Penthouse Good Views
This property is well located in San Jose del Cabo.
The property is a bit old. It is very spacious, a few things need attention, the kitchen has some basic utensils, there was no pantry at all! Not even salt nor pepper, no sugar, etc, and when you do go to the market and buy all the things you need, there’s no pantry where to put anything.
The front door is extremely difficult to open, it was an issue every time!
There were no drapes in the king size bedroom, they were broken, and the sliding door to the outside balcony is also broken… we had to use the storm shutters at night, which were extremely difficult to pull, on your own, it took two of us to get the shutters close every night!
The outdoor terrace has a spiral staircase, to get to the barbecue/ jacuzzi area; and is very difficult for older people or disabled people!
There was a plumbing issue, and it was handled immediately by the property manager!!
The girls in the front office/ property management office are very professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable!
We brought our little dog with us, we gave a One thousand US dollars for the deposit. To get our deposit back was too slow! it should have been as quick as when they took the deposit from us, that we didn’t understand at all!
Overall, the apartment is spacious, it’s okay as a base, but it needs some TLC. Thank you
