Direct access, behind the residence, to the Combe des Juments ski slope allowing access to the ski lift and transval within 30 m. 150 m from a free ski bus stop. Quiet location, beautiful view of the Etale and Beauregard Massif. Summer: access to a private heated swimming pool (24°C) in the unmonitored residence.
