Willkommen in der VILLA PRADA, einer brandneuen modernen Villa in der Wohnanlage von Leeward. Zwei Minuten vom berühmten Grace Bay Beach und ausgezeichneten Restaurants entfernt.

Dieses einzigartige Anwesen wurde von unserer Insel Potcake Prada inspiriert, seine unkomplizierten Wege wurden in der einzigartigen Einrichtung illustriert. Genießen Sie Ihren eigenen privaten Pool mit gemütlichen Sitzbereichen in der Sonne oder sitzen Sie unter dem überdachten Essbereich und genießen Sie eine Erfrischung auf der Insel. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass auch Ihre Vierbeiner einige Zeit am Pool verbringen können.

Es gibt einen neuen Grill, den Sie auf dem Außendeck genießen können. Die beiden Hauptschlafzimmer sind individuell eingerichtet und bieten einen gemütlichen und komfortablen Raum. Beide verfügen über ein eigenes Bad. Diese Villa ist der perfekte Ort, um sich für eine kurze Auszeit zurückzuziehen. Sie ist perfekt für 2 Paare oder ein Paar mit Kindern.

Mit Liegestühlen, einem Sonnenschirm und einer Abkühlung können Sie die vielen atemberaubenden Strände in Providenciales erkunden.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This cozy villa was exactly as described in the listing. Donte was easy to communicate with and met us at the house to go over all of the details of our stay. The house is perfect for a family of four or two couples. We had just enough space and having everything on one floor was great. The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities needed for a beach stay. Loved having such a beautiful outdoor space and pool. Rent a car if you're staying here to get around but Sunset Beach is also within walking distance. We had a lovely stay, would love to return and highly recommend Villa Prada.

Wow- more amazing than we imagined!

We, my 17 year old son & his friend, had an incredible time. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great, short drive to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Safe. Beds & pillows were super comfy. So many amenities! Lots of well working air conditioners too. Rochelle & Dante are lovely and the check in process was super easy. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely and relaxing

Villa Prada was a wonderful home base for our 9 days in Turks and Caicos. The outdoor space is particularly appealing; we especially loved sitting by the pool with a cocktail after a long day exploring before heading out for dinner. Rochelle and Donte were lovely and communication, etc, couldn't have been easier. The house itself was comfy and calm. We can't wait to come back.

Great place for family and friends

There property is exactly like the pictures, 2 big bedrooms and very private in the back yard. We were in constant contact with the owner while we were coming in and were met at the property by Donta, he proceed to give us a very detailed break down the property and the surroundings as well as great recommendations were to eat to places to visit. He was spot on with every recommendation. there is a good security presence around the area, as well as a roaming security car, while walking late at night to take some star pictures, one of the cars came by to see what I was doing. He was very polite and professional and as soon as he realized I was a gust he went on his way. the property is close to a beach ( took us 10 mins to walk it) the property is clean and the appliances are new, it is purpose built for friends or family with the 2 bedrooms and each has a complete bathroom. The WIFI is really decent and we got a good signal sitting in the backyard. Any time we had a questions or wanted a recommendation, all we had to do is send a text, and we got an answer right away. you will need a car for sure as to get to anything requires a bit of a drive, but it is well worth it. Some of the roads to the various points are unpaved and a little steep, so you will need a 4 wheel drive if you are planning to go there. Highly recommend this property for more reason than I can list.

Best vacation ever!

What an incredible experience we had in this property. The owner met us when we were lost and drove with us to the house. Then allowed my husband to follow him to the grocery store that evening. Our vacation only got better from then on. The house was spotlessly clean and well stocked. The owners were available for any questions we had throughout our visit. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have an exceptional vacation!

Just awesome!

Rochelle and Donte were excellent and welcoming: The house is magical and has everything for your stay. Seeing nice art with David Bowie was the cherry on the top, since we are fans. And little Prada was watching over us ;) Villa Prada is a true gem. The hardest part was leaving 💕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spectacular!

This beautiful home came stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need: pots, pans, dishes, spices, laundry supplies, beach towels, beach chairs, games, etc. The hosts thought of everything. The location was fantastic - never more than a 20 minute drive to anywhere. Donte was there to greet us and answered any questions quickly. We were all super impressed and would not hesitate to book Villa Prada again!

Wonderful Stay

Villa Prada is an adorable gem in the Leeward Settlement. Just the right size for our family and just a short drive to the beaches. The area has some new active construction around it, but we were not home during the day to really notice it. Rochelle and Donte were wonderful hosts and very responsive. They were quick to address the minor A/C issue and replaced the toaster immediately. Since they do not use a property management company, they are personally invested in making sure our experience was a great one. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Tranquil Couples Trip

“Say Less”

Villa Prada was the perfect get away for me, my husband, and our couple friend. It was gorgeous and private. Donte and Rochelle were very responsive and helpful and even messaged to check in on us a couple days into our stay. We rented a car and the villa was close to everything. A few nice, extra touches were the ice chest and chairs we used when heading to the numerous beaches we visited. We felt safe the entire time and would highly recommend choosing Villa Prada for your stay in Provo. You will not regret staying here. I could go on and on but as many of the locals say, “Say less” and just book your stay at Villa Prada.

Beautiful and safe

Our stay at Prada Villa was amazing! The villa is beautifully decorated with all amenities needed, beds are comfortable and the outdoor area is wonderful. The location is perfect, quiet and felt safe. Rochelle and Jo went above and beyond helping me plan an anniversary surprise for my wife! We look forward to visiting and staying here again next year!
