Das Sangrila I befindet sich im begehrten Bellresguard-Komplex und bietet Platz für 6 Personen. (Die Etagenbetten sind für Kinder unter 14 Jahren geeignet.) Es ist voll klimatisiert (jedes Zimmer ist unabhängig regulierbar). Das Apartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über Originalgemälde an den Wänden. Zur Ausstattung gehören HD-Fernseher mit UK-Satellit, Stereo-DVD- und CD-Player.

Es gibt ein geräumiges Wohn- / Esszimmer mit offenem Schnitt. Der Essbereich bietet Blick auf den Pool und die Gärten, während das stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnzimmer auf einen großen Balkon / Essbereich im Freien führt. Von hier aus haben Sie einen Blick auf die ruhige Parklandschaft und den atemberaubenden Blick auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge.

Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein luxuriöses Bad. Das Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten verfügt über ein modernes Duschbad mit vollverglastem Gehäuse. Alle Schlafzimmer haben reichlich Einbauschränke. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat Etagenbetten

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Es gibt auch einen separaten Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. sowie ein Bügelbrett und Dampfbügeleisen

Great location

A great location close to Pine Walk. Nice complex. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed cocktails at The Store and Deli just outside the complex.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment with a very nice shared pool in a great location. Chris was really helpfully. Very nice bar / restaurant next door, short walk to the seafront and walk as far as you like round the bay. Port de Pollenca was a very pleasant surprise as never been before and booked last minute.

Brilliant

The flat was great - comfortable, spacious, with the perfect location. We spent a most of our family holiday in the brilliant pool, chatting and laughing on the terrace which overlooks the mountains or strolling on the seafront. Perfect. The keysafe worked well - we could have arrived late if we needed to. Parking was fine. Chris was responsive to texts and emails. Thank you!

Just had a wonderful week at this apartment. Great location, close to the beach and pine walk. The apartment was very well equipped with lots of information provided. The apartment is in a super block of similar properties. The site is ideal for families as the pool area is very child friendly. There is an excellent supermarket/deli/café close by. The situation of the property is ideal . Close to the PIne Walk, the sea and all the cafes, hotels and bars, it is perfectly placed.

Good Location, quiet and close to a small store on the property that stocks most staples including beer and wine; great café and restaurant on site as well. Quick walking access to beach and both pine walk and main beach/boardwalk/commercial area. Close to main traffic arteries for sightseeing and bike riding. Would recommend staying here

Vi ankom leiligheten midt på natten og var glade da vi var vel inne. Leiligheten rommet alt vi trengte for et bekymringsfritt og godt opphold i 14 dager. Med 2 soverom og 2 bad fikk vi dekket våre ønsker for oppholdet. Stuen og kjøkken var store og romslige. Med komfyr, oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel gikk matlaging, oppvask og noe nødvendig vask greit unna. Vi kan anbefale denne leiligheten. Temperaturen gjorde at det ikke var nødvendig å bruke aircon. Terje Noreng

Great apartment

This is a really spacious apartment in a popular area, the discription is accurate, the property is well maintained, the addition of a few essential items of food was very much appreciated. The owner supplied very good directions. My favourite part of the property was the balcony with views to the mountains, loads of room for yoga in the morning. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants, my favourites are Centric and Belle verde, good for vegetarians. Coffee is good in the local cafe/supermarket good to get your wifi fix (none in apartment). Would recommend.

Wonderful view of mountains

There are many apartments offering similar facilities. What sets this one apart is its location. Placed on the very edge of the Bellesreguard complex, this apartment provides the best of both worlds: a view of the pool on one side and a view of the mountains on the other. If, like me you value a view you would be happy. If you need a good view of the pool, for example to supervise youngsters, you have that too. A few small things prevent me giving it five stars. They are too easy to put right to list here and probably already have been. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in a lovely development by the beach

The apartment was comfortable and had everything you would expect and need. The balcony overlooks the mountains which makes it a great place to sit out in the evening. The apartment's location is excellent just by the beach and pedestrian pine walk that runs all the way to the centre of Puerto Pollensa.

Excellent modern apartment in a great location.

The process of booking the apartment was very smooth. Communications from Chris were very clear & prompt throughout. We had no issues finding the apartment from the instructions given. We found the apartment to be very comfortable and it was appointed to a high standard. The swimming pool area is very clean and well maintained. The pool was perfect for a quick swim - the water was still a bit chilly at the end of April though. The cafe located at the front of the apartments is excellent. We had several meals and drinks there, the food was very tasty and it had a relaxed atmosphere. The location of the apartments is very good, only a couple of minutes stroll from Pine Walk, and the nearest big supermarket is only 10 mins walk away.

I am a professional interior designer. I purchased this apartment from new 'off plan' whilst it was being constructed. Hence the bathrooms, kitchen and tiling etc. are 'non-standard, chosen by me, giving the interior a unique flavour as the property was originally intended for my family use. As a family we have enjoyed a great many memorable holidays in Puerto Pollenca where the swimming is safe, the environment friendly, and the restaurants plentiful!

Although I live in England, I am on the island frequently and I am always in touch with Clients, their enjoyment is paramount to me. I also have an English speaking property management company who look after all matters relating to emergency call outs / maintenance etc. giving you a worry free holiday.
