Norway Hus ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen und Ihren Urlaub zu genießen.

Der Innenraum bietet viel Tageslicht, mit einer großen Küche, einem halben Bad und einer Waschküche, einem Theken-Essbereich und einem Esszimmer, einem Familienzimmer und einem separaten Wohnzimmer, das über die Treppe zu drei Schlafzimmern und einem Vollbad führt. Das Hauptschlafzimmer und das Bad auf der ersten Ebene sind geräumig und luxuriös. Wunderschön eingerichtet und doch lässig in Door County eingerichtet, machen dieses Haus zu etwas Besonderem.

Der bewaldete Hof ist auch toll! Ein Deck mit Tisch und Stühlen, BBQ-Grill und Feuerstelle sowie genügend Platz für Hofspiele für Familienspaß. Ein kurzer Spaziergang entlang der Anderson Lane zum Eagle Harbor, zu Restaurants, zur Bibliothek, zu Geschäften, zum Bootshafen und zum öffentlichen Strand ist ein zusätzlicher Vorteil. Eine große, geschlossene Veranda bietet ein Versteck und einen Spieltisch.

Wonderful Door County Stay

This house was perfect for our family’s get-together. It was immaculately clean and spacious, and its location was perfect for our family—near Ephraim’s Anderson Dock and near the delightful country roads. We just loved it!

Great house in a beautiful location and pet friendly!

Our family stayed in this lovely home and loved the house, yard and location. We were close to all the Door County place we enjoy. The house is located in a quiet, wooded area that's within walking distance to downtown. Super comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and cozy areas for the family to gather.

Large property with a Tranquil setting. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching various wildlife; rabbits, deer, squirrels and birds. It was close enough to the town to be able to walk everywhere. The house was fully stocked for cooking meals. The beds were comfortable.

Charming!

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Norway Hus! Not only is this a prime location with close proximity to Ephraim, Peninsula Park and Fish Creek, the home is VERY clean and well stocked. We visited with grandparents and adult children and there was plenty of room to spread out for everyone. The property manager was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. We will be back!

Lovely and very spacious home located in an ideal spot in Ephraim

This is a lovely home and has much more space than the photos show. Everything was very clean. Very comfortable beds too which made for a very restful sleep alter spending all day outdoors. Everything you need is provided. Excellent yard for the kids to play plus a fire pit! We loved the back deck. Close enough to walk to the Ephraim Yacht Club, restaurants, water, etc.We definitely recommend.this home.

Ephraim is a great location for Door County. Kind of a midpoint on the peninsula for our activities. Norway Hus was a perfect location about a half mile walk to Rt 42, it is very quiet yet close to the action. Kristy was a most considerate host, and I can’t recommend her enough.

We rented the Norway Hus for our annual family trip to Door County. We had a fabulous time. It’s an older home, with all the charm that goes with the home of that era, but with all modern conveniences. It was so clean, comfy, and cozy, and a perfect location. Lovely home for a family gathering

Located in a quiet forested residential neighborhood this home was the perfect place for a summer vacation. Large trees shaded a lawn for kids to play while adults relaxed on a backyard patio or large front parch. There is a large well equipped kitchen, den/TV room, large dinning room as well as a front sitting room. Every room is tastefully decorated to add to a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere, We can’t wait ro come back.

This property looks "vintage" on the photo, but is very updated and modern on the inside. It's very spacious with three separate sitting/living/dining room areas, a large kitchen and four bedrooms. It's exceptionally clean. Plenty of towels are available, coffee and filters. Bring your own spices if you're planning to cook. Lots of outdoor space if you have a large group. Our group of four friends enjoyed our visit to this property very much. We would definitely return.

Great stay!

The property was perfect for our family of five and two dogs, with plenty of space for everyone and good WiFi for those of us who had to work. The dogs loved having room to run around outside, too. The house was thoughtfully equipped, and everything we needed could be found in a drawer or cabinet. It’s about a 15 minute walk into Ephraim, which we did several times, or a short drive into either Ephraim or Sister Bsy. I would absolutely stay again. It would be GORGEOUS in the fall with the leaves changing.

My brother and I grew up coming to Door County but hadn’t been back with our young families since. We all absolutely loved staying at Norway Haus. The location was perfect, being close enough for a quick drive into town and also centrally located for exploring all of Door County. We loved the large property for lawn games (we brought our own croquet set) and the kids had space to throw a frisbee, kick the soccer ball and run around. We spent lots of time on the back deck and enjoyed seeing lots of wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, and a porcupine. The beds were comfortable and the enclosed front porch was great for late night adult cards and games as not to disturb the sleeping house.

Quiet Ephraim Home

We had a very nice week in Ephraim staying at the Norway House. It is located very conveniently about .5 miles from Hwy 42 and the main street in Ephraim. We could walk to Wilson's for ice cream and anyplace else in Ephraim. The property was very nicely kept, everything we needed was there, the only thing I would ask for is perhaps a few more cooking pans or utensils - but that's being pretty picky. The home has a very nice central A/C unit which came in handy during our stay when temperatures were over 90 on some days. All beds were comfortable, the bedrooms worked well for our family of 5 and the WIFI helped us all stay in contact with work, etc. I'd definitely stay here again. Loved the quiet yard and the natural surroundings. Thanks to the owners for providing a very nice stay.

Family get together

This was our first experience in Door County. The area was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. This was a family get together with our adult children, seven total. The house was perfect. First off it was very clean. There is more than enough room with the size of the house for everyone to spread out between the living room, front porch and tv room. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen very well stocked with most everything we needed. The house was well supplied with towels, bathroom items, cleaning supplies, washing machine, etc. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets. The yard has a nice deck, grill, fire pit, fire wood and room for the dogs to run. The neighbors are a decent distance away giving us privacy. The house was very homey. It’s a short walk to town, but it is downhill. We enjoyed long walks, biking, miniature golf, hanging in the yard in our hammocks and playing with the dogs. We couldn’t have had a better rental. It’s a wonderful place for a sizable group.

Relaxing oasis

Very easy check in. The property is off the beaten path, very peaceful but still close the everything. Great morning walk down to the waterfront. Grandkids loved the big yard and fire pit. Everything you need is there. Very well kept up, comfy beds, kitchen well equipped. Loved the master bed retreat away from the other bedrooms.

We are life-long residents of Door County and have raised our two daughters here. We purchased this house from a family who summered here for about forty years. This house has so much character and the yard offers a private retreat for family and friends.
