Direkt am Strand! Übergroße Fenster bieten von jedem Zimmer einen Panoramablick auf das Meer. Sie können sogar bequem von Ihrem Bett aus die Brandung beobachten. Die Küche im zweiten Stock sowie die Ess- und Wohnbereiche öffnen sich alle zum umlaufenden Deck und bieten einen Blick in alle Richtungen.
Ein geräumiges Hauptschlafzimmer und ein zusätzliches Gästezimmer befinden sich im zweiten Stock und haben ein Vollbad. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein zusätzlicher Wohnbereich, der sich perfekt für Gäste eignet: zwei Schlafbereiche: ein formelles Schlafzimmer, ein Queensize-Bett im Gemeinschaftsraum sowie eine halbe Badewanne und eine Außendusche.
Das Ober- und das Untergeschoss sind nicht miteinander verbunden, sondern über die Doppeltreppe direkt vor der Tür leicht zu erreichen. Wärmen Sie nach einem langen Tag am Strand Ihre Knochen im Whirlpool oder machen Sie es sich am Holzkamin gemütlich. Gasgrill. Hunde erlaubt. Wonderful beach weekend

Just got home from our lovely Stinson weekend and boy was it great! What a treat to arrive at a rental where it’s better in person than in the photos! Clean, stylish, comfortable. Stocked kitchen. Cozy fireplace. Awesome a wrap around deck. Quintessential beach house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and modern, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great views of the ocean and so close to the beach. Parking was difficult and guests should be warned about it. A house that big with 5 or 6 people renting -- you know they're going to come in two cars. Stairs were too steep and slippery for older people.But overall we had a good time. The house itself is great.

Family birthday

We had outstanding weather for our long weekend stay. (Three generations even went boogie boarding together one day). We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, the hot tub and the ease of walking to Parkside for coffee and a dinner out. Being right on the beach to watch incredible sunsets and being able to hear the waves crashing from our bedroom made for a perfect stay.

Very nice beach front property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice house right on the beach. We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend stay. Overall the house was clean and comfortable. However, the lower level is a bit dank and mold smelling due to previous flooding. We had children staying there but would not recommend for most guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at 98 Calle del Ribera was most excellent. Check-in was super easy, the location is walking distance from downtown and accommodations were perfect for our family. Highlights included people and animal watching (spotted whales, dolphins and beach goers with bad sunburns, cheeks out, etc. that made for a good time). The grill is top notch and we also quite enjoyed hott-tubbing! General condition were great for the most part. I will say that it's annoying that these $$$ rentals don't include more beach accommodations such as a sunshade structure or big umbrellas, multiple beach towels, etc. We had to lug a shade structure from over the hill and had to ping the rental company on additional towels. The dishwasher was also janky and the shower wasn't draining right but those seem like easier fixes. Even with the mostly minor inconveniences, we would 100% stay here again, as a great time was had by all!

Its one of those houses that you need to experience...walk right outside your door into the sand....but careful not to get too much sand in the hot tub.

Best location for beach getaway!

We loved the house. Super nice to have upstairs and downstairs separate. Perfect orientation for ocean views and sunlight. I loved being in full view of the ocean vs behind a sand dune. We def would rent again.

We loved the beach in Stinson & walked it daily. We spent three weeks at this home, and it was a well-equipped home.The house has divided floors; without inside access, it was mildly inconvenient for us. The lower level had a musky smell; a dehumidifier was provided to help remedy.We had a water heater incident. The property Manager had it replaced the same day once identified. We did not use the hot tube. It was cleaned weekly even though.We would recommend this property.

Better to rent this property in the Spring and Summer

Reviewer Comments: It's always great to be at Stinson Beach!The house is beautiful but the third day of the High Surf we had to move the guests from the downstairs to the upstairs because of the water seepage, dampness, musty odor, and bugs. It was quite an inconvenience. We could quickly get to Bolinas for surfing and the Dipsea trail for hikes. Beach walks were great also. The dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work well so there was lots of hand washing. We rotated our washing so it was not too bad. The kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was perfect!

The most ideal weekend right on the sand. Breathtaking views from every inch, amazing open floor plan. We can't wait to come back again in the summer months. Place was exactly as described and check-in/check-out was effortless. 10/10 would recommend.
