation

We have been going to Beathy Beach for many years. This house was my favorite place so far. It's in great location right behind Weis Markets. Just a short trip to the beach. We also like to fish and crab just a short trip to Holtz state park for fishing. Many great restaurants are near bye. I would definitely book this place again. Thanks again for the use of your home.

Bethany Beach Nearby Family Vacation

Great property overlooking Whites Creek. Location close to Bethany Beach and Ocean City MD. We went to beach, boardwalk, nearby water park, Assateague Refuge to see the wild ponies, and great seafood dining. We enjoyed the pool and the decks overlooking a beautiful creek and estuary.

Shawn and Jen are wonderful hosts! They are attentive and kind, checking in as needed and answering all of our questions. Bethany Beach Getaway

Our stay there was very nice! Lots of additional amenities! Wine, candy, snacks!! A nice touch! Sheets and towels provided. Love the swing on the porch! One small problem was the air conditioning. Raised the temperature because it was very cold and it would go back to 70 degrees each time. Was not comfortable being so cold. Very nice place to stay. Lovely neighborhood.

The place was great. Although the floors were a little dirty, by the looks of our socks at the end of the “first” day, but overall was clean. Also the bedrooms are a little tight. Overall We had a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse very much. It was nicely furnished and well stocked. Great view of the waterway from the back porch. The house was nicely decorated in beach decor but not over the top. Easy 10 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks on the water way. Owners were very responsive to our questions. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing property and location!

My family and I spent Christmas & New Year’s at this home.. We enjoyed our stay making family memories. The house is fully loaded with dishes, pots and pans. The location have plenty of stores in the area. Shawn & Jenny was very easy to contact if needed! All around beautiful home and we would definitely return!

Perfect Getaway

This is our second time renting this property, a great location for exploring the area and for us to enjoy photography and birding. The house is beautiful and so peaceful overlooking the water, it is absolutely spotless and the owners have provided everything you could possibly need for your stay. Quiet neighborhood and great water view

Our family of 8 adults stayed comfortably for a week. The master suite is very spacious. The other two bedrooms upstairs were tight, but adequate. The overall space in the home accommodated is well. Shawn and Jen are great hosts and very responsive. You can see they want to give their guests a great experience. It was an easy 7-10 minute drive to the beach and only a few minutes from Evans Park which had an awesome playground for little ones, a nice walking path, a Ninja warrior course for kids and/or adults, and 3 pickle ball courts which we enjoyed. The back patio overlooking the water was a very peaceful and relaxing space to enjoy.

Beautiful home on the water

What a stunning house, beautifully decorated, clean, bright and airy and stocked with everything you could want - a true home away from home. The area was amazingly quiet and relaxing and the welcome cookies and candy was very thoughtful on arrival. Hubby and I were birding and doing photography for the week and on our first morning a Bald Eagle flew right past the window and landed on the dock opposite, wonderful! My only small gripe would be for more information within the house as there were no instructions for the TV's upstairs which do not have cable access, not a problem as we were out every day so just used the main living area TV in the evenings, also we could find no recycling location within the development. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this home to anyone and we are considering returning at the end of next month if available again.

Beautiful townhouse!

Second time staying at this townhouse. We loved it so much we had to come back again! Everything is so convenient!. Pool is end of the block and the beach is a short ride. We all enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the beautiful water view! We highly recommend this townhouse!

Love this place!

We went with two families and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house is well maintained and well stocked. There is a beautiful view of a small creek that can be accessed from all 3 floors. This was our second year at this house and we had the best time!

Great access to Delaware Shore line!

The home was great for a big family dynamic, we have all young adult/teen children in our family. Plenty of bathing space and chill out space. Great/easy location to access parks along the Deleware shore line, and nice local town shops/restaurants. Home came with so much such as dishes spices, towels, beach supplies. Just bring clothes, 2 grocery stores within the mile.

Relaxing home

Our entire family enjoyed the home. Attractively decorated, comfortable furnishings. Incredibly clean. We especially enjoyed the deck that over looks the Indian river. Wonderful to hear and see the wildlife. The first level is great for young adults and teens. The bikes and kayaks that come with the home are a great bonus. Highly recommend this home. Kathryn

Wonderful getaway

We loved our stay at this property! Beautifully furnished and extremely clean. Five of us adults were at the townhouse and we never felt crowded, always had our private spaces but then would gather on the deck or in sunroom or living room to enjoy our time together. Also a great location close to the beaches and restaurants. We hope to return to this lovely vacation home.

Fantastic Vacation

We have stayed at numerous short term rentals through VRBO and this was hands down out favorite. Do not hesitate to book your stay. This will be our first choice whenever we return to Bethany Beach.
