Nehmen Sie die Treppe oder den Aufzug in die 2. Etage und das zweite Familienzimmer mit einem 80-Zoll-Smart-Curved-TV mit Schnittsofas. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer im 2. Stock, beide mit eigenem Bad. Der Balkon vor der Familie bietet einen außergewöhnlichen 180-Grad-Blick oder auf den Strand und den Steg.
Waschküche mit voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner und Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.
Nehmen Sie wieder die Treppe oder den Aufzug zum Master-Retreat mit privatem Büroraum für zwei Personen. Ein riesiges Bad mit zwei Waschbecken und einer Dusche sowie Schränken für Sie und Ihn. Das Schlafzimmer hat eine herrliche Aussicht vom Bett oder extra großen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 5 oder mehr Personen. Ansichten gehen für immer weiter. Ideal beach side getaway for all ages

We stayed here with our family and friends with kids. We couldn't have asked for a better location for our mid winter break getaway - basking in the sun, playing in the sand, strolling along the beach trail, fun with volleyball and cozying up by the patio fireplace around sunset - we had an amazing time.Peter and his team were very responsive and accommodating. In short, this felt like a cost effective, short duration was like a Hawaiian kind of vacation

Fantastic accommodations

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The home is beautiful and we all had our own squires for showering and relaxation. Patio and second and third floor walk outs were used every day of the stay. Beach fun right outside the patio. Volleyball going on all day. We will definitely be back.

Great location all the amenities

Perfect place for a large family gathering. Very clean and comfortable and Had everything you could need for cooking and family fun on the beach. Bring ear plugs, planes are very loud starting at 6 a.m. could also use hand soap at kitchen sink and no laundry soap was procided.

Perfect spot in South Mission

Four couples stayed in this beautiful property. It was great that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Access to the property was easy although we had to go offsite to get keys. The property manager was very attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible location

We couldn’t have found a better place for our extended family trip! With 9 of us, including kids, the property was spacious and comfortable for everyone. Each room was well-appointed, offering plenty of space and privacy, while the common areas were perfect for gathering together. The location was absolutely incredible—close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful, relaxing, with an incredible view. We all had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our vacation.

Great house in 5 star location

Great location and great house for our group of 8. Volleyball courts out in front of house and easy walk to beach. Working with Fabi in property management office was fantastic. South end of mission beach is beautiful and will definitely visit again.

Best House on Mission Beach

amazing host that was great with communication and accommodation the entire time. some small issues came up and Peter resolved those immediately. Very close to the beach and location is perfect for an outing with a big group. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We were looking for a beach vacation and this house fit the bill for us. There was seven adults and two kids in our group. The house is just as described, beds, baths, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, lots of great sitting areas inside and out and garage parking. Coffee shops, restaurants, small markets all within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic by beach

House is amazing, beyond description!!! As to be expected with having neighbors nearby, public beach adjacent and in flight path, the sound level is variable and unpredictable… Check in was awful (and they are working on improving it) in that the directions with how to get in were attached to the message IIII sent- just inconvenient…. Overall, FANTASTIC time here!!!!

Awesome Stay - Loved it!

We had a great time with our family here. House was very nice. Location great - right on the beach. Check in was great - she stayed an extra hour to wait for us because of traffic - super nice of her. We didn't want to leave to go to sea world, because the house was so nice and so was the beach. You can sit out on the porch and people watch - there was a lot going on but the public walking path ends before your patio so they don't look in your place - which is a plus! My family loved it here - will book again. Whoever complained about the airplanes has never lived in a city - this was so minimal. The only thing I would add is bring a bunch of towels - definitely not enough. Lots of shopping, restaurants nearby - tons to do and see. The place was clean and very nice.

Beautiful Home on the Beach

The house is very nice and right on the beach, but it has maintenance issues and is in the departing flight path for the commercial airliners taking off from San Diego. Airport. The door knob to the patio falls off every time you open or close the door, five of the windows won’t open, three of the window shades are broken, no cold water in one of the bathrooms, and they don’t supply enough towels for more than two days so if you plan to stay longer be ready to do laundry. As for the noise level, it’s nearly impossible to have a conversation between 6:30 am and 11:30 pm with people sitting inside or outside without taking a pause every few minutes to let the planes fly over. I was told they call it the “Mission Beach Pause”. So it’s a really great house that could be much better with some minor maintenance and an advisory about the noise.

San Diego is beautiful

The house is very luxurious and well appointed, and we had a wonderful time with our family. It was frustrating not to be able to use the VRBO app to get information about checking in, and we were not happy with having to pick up the keys so far away from where the house was actually located. The property manager staff were very nice, however. The beach access was wonderful, but the house was not in the beach front area that has the most restaurants and access to food; it was right on the flight path from the San Diego airport, however, which made it quite noisy to sleep. The listing on VRBO should mention the fact that beach towels are not provided. We could easily have brought our own and did NOT want to have to purchase them from the property manager. Despite these small annoyances, the overall experience was great because San Diego is a lovely city and we were in a lovely part of the city.

Beautiful house right on the beach

This house is perfectly located on Mission beach, right on the sand, steps from the beach, and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the classic amusement park. The house is in top-notch condition with high-end everything. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We hope to return again soon!

August 2022 Family vacation

We stay at a lot of vrbo properties and this is a beautiful beach front home. Location is ideal for surfing, beach and volleyball court access. Home is on South end of Mission Beach strand, away from the noise and congestion of Belmont Park. San Diego in August is warm and the AC was very nice and necessary. Outside patio was excellent and used everyday. thank you for the umbrellas. Fire pit and bbq were great. Top of the line appliances and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Even had storage containers for those who cook meals. Communication with property mgmt was great. My only request would be for beach towels to be provided, especially for guest who fly in from out of town. Other than that, I would love to visit again. It was one of the most relaxing family vacations we've had. Thank you Peter and crew for sharing your beautiful beach front home.

Amazing and relaxing, lots of niggling details need attention

The house is huge for where it is. Three stories, four bedrooms, five bathrooms. The bottom floor has a) two deep/narrow garage bays, big enough to fit a full sized SUV b) kitchen and main living area including huge TV and a full bathroom c) back deck with table for 8 and sectional around a fire table. Two awnings help keep the sun off of you. The second floor has three bedrooms, each with their own full bath. There's also a medium sized deck with very comfortable chairs. The top floor has a master suite that covers the entire floor, huge closets and bathroom and bedroom. A final deck on this floor is smaller but big enough for chairs. On the downside, the blinds are all remote control electric opening and closing and 95% of them don't work. Luckily the primary first floor blinds are all manual, but the top floor had only one blind that actually worked. The step going down to the garage is tricky and just weird. It's almost a tripping hazard so do be careful. Several of the bathroom fixtures are loose and need attention, a shower hook in the master shower, most toilet paper holders wobble, etc. Very tiny things, but ubiquitous throughout the house. Full sized washer and dryer on the second floor is a huge benefit. For the price, the location and house size are amazing. The TVs can be a bit tricky to operate but are in every bedroom and the main living area so you're never without entertainment. The fire table was so comforting every night.

The house was absolutely beautiful and had so many amenities that made it worth the price. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a definite plus when you go with friends I would like your own space. We would definitely return!
