Titha's Cottage ist perfekt gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt
Titha's Cottage ist für eine Familie oder drei Paare geeignet. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Etagenbett, eines mit herrlichem Meerblick aus dem Panoramafenster im ersten Stock und eines mit Bad und Meerblick im zweiten Stock. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas und einem Kamin - für gemütliche Winternächte in. Auf der anderen Seite der Halle befindet sich die offene Wohnküche im Shaker-Stil. Dies ist ein hübsches, helles Zimmer mit maximalem Blick auf das Meer und einer geräumigen Atmosphäre in der Umgebung.

Der voll ausgestattete Küchenbereich verfügt über einen ausziehbaren Tisch und Stühle mit Platz für 4-6 Personen und führt zum Sitzbereich mit einem großen Sofa und zwei Stühlen mit an der Wand montiertem TV. Die Falttüren führen zu einem privaten, geschlossenen, überdachten Außenbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen für Mahlzeiten im Freien.

Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer und der Stadt entfernt können Sie hier Urlaub machen, ohne ein Auto zu benötigen. Es gibt schöne Spaziergänge entlang der Promenade zum Dorf Bonchurch oder entlang der Küste zum Botanischen Garten. Mit seinen vielen Restaurants und Bars bietet Ventnor alles, was Sie für Ihren Küstenurlaub benötigen. Parkmöglichkeiten finden Sie an der South Street, nur wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt.

Titha's Cottage ist seit Juli 2015 auf dem Markt und verfügt ab März 2016 über ein zusätzliches Bad mit Whirlpool. Es wurde komplett mit neuen Möbeln eingerichtet.

Dieses Ferienhaus in Ventnor liegt in der Nähe von Freizeitparks und in Strandnähe. Wer sich für Kultur interessiert, ist hier richtig: Shanklin Theatre und Glory Art Glass. Zu den weiteren Attraktionen der Region gehören Oceanblue Sea Charters und Isle of Wight Owl and Falconry Centre. Du bist mit Kindern unterwegs? Dann ist ein Besuch dieser beiden Attraktionen vielleicht genau das Richtige für dich: Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary und Waterside Swimming Pool. Wonderful September Island Break

Titha's Cottage proved ideal for a late summer break. Great location, quiet, clean and very spacious. Well equiped kitchen for preparing any type of meal. Two decks with ocean views to die for. Pati was excellent to deal with. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous house, perfect location

The cleanest house I’ve ever stayed in! Perfect size for 2 adults & 3 kids under 12. Location’s ideal, short walk to the sea front & shops. Also central to lots of other places to visit. View’s beautiful. Host’s amazing, really helpful & even sent a duplicate toy through to my daughter who had lost hers while we were staying. Couldn’t recommend this house enough! Thank you ☺️

The perfect location for exploring the best parts of the island

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Titha's cottage. It is a beautifully presented and well furnished property and the views from both front and rear of the property are exceptional. We found it to be in a perfect location for exploring our favorite parts of the island, Ventnor itself is a charming seaside town with lots of nice places to eat, the esplanade only takes 10 mins to walk to so all in all i cant fault anything. Highly recommended holiday rental

A fantastic find

The property has not only been fully refurbished to a high standard but has been wonderfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The sea view is amazing and the outside decking gets all the morning and afternoon sun. We were very impressed and have already rebooked !

Very modern, comfortable, well equipped cottage with a panoramic view of the ocean. The location is in a very quiet road, a short walk from the town. It’s on a steep hill so the walk down to the beach and back can be a little bit challenging.

Great Cottage

Lovely cottage with great views over the sea. Well appointed with pretty much everything you'd want and ideal for relaxing. Our host Patti could not have been more helpful. It is a short walk to the town centre with its interesting and quirky shops and nice restaurants and straight down the steps for a quick dip (good exercise on the way back up). We would have no hesitation in recommending this to family and friends

Lovely Cottage

Tithe’s cottage was very comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay on the Isle of Wight. Pati has given lots of thought to what you need in a holiday rental and there was more than enough of everything we needed. The welcome bottle of wine was appreciated 🍷 The views from both balconies are stunning. We will miss the views, we loved to sit out there after a day sightseeing. The cottage is modern and stylish and very well kept. You can park outside to unload and it’s possible to find parking in the street during the day. We parked at the free car park in Wheelers Bay 5 minutes away. We had a lovely holiday and hope to come back some day.

Tithas Cottage

We had a very enjoyable stay. Great sea views Comfortable beds. Option of reading room with stove. TV was a challenge but fathomable eventually, I believe this is is being upgraded. Parking near the property is not guaranteed. Easy to unload and load but the double yellows outside the property means you have to compete with others for limited on street parking although doesn't seem to worry the locals when they can't get legally parked.

We absolutely loved our stay!

We have just returned from 7 nights at Titha’s cottage. Neither of us wanted to leave this morning as we have loved every minute. The cottage is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, everything is provided for guests and to a high standard. Communication with Pati was easy, she was quick to respond, very helpful and friendly. Her Facebook page is kept up to date with local / tourist information which is fab too. The best part has got to be the sea view though - outstanding! Especially first thing, I have some lovely pictures. Thank you to all who made our break fabtastic!!! X

Beautiful cottage with great views

I spent a sunny week in May in Titha's cottage and absolutely loved it there. It's such a warm and welcoming place and benefits from beautiful views from all the principal rooms as well as the decks. Convenient location close to shops, beaches, walks, busses... and yet so quiet! The cottage is very well equipped, everything works, comfortable beds, very clean. Pati the owner was extremely helpful and generous when I had to change my departure date twice due to the train strikes - thank you again, Pati! Ventnor is a lovely little town, for me by far the best place on the island to stay. There are beautful walks and beaches nearby, but it's also easy to explore further afield by using the efficient bus network. I definitely hope to be able to stay in Titha's cottage again soon.

Tithas cottage

We booked this cottage because of the pictures of the view.On arriving the property has so much more to offer spread over 3 floors it really is a comfy place to stay. Boasting 2 toilets a shower and bath and one of the best equipped kitchens we have used. We had an issue using the tv on the first night and our host was on the end of the phone to help us sort our problem out.Our stay coincided we some of the warmest weather in years on the island and it was great to have the bifold doors open in the lounge and french doors in the bedroom to cool us down.As said previously we spent a lot of time out on the balconies enjoying the views .This is probably in our top 3 of places to stay also the isle didn't dussapoint either with lots to do and see

Delightful property

We have had a lovely stay at the Isle of Wight. We stayed at Tithas’s for the week and Patti was a great host, cannot fault her or the property on any point. I stayed with my parents and two teenage girls. The house was clean and very well equipped. The location was great, gorgeous views out to sea with a choice of two balconies to sit. Although no specific parking with the property we didn’t have a problem. We either managed to find a space outside or I parked in the free carpark nearby after dropping the family outside the door (bit of a hill to walk from the free carpark). Titha’s is an easy short walk into the centre of Ventor where there are plenty of shops and eateries. Would highly recommend Titha’s to anyone looking to stay on the Isle.

Fabulous house with a fabulous view

Absolutely loved our stay at Tithas cottage. The house was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need and spotlessly clean. Tolles Haus

Es war ein mega schöner Aufenthalt in Tithas Cottage! Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts! Selbst Waschmittel, Spülmaschienentabs, Spüli, Schwämme und alles ander was man braucht sind vorhanden gewesen. Ein toller erholsamer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus auf einer Trauminsel! Wir hoffen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen! Danke Paticia!!!

Lovely Accomodation

This cottage was a good size and very modern, lovely views and not overlooked - facing the sea where many large ships & cruise liners pass from Southampton. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday without a car as you are able to walk down very close steps to the beach or down the road to Ventnor town itself. The house is also close to bus stops to visit further afield. The cottage itself is very homely with a very good kitchen and brilliant shower. The terrace is a highlight and gets the sun from early morning to late afternoon (May). Weather always seems to be good in the Isle of Wight spring/summer and our week was no exception. The owner was very accommodating and helpful during our stay, we only had a small issue with the deposit which didn't seem to be automatically refunded but the owner was able to sort this out within hours. In summary a great little cottage in a good location.

Happy holiday

We had the most wonderful holiday at Titha's cottage. From the moment we stepped inside we were wowed. More than we could have wished for with comfortable beds. well maintained, lovely decor and all the comforts of home. We had amazing weather so were able to enjoy all meals al fresco enjoying the amazing sea view. Amenities were within walking distance great for young people but my husband & I found walking back from the seafront a bit hard going. The week wasn't long enough to do all the exploring of this beautiful island. Found a lovely cafe at Bonchurch The Pond, the Garlic Farm excellent but if you want lunch book a table as very popular. Our 6yr old granddaughter loved the activities. The Ale & Oyster on Ventnor seafront an excellent place to eat for a special meal. We had excellent service from the owner and a lovely touch to be greeted with wine & chocolates. We would recommend to friends & relatives & despite the steep walk up we would love to go back.

Gorgeous cottage, stunning views, a great place to stay

We've recently returned from our holiday in Tithas Cottage and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodation. The cottage is beautifully presented and was immaculately clean. It was well equipped with everything you could wish for making it feel like 'home from home'. It comfortably accommodated myself and my husband, our 3 year old boys and teenage daughter. The icing on the cake was the amazing sea views from the terrace at the back. Opening the blinds every morning to look out to blue sea and sky was pure pleasure (we were fortunate to have great weather). The cottage is well situated in Ventnor- only a short walk into town. It took a little longer to get to the beach but my 3 year old boys could walk there happily with the promise of sand to play on at the end. Patti was great - quick to respond making sure we had all the information we needed before we arrived. The information provided in the cottage was also very helpful. If you're looking to stay in Ventnor i couldn't recommend Tithas cottage enough. Thank you for our wonderful stay

Gorgeous house, gorgeous views

We had a lovely week in the IOW - our third consecutive year! Titha's Cottage provided a great base to explore and the accommodation was excellent. Very clean and well presented throughout with great views. I would definitely recommend the house. Thank you :)

Great cottage with fabulous views

This cottage has all you could possibly need for a great holiday on IOW. The cottage is to a very high standard and the views from the balconies are stunning. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it. The communication between myself and Patricia, the owner, was excellent and ensured everything was expertly arranged for our holiday. Looking forward to a return visit in future.

home away from home!

The cottage was just perfect for the 4 of us. We all fell in love with the views from the moment we walked in. I would say that we are particularly fussy customers who are not easy to please but Titha's cottage did really exceed all expectations. It was walking distance from the local shops and beach and was perfectly placed for trips around the island. The owners were very accommodating. The only issue for us was the lack of parking outside which is why I have given it an overall 4 stars. I would still (and have already!) recommend to friends and family.

Being professional people living in London , we couldn't find a better place than the Isle of Wight to have a holiday home. The multitude of attractions are ideal for a romantic break or a family holiday and most importantly the perfect place to run away from the busy 'rush-hour' type of routine.

After holidaying in Ventnor as a family, we decided to extend our home from home and set our hearts in the project to modernise an old fisherman's cottage into a state of the art holiday cottage.
