Nice home and convenient location

We enjoyed our stay - the home has a good layout, spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen, back yard is private and very nice! Beds were all comfortable with good linens and bathrooms were in good condition with ample towels. The one thing we didn't know from the description is that there is a skylight (with no shade) above the king size bed in the 2nd bedroom. A plus for some, but was an issue for us with sleeping in. Location is great, under 15 minutes drive to both Old Scottsdale and ASU campus, and we were able to rent bikes and ride directly from the house to multiple nice biking/walking trails. Quiet neighborhood, and we felt very safe. Definitely recommend.

Perfect getaway in Phienix

Place is very nicely decorated, big back yard with pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Beds were very comfy, place was clean and easy check-in and check-out. Will definitely stay here again.

July 4th Getaway

Great place to stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. Only one minor complaint from one bedroom, there is a skylight which prevented us from sleeping in. It also made the room warmer throughout the day. The house is conveniently located to freeways and grocery stores. The host was easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Home Base

We stayed here in March with toddlers and adults, and had a wonderful time! The beautiful property has a lot to offer and is conveniently located. There is a grocery store and a great park within walking distance, and plently of parking at the property if you plan to park/drive. The communication was great, and they even allowed me to ship diapers ahead to the location for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful get away

The house was lovely, very clean, and had all the amenities. The gazebo was perfect for morning, coffee or late night games and drinks. We spent most of our time at the pool. Would highly recommend.

Great house!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was well maintained and furnished and the yard and pool were excellent - eating space, poolside space and lounge space under the gazebo. We made use of the barbecue and backyard games, and had great weather despite the time of year to enjoy the pool. The neighborhood is older but there is clear pride in ownership of all the homes and yards - the whole neighborhood is cute and well maintained, and the neighbors were quiet and friendly.There are two things to be aware of about this property that aren’t apparent from the listing. First, this property is just north of the east/west flight path of the Phoenix Sky Harbour International airport. There is fairly constant airplane noise in the back yard. This is obviously something the property owner can’t control, and it isn’t terribly loud but is a constant in the background. Second, the neighborhood has back alley powerlines with above ground service lines going to the roof/back of each house, which are normal for this kind of neighborhood and aren’t terribly unsightly, but they don’t appear in the photos of the yard. The photos are otherwise accurate.

A nice place centrally located for the things we wanted to do like ASU, hockey game, shopping and walking through old Scottsdale. Pool was good, but weather did not permit us to use it much…said it was heated…but still pretty chilly

Property was as described. The layout was perfect for our family which needed 3 separate bedrooms. Open floor plan - kitchen, living room and dining room. Everything you need in the kitchen. Backyard with the pool and various seating options also wonderful. Neighborhood provided easy access to the area and major highways. Very happy with our stay.

Amazing Weekend Getaway!

This place was everything we could’ve imagined and then more! The house was extremely clean and looked exactly like the listing. It’s the cutest house- we all loved it and was the perfect place for our girls’ trip! It’s located in a great neighborhood and is only a short Uber away from all the Scottsdale excitement! Heather was extremely helpful and accommodating the entire weekend, and I would definitely book again!

Spring break getaway

Clean, super cute, well appointed home. My family really enjoyed the outside space unfortunately couldn’t enjoy much of the pool time since it was raining and cold most of our stay. The central location of the home made it easy to get out and explore Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix. Would recommend.

Perfect house and location

The location was perfect to enjoy the spring training games and sights we went to see. We had 3 adult couples and there was plenty of room for us to enjoy the home and not feel cramped. The backyard was lovely and we shouted coffee on the patio every morning. Kitchen was well stocked, so were the bathrooms with towels and blow dryer. Everything goes well organized. We would definitely stay there again.

Our recently remodeled backyard includes a large pool (with heating as an available option in the winter), covered gazebo, outdoor dining table, and yard area to enjoy the yard games that come with renting this property.

If you feel like staying indoors, the property is stocked with board games for all ages. The living room has enough seating for all your guests to comfortably enjoy a movie or sports game on the large flat screen television.

Whether you prefer grilling poolside or baking in the kitchen, the property comes with all your cooking essentials. Feel free to reach out prior to check in if there is a specific kitchen item you would like available during your stay.

We get many compliments on our comfy beds and soft sheets each bedroom comes stocked with. Spacious bedrooms with large closets allow guests to settle in during their stay.
