Diese Eckwohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern befindet sich in der 3. Etage im Herzen von Gulf Shores und nur wenige Gehminuten von Geschäften, Restaurants und dem Nachtleben entfernt. Island Shores ist ein 6-stöckiger Komplex mit geringer Dichte und nur 60 Wohneinheiten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV, einen DVD-Player und ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer. Das 2. Zimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und einen DVD-Player. Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 hat ein Twin über Volletagenbett. Es gibt auch eine Schlafcouch für insgesamt 9 Personen.

Dieses Gerät verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe, einen Flachbild-TV im Wohnzimmer und einen privaten Balkon.

Inaccurate description

The location was nice. My husband and I are very active and work out daily. The VRBO description states a gym and tennis court are on site. When we arrived it was raining and the beaches were closed due to riptides so we decided to work out and that is when we discovered the facility does not have a gym or tennis court. The manager apologized for the inaccuracy of the listing. We would have never chosen a listing without those two amenities. Otherwise our stay was nice.

Gulf Shores Getaway

Stayed here multiple times and never disappointed. Condo has there very own washer/dryer which is why we love this condo. And with teenagers 3 bathrooms is big. Pool should stay open longer.

Perfect 3 Bedroom Getaway

This property is a nice size with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It basically sits in the water it’s so close to the ocean! It’s a whole 10 minute walk to the hangout and even closer to a number of restaurants, a market, and a liquor store. The pool was clean and the common areas were also clean. Ice on the premises so you never run out! Only downside was there was only 1 parking pass for a seemingly empty parking lot. The security guard allowed us to pay another $40 to park another car though. Overall great experience and would book again!

Perfect to enjoy the beach!

If beach access is your number 1 priority, this is the place to stay! I brought my mom and 4 of her friends here for her 80th birthday. They spent most of their time on the balcony but I spent quiet time relaxing on the beach. Very close to local restaurants and "beachy" shopping.

Probably wouldn’t stay again

Location was good, condo was clean. Check in was said to be 3pm and by 4:15 had not heard if our condo was ready and upon calling they stated they text us our code at 2:15 and while on the phone with them I got the text so I’m thinking they forgot to text us when our condo was ready. Balcony door would not stay shut unless deadbolt was lock, fridge/freezer was not working sufficiently, had to put some of our things in the freezer to cook and our kids popcicles were in there for 3 days and never froze all of them. Elevator floor was peeling up and took forever to come up and down so we used the stairs from the 3rd floor the entire time. Other than that we enjoyed our stay it was a short easy walk to the beach.

Great communication and was what was advertised. Only problem is you get just 1 parking pass for a 3 bedroom and have to purchase the 2nd. Are not allowed 3 parking pass. Overall excellent vacation.

The stay was overall very good. No balcony furniture when we arrived, contacted management and they brought in furniture. The electrical outlet in second bathroom did not work. Thought they were coming back to address it but never did. It made my use of curling iron and hairdryer very awkward. But I managed. Those were the only two issues. Very good breeze on balcony.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I suggest you pack your patience and practice your breathing to stay calm while staying here. We rented a three bedroom three bath condo it came with one parking pass no we did not have the option to buy one and there was no guest parking space at all we had to travel 15 minutes down the road to a rental company to park our additional vehicles for $10 a day that’s 30 minutes round-trip might not sound like much but when you have quite a few kids it seems like half a day. The condo itself was really small when entering the condo you were automatically ina galley kitchen no where to put your stuff. It was a really tight space. We had to track through the whole condo to put our stuff on the balcony. Which basically only fit a few people on it. Then to top it off out of the five days we were there the elevator was broken three of the days. Keep in mind we had quite a few kids and a bunch of beach stuff ice chess chairs umbrella etc. also the pool was closed one of the day. But if you can deal with all that the pool area and the beach front was not overcrowded and the kids had plenty of space to spread out and play.

A pretty good experience

I would definitely call and see if things have changed if you plan to bring kids. Having a 4 month old and 2 year old with us made it a huge hassle parking far away from the condo. Overall it was nice and a great location.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Never had a bad experience in 18 years of vacationing in Gulf Shores until this year. Received a text on the way that the washer in the condo didn’t work. So we had to spend close to 40.00 to wash towels. Elevator didn’t work half of the time we were there. Only received one parking pass so we had to park one vehicle where a friend was staying or we were told it would be towed. Security was very rude. Called your company and they hung up on us. We definitely will not be using your services again.
