Willkommen in der gemütlichen Hütte! Dieses neu renovierte kleine Haus ist der perfekte Ort für einen Kurzurlaub. Es bietet ein einzigartiges Erlebnis mit einer Vielzahl von Aktivitäten! Es hat Hängematten in den Bäumen, Maisloch und ein Putting Green. Bis zum wunderschönen Zions-Nationalpark sind es 48 km, bis zum See- und Radweg (Quail Creek) 5 Fahrminuten und bis zu den Strecken für Geländefahrzeuge / Geländewagen direkt vor der Tür. Sie können auch das Historische Museum des Silberriffs besuchen.
Alles in der Hütte ist aktualisiert. Einschließlich Betten und Möbel. Es gibt intelligente Fernseher im vorderen Bereich und im Hauptschlafzimmer. Sie haben Zugriff auf Netflix und Youtube.
Vorne gibt es genügend Parkplätze für all Ihr Spielzeug (Boote, 4x4, kleine Wohnmobile).
Leeds liegt direkt an der I-15. Es ist 15 Minuten von St. George, 15 Minuten vom Sand Hollow Reservoir und 8 Minuten vom Red Cliffs Park entfernt.
Das Cottage liegt etwas abseits der Straßen, so dass Sie Ihre Ruhe haben können.

Hiking Trip

Rented this property due to the location. It was not a far drive from Bryce Canyon and Zion. Overall, the property was similar to the description and was exactly what we needed.

Such a great vibe

From the moment we arrived our entire mood changed and a very calm peaceful feeling came upon us! It was perfect to celebrate our five year anniversary here! I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint peaceful place to stay near Zion. The owners gave good instructions before our arrival and we never had to bother them because everything was perfect! We’ll definitely be back!

Central location

Excellent central location to see Cedar Breaks National Monument, Zion National Park, Kolob Canyon, Snow Canyon State Park, Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, and Kanarra Falls. The cozy cottage was just that, a home away from home. Warm shower, comfortable bed, and many amenities provided- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, hot chocolate, herbal tea. Kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend!

Cozy cottage

The house was perfect for our vacation to Utah. It is super close to the highway which makes it super easy and quick to get pretty much anywhere. The home itself was very well kept, and we would definitely stay again if back in Utah!

Just right for us

My travel buddy and I had a great experience staying at the cozy cottage. Communication about checkin and checkout was communicated in a timely manner. The accommodations were nice and the beds comfortable. There were even hammocks for a little relaxation time after hiking at Zion which is a very easy and beautiful 40 minute drive from the cottage. The Mexican restaurant down the road was excellent. We never had to reach out to the owner so I can’t speak to communication during our stay, but I think that speaks to the communication before arriving and the thorough description of the property. Overall a positive experience.

Lovely time in Leeds for a hiking getaway

My friends and I had a lovely time at Klint’s property. The property was very cute and clean, and the check-in and out process was seamless. The three of us stayed here for a girls’ trip to Zion National Park and found the location to be very convenient. The propriety is approximately 45 min. from Zion National Park and much cheaper than hotels in Springdale near the park. Additionally, it is about 25-30 min. away from the Kolob Canyon area of Zion, and only 5 min. away from Red Cliffs National Conservation Area - both great spots for hiking.

Loved this place. Nice and quiet. Bed was super comfy all amenities were available. Even bedding compared to ones in California. I brought a sleeping bag like I do in California. It was definitely a cozy cottage for sure. If available on our next trip out that way will try and book it. Plus the historic site up the street was a bonus. Thanks.

Very Cozy

I really enjoyed my stay here. The property was just as listed and was very accessible. The property manager was very accommodating and helpful. I really enjoyed my time in this small cabin and loved how close it was to Zion National Park. I would definitely come back!

Great place to stay

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The place is newly renovated with up-to-date water heater and AC, which made taking showering and sleeping easier. The host was organized and helpful when we had a concern about one of the AC units and fixed the problem right away. A cute place to stay at with an ideal location, and is easy to find. Highly recommend!

Good location for Zion NP visit

We drove from the Bay Area to visit Zion NP the next day. It's conveniently located right by the highway 15 and for us go to the park next morning. The house is well maintained and have everything we need to prepare a dinner and recharge. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect little cabin for newbies to Utah!

Rented for a group of 3. Perfect location for hikers doing the lower Mighty 5 hikes. Close to restaurants, Walmart, and other necessities, but tucked just off the highway in the cutest little town and next to a CCC historic site. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions and very informative about local site-seeing! Very clean with modern decor. Definitely recommend!

Excellent stay!

My partner and I had a great time at Klint’s home. Such a cute and warm place! Don’t let the outside photos deter you from booking your stay. The place had everything you need for amenities: toiletries, shampoo/conditioner, towels, air conditioning, comfortable bed, TV etc. We didn’t have the chance to spend time using the outside amenities such as the hammocks, BBQ grill, picnic table, corn hole and mini gold but they were a nice touch. The place was about 30 miles away from Zion National Park but the drive was less than 40 minutes. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Meeting family half way

Don’t let the outside photo influence your decision. It is beautifully remodeled inside, plenty of space and the bed very comfy. The kitchen had everything one needs. Very quite neighborhood and in close vicinity to many parks and hiking areas. Our daughter and family stayed at Zion camp/trailer park, which turned out to be just down the street. We had not been able to see them for some time. The property manager was kind enough to let us have 2 of our little grandchildren spend one night with us.

It was very cozy, beautiful and provided all essential bathroom supplies and coffee which is a plus! My wife really enjoyed the the neighbors cow and called her Betsy.
