Apartment der gehobenen Kategorie in der Straße des CASP 41 von Barcelona. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut verbunden, in der Nähe von Bussen und U-Bahn-Stationen in Plaza Urquinaona, Paseo de Gracia und Plaza Catalunya (nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß), die mit verschiedenen Punkten der Stadt verbindet.
Apartment mit Klimaanlage, Marmorböden und hohen Decken. Es hat 3 Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer für eine Gesamtkapazität von 6 Personen. Ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Sat-TV und kostenfreiem WLAN. Great Apartment

I go to Barcelona annually to meet up with family and have stayed at different rentals. This apartment is without a doubt, the best yet! From arrival to departure there was excellent communication with the BCN hosts and check-in was a breeze. The apartment was large, looked exactly as advertised and was logistically within walking distance of the main attractions and restaurants. It was clean, had everything we needed and had an attractive vibe. Do not hesitate to stay here, I plan to book again next year and I think that says it all.

Extended Family Gathering in Barcelona

This apartment was selected for the large living room. It was spacious enough for all of us to gather comfortably together as we relaxed and got ready for the day, and in the evening before we turn in. The location was safe and everything you needed was close by. It was the perfect place to gather with our relatives that we are not able to see often.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment was the perfect size for our group. Five adults and one small child. It was very clean and everything was in good condition. There is a great coffee shop and bakery right next to the apartment. It was also well located for all the major tourist attractions in Barcelona.

The unit was clean, well stocked, and well furnished. They provided differentiation from a personalized card to maps, food, and beverages. Junior and the team were very attentive to make sure our experience exceeded expectations - and it did!

Beautiful and great location

This was a beautiful place to stay. We all enjoyed it a lot. It was in a great location too! Close to the metro and was walkable to many nearby attractions. I highly recommend this spot. Just so people know, you are sent a link to pay for this directly from the property. It is not paid through VRBO. You also are sent a link to pay the city taxes separately. I was skeptical at first until I read it was normal practice for Barcelona VRBOs.

A representative met us upon arrival, escorted us via the elevator to the apartment, gave us the keys, answered questions about the area, and stated that management was available to assist with restaurant recommendations and reservations and taxis. We took advantage of this service several times. Their help was timely and beneficial. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was great including a nearby convenience store and excellent restaurant.

Fabulous spacious and high-ceilinged flat in perfect location for sight seeing as well as relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and washer/dryer worked great for our family of 5. The AC worked great, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were high-end. We also appreciated the safe, particularly after our daughter had a gold chain ripped off her neck in old town. Put it all in the safe folks!

Wonderful place to see everything @

Beds comfortable, nice bathrooms and everything clean. The location was close to almost everything we wanted to visit. It had an ELEVATOR which was a huge plus since the four of us had a lot of luggage for the 10 day cruise we were getting ready to take.

Quiet Neighborhood

The apartment was spacious for 3 adults and 2 kids. At 9pm, everyone in the building as well as surrounding area was quiet which meant you got peaceful nights sleep. The apartment was also clean and checkin process was a breeze.

Beautiful Barcelona Apartment

Our family of four (with two teenagers) stayed here for 3 nights. The location was close to everything. The check-in process was easy and communication with the property manager was excellent. This apartment is very spacious and we’d recommend to anyone staying in Barcelona!

Good Location, Not Luxury

This was a spacious apartment but NOT a luxury apartment. We were 4 people from the ages of 59 to 75 years old. There are 3 bedrooms (2 King Size beds and 1 room with 2 twin size beds). There was no air conditioning for the twin size bedroom and only 1 fan worked. Our group ended up sleeping in the two bedrooms with air conditioning and only used the twin bedroom for luggage. One King size bedroom was large and the other King size bedroom was small. The 2 bathrooms were outdated and need updates. To access the shower, you needed to climb over a large tub -- quite inconvenient for someone that is 75 years old. The furnishings need to be updated. There is an elevator. The location is a little troublesome. Young people kept trying to get into the building. There is an excellent coffee shop next door. We were able to walk to everywhere which was a plus.
