Nice place very roomy

Beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms and space for our family of five. Great to have a washer and dryer on site. The kitchen itself is pretty barebones in the way of utensils and stocking. Nappe said we didn’t plan on using it anyway, as we didn’t come to Hawaii with an intent to cook for ourselves.It’s nice to have the beach chairs only thing really missing is some nice appropriately sized beach towels.

Loved it!

The condo was perfect for our family group. It was clean, spacious and had a great layout. Plenty of room for everyone. The beach chairs and umbrellas worked out perfect, we liked that a beach wagon was included to haul all of the gear. The property was very close to the beaches and shopping areas. Kauai was beautiful and we all had a wonderful vacation. I would love to visit this condo again!

A Beautiful Week in Kauai

We just finished our first trip to Kauai, staying on the south shore at Pili Mai, and it was a perfect week. While Pili Mai is not a resort, it is a well-maintained little condo community with good parking, a nice pool, hot tub and bbq area and an easy 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. There are several shops and restaurants a short walk away in a cute shopping center. Great convenient area in a very popular part of the island.I can't say enough positive things about our unit. It was on the ground floor and had three beds and baths, the perfect size for our family of 6. The unit was thoughtfully appointed with everything we could need, including all kitchen appliances, dishes, serve ware etc. There was a nicely organized closet with beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Each room was spotless and comfortable, with large tvs, plenty of towels, hangers and other necessities like trash bags, laundry detergent, and toiletries. The furnishings are in good condition and the fans and ac were lovely on warm evenings. We truly felt that all of our needs were met and enjoyed a wonderful week on this beautiful island. Can't wait to go back!

This is a gorgeous condo!! We were a multi-generational family and it was so nice for everyone to have space to be comfortable! We really enjoyed the 2 outdoor seating areas and the chickens that came up to say hello! It was also a great location….quiet, but close to beaches and dining! We walked to the local shopping area for the fabulous free Hula show! We would definitely stay here again!!

Short stay, but lovely

Gorgeous condo close to most things but out of the hustle area. We loved the downstairs location and the facilities were great! Our only issue was the arrival directions said an upstairs apartment and listed the wrong parking space which made finding the condo in the dark quite challenging. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay again.

Family getaway

This property far exceeded our expectations. The pictures don't do it justice. The floorplan was huge, open, and welcoming- fit our multi-generational family perfectly. Beds and linen were comfortable, and place was impeccably clean. Close proximity to everything. Easy check in, check out with beautiful outdoor setting. Would absolutely choose again.

Very nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and located in a great area. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the condo was not stocked properly for 6 adults staying for a week. We ran out of shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, and trash bags after 3 days. The condo was stocked with 3 small laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent boxes, approximately 5 trash bags, and one shampoo/soap per bathroom (very small). This was not near enough for 6 adults. Management would not replace anything during our stay (we asked). Otherwise, it was very nice.

Amazing!

Was perfect stay for two families with 3 kids ages 5-12. Great set up. Unfortunately we did not have the best weather but still had an amazing time!! Back porch was was great to watch the lightning storms and still stay dry. We had two Vehicles and had no issues finding a guest parking spot near the condo. We will definitely book this place again.

Fun time in Poipu

The property is nice. It would have been nice to be closer to the beach. It is walk-able but there isn't a decent sidewalk all the way. Grounds are well maintained but there isn't much open green space for kids to play. Pool is nice but nothing special. We ended up spending time at a friend's condo since their pool was better and they had lots of green space for playing and running.

Kauai Vacation

The condo and grounds of Pili Mai are very comfortable and gorgeous! We loved our stay here. The condo is about a mile down to the beach which is an easy walk. It would have been nice to be on the beach, however the comfort and quiet of condo made it a wonderful place to be. The condo was very clean and well cared for.

Great vacation!!

This is as a perfect spot for my family. My 5 yr old loved the pool and of course the turtles on Poipu beach. Great proximity to all the things we wanted to do and grocery shopping. The unit was beautiful, clean and very well maintained ! The roosters an added bonus for kids

We absolutely loved this condo!

We couldn't have been more pleased with this condo. We are a family of 5 - two adults and three college-aged young people. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was amazing and each building has grills outside. We did a lot of our own cooking. The backyard/lanai area was wonderful in the morning for coffee. It's not really walkable to the beaches, but we didn't have too much trouble finding parking. The property managers called me before we even left California and were in communication once we landed to let us know it was ready. This place is clean, new, convenient and comfortable and there are amenities like beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. We stayed 4 nights here and then went to Princeville for 3 and we wished we had just stayed here for the whole time instead. (A/C can be scarce in Princeville and we missed the wonderful A/C at this condo). We cannot wait to come back!

Home away from home

We researched hundreds of properties before selecting Kauai, Poipu, and finally Pili Mai 13M. We were not disappointed! The very comfortable and nicely decorated condo was perfect for our family. The grounds were beautiful along with the pool. We also appreciated the beach gear available for our use! The proximity to Poipu Beach, shopping, groceries, and excursions was ideal. VBRO and Rental Host/Kauai Exclusive were easy to work with and responsive. This was a positive experience all around.

Beautiful condo a short walk from the beach

The condo is modern and clean with everything you would need. The location is perfect to enjoy the south side of Kauai or for day or part-day trips to the West and North shores. Check-in and check-out were easy, and communication from the management team was great.

Perfectly Comfortable

We can’t say enough about this property. The condo is clean, extremely well outfitted and in a quiet complex with friendly people at every turn. It is close enough to beaches to be convenient and far enough away to be away from the “crowds” of the south shore. The pool is great and there are quality restaurants nearby. We used the “community” grills a few times and noticed that a service gives them the once over at least once a week - nice! It was a pleasant surprise to find beach chairs, tote bags for drinks and snacks, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, a large cooler and a beach wagon to carry it all down to the great beaches in the area. All the comforts of home and then some. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to get away and relax, with room for a big family too.
