Beautiful flat in terrific location

This large, sunny, and well appointed apartment was the perfect spot for our stay in Barcelona. We spent eight nights and it was a great location for walking to all of the major sites in the city center, with public transport a 5 min walk. Grocery store, coffee shops, brunch spots, rooftop bars and great restaurants all within a few blocks.Rapid and clear communication with the hosts, along with easy checkin and check out details made for a smooth arrival and departure. Mariana and her team were available throughout our stay and responded quickly to our questions.Modern appliances & bathrooms - plenty of hot water, working washer/dryer, dishwasher - comfortable beds & sofa and kitchen set. Bathrooms were large with heated towel bars. Bedrooms had plenty of closet space to store luggage and gear. The large terrace accommodated both morning coffee and evening wine. The building itself was quiet and safe, with elevator access to our floor. We would highly recommend this flat for a family or a group of travelers. Great spot & great hosts!

We were a party of 6 staying for one night on our way back from Andorra. I wish it could have been longer. The apartment was wonderfully spacious with everything one could require for a city break. Particularly, it was really central but wonderfully quiet and private. I could not recommend it more.

Excellent property and location, would recommend it to any future guest looking for a property to stay in. The hosts were great, very accommodating and helpful. One bad hit, the washer/dryer was disappointing. The all in one unit did not work well for the dryer function (Junior warned us at checkin). All four of us had been traveling for the previous two weeks, so being able to do laundry for 4 people was high on our list, it took forever to wash and hang dry our clothes during our stay. If you don't need to do laundry during your stay, no issues at all.

Barcelona Stay

Property was great and as described, property hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The area was great and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a place for a future stay. Only one bad hit, the Washer/Dryer is one unit, not separate appliances, the dryer function did not work well, and the host told us that at check in. However, after already traveling for two weeks prior to checking in, being able to do wash for 4 people was high on our list. It took forever to wash and hang dry our clothes. If you don't have a need to do laundry, no issues at all, it is a great place and location.

Easy to walk or metro from the apartment. Amenities nearby. Unfortunately the washer/dryer did not work well leaving us with wet clothing for our next journey!

Week In Barcelona - Perfect Location

We just got back from a week long stay at this wonderful apartment. Our family had plenty of space, made use of the terrace for happy hour, and felt at home --- our son even got to play the piano. You can't beat the location for great options for eating, access to shopping on passeig de gracia was just a few blocks away and we could even walk to the old town (Born and Gothic) very easily. The cafe right below the apartment was a bonus as we had breakfast and our coffee there each morning. Comfortable beds, great air-conditioning (the one small bedroom only had a fan and window, but it was still very comfortable), along with two very nice bathrooms. We didn't use the kitchen as much as we would have liked due to so many options close by, but we did use the washing machine which came in very handy. I highly recommend this location and apartment.

Great apartment

We stayed here for a weekend. The apartment was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Really tall ceilings, amazing architecture, each bedroom was really big, bathrooms were huge with great showers and the outdoor space was great. The location was perfect. Small walk into el born (10 mins) we also stumbled across some amazing restaurants for food. We would definitely stay here again.

This Place Has It All

This is a beautiful place in a fantastic location. Everything was spotless and our family loved it there. There are many restaurants close-by as well as grocery stores (we prepared breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen every morning). We loved sitting out on the terrace with our morning coffee as well as relaxing there at the end of the day. The location is very convenient to many of the famous attractions of Barcelona: we walked to La Sagrada Familia, La Rambla, the Picasso Museum and the beach. The property managers were very helpful in every way.

This Place is Terrific

Really, really nice apartment. Feels huge -- 3 BRs and two BATHs. Both bathrooms are spacious. Showers are huge rainfall showers, very comfortable. The living room is comfortable, and the patio overlooking the middle of the block makes it feel even more spacious. Patio is great for sitting and people-watching with a meal or morning coffee. Neighborhood is very central: 20 minute walk to La Sagrada; five minutes to La Placa de Catalunya; 30 minutes to the beach. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Communication with property manager was easy; they helped us store our bags and set up a taxi to the airport on our check-out day.
