Willkommen in unserer Oase in der Wüste! Unser Zuhause war für so viele ein Treffpunkt. Mit einem offenen Grundriss ist es ein großartiger Ort, um sich zu versammeln und zu entspannen. Viel Platz für gemeinsame Stunden mit der Familie oder mit Freunden. Unsere Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und komfortabel. In der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wanderwegen, dem Rio Grande und einer sehr kurzen Fahrt nach Santa Fe. Unser Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig am nördlichen Ende des charmanten Dorfes Corrales. Die Sommerzeit ist hier spektakulär! Das Wetter ist toll und der Hinterhof bietet viel Platz zum Ausbreiten und Genießen des Sommerspaßes! Nehmen Sie ein Bad im Pool (nur von Mai bis September geöffnet) oder entspannen Sie einfach auf der hinteren Veranda. Wenn Sie Lust auf mehr haben, können Sie die Zeit rund um die Feuerstelle im Freien genießen. Wenn Sie während der Ballon-Fiesta hier sind, lassen wir oft Ballons vorbeifliegen und landen sogar in offenen Bereichen der Nachbarschaft. Wenn Sie im Winter hier sind, können Sie die Skipisten im nahe gelegenen Santa Fe oder Sandia Peak genießen. Ein perfekter Ort, um Ihren Urlaub in New Mexico zu genießen. Nur eine kurze Fahrt in die Stadt Albuquerque oder eine 40-minütige Fahrt nach Santa Fe.

Beautiful home

Our stay in this beautiful home for my daughters wedding was fabulous everything you could ask for plenty of room to get ready and we were able to take pictures outside on the gorgeous grounds, the house is so welcoming that you can really feel at home. i would strongly recommend this home we were truly able to create long lasting memories.

Oasis in the Desert - So True!!

Room for the kids to roam and many places to just relax. Really enjoyed the patio!! When the kids weren’t swimming or exploring the large back yard they were in their downstairs secret hideout watching movies and playing. We enjoyed having our family together in such a comfortable place. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future events. Thanks for your response to our questions during the stay.

Beautiful lush green property in the desert

The backyard was perfect. Enjoying my morning coffee on the deck watching the birds and hummingbirds. Nice tanning chairs my the pool for the afternoon. Hot tub was a great relaxer after a long day of hiking and exploring.

70th Christmas Birthday

Beautiful home and yard. College Grandkids, Parents and Grandparents were able to visit, take pictures, eat and make lots of memories. Texas, Wyoming and New Mexico met up to enjoy each other's company. We only had 3-5 spend the night as folks came in. Most of us live in Corrales so it was a perfect location to meet. Ages 17-80 enjoyed lunch Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. 🎄

Balloon Fiesta Family Retreat

This oasis was a perfect place for all of us to enjoy. We had adults and littles and plenty of room for all to have a place and to gather. We saw Balloon Fiesta balloons and Fireworks from the back porch!

Perfect for our family

We rented the house for the first weekend of the Balloon Fiesta. The house could not have met our needs better. It was clean, well-maintained, plenty of space, the furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen was more than adequate for what we needed. We particularly enjoyed the back patio area, very relaxing with the swing, rocking chairs, etc. The biggest plus for our grandkids was the indoor pool, which exceeded all expectations and was used every day. They also loved playing pool in the basement. But the biggest unexpected bonus was the view from the back - we discovered Sunday morning we had a perfect line-of-sight towards Balloon Fiesta park and were able to watch the launching, and then even better was many of the balloons were headed right at us, flew over the house, and some landed nearby. We also watched the fireworks that night. The only problem is this rental set the bar very high for any future trips - our grandkids are already asking if we're coming back next year! Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Great Albuquerque Location & Property

Myself and several friends spent a long weekend at this property for a quick golf trip in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and I cant say enough good things about the property. The outdoor spaces are awesome and are perfect for winding down in the evening or starting your day with some coffee on the deck. We swam every night. Plenty of towels and the pool area is clean and has a bathroom right there. The lawn and landscaping is well cared for as well and kind of transports you out of the desert. The interior of the house is clean and accommodating. We didn't spend much time inside because the backyard was so perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic meals for dinner. Everyone said the beds were comfortable. The master bathroom features a steam shower that was also a great way to unwind after a long day outdoors. The hosts were attentive and responded to questions quickly. We planned our 2023 golf trip the last night here and the votes almost came in for a return trip!

Comfortable

This was a comfortable stay for a family reunion. Kitchen well stocked. Outdoor spaces and pool table much enjoyed. The booking process was not ideal—I wrote host twice to confirm hot tub was working as this was on our priority list—and turns out it was broken. We received a small credit but the token amount didn’t match our disappointment or the amount of rent we paid. Renters should also be aware this is an older house and not all doors, etc. were operational. Renters might also want to bring their own luggage racks and clothes hangers. Also, be advised that VRBO now charges a $499 “service fee” that gets you nothing. With those caveats, overall, we really enjoyed the week. House location is convenient for trips north and west of ABQ.

Absolutely magical

Oasis in the desert is the perfect title for this property. Myself my husband and four of our best couple friends stayed here will in town for the Chris Stapleton concert. We never wanted to leave the property. It is so peaceful and lush. The upkeep shines through the whole house and yard. This hime is well loved and it can be felt! The host was amazing and easy to communicate with. The walking trails in the neighborhood are perfect for strolling with coffee in the morning. We loved every minute staying here! The only place to book in Albuquerque ❤️❤️

Desert Oasis

Have spend a week in ABQ every year for the last 4 years. All were very nice homes but this one tops the list. Home is older but very well maintained and comfortable. On arrival first thing one will note is the lush green front yard with the beautiful flowers and shrubs which is carried over into the back yard even more. Our family of various ages seemed to always wind up on the covered back deck enjoying all the flowers and plants. This home made for one of the most relaxing vacations in many years. Kids loved it!

We travelled with 6 kids, aged 7-16. They really enjoyed the pool table, piano, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen was a good setup for feeding a family, and had a good selection of kitchen tools for cooking large meals. The adults all loved the peaceful garden, watching hummingbirds and sitting on the back porch. Location was peaceful and safe. Overall the space was clean, did have a cricket but no big deal. I would gladly book again!

Fantastic stay for our extended family.

My sister and I brought our families together to celebrate our parents‘ 50th wedding anniversary. The property was perfect for our 10 family members-six adults and four tween/teen kids. The properties is in a great location close to plenty of restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked every night of our stay. Francis was very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. Highly recommend!

Great location and beautiful property

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at this property! It has a great setup with bedrooms, gorgeous backyard to sit out and enjoy a drink, a wonderful indoor pool and hot tub on a hot day and very clean inside and out. Would absolutely stay there again!

Hidden Oasis

Upon arrival, this place felt like home. We felt secluded from everything and everyone while in a neighborhood setting. Our family spent most of their time in the backyard either relaxing on the porch, playing in the yard with the kids, or swimming in the pool. Frances and Murray were fabulous hosts and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again if in the area and recommend to anyone seeking to relax and enjoy the area.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy

We so enjoyed our time at this property! It was so well decorated, stocked, and well loved. Beautiful views of Albuquerque and the mountains. What a great escape! We spent hours on the porch relaxing and spending time with family and in the hot tub and playing pool. We will book again!

Relaxing getaway

This was a great house to spend quality time with family with everything you can have to entertain the little ones. The pool, hottub and the game room were a great hit with everyone in our group. Beautiful neighborhood with stunning views and hikes so close by which we took advantage of.

Great for a large family

We had a great time staying at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. The outdoor patios and seating were fantastic. We also really loved the fire pit. We made smores and relaxed by the fire multiple nights. Unfortunately, there was no trampoline as shown in the picture. Overall, I would recommend this property. However, make sure to bring most essentials for cooking (spices, oils, sauces, napkins, paper towels, etc) and for hygiene (shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, etc.). It was a perfect getaway for our family.
