Willkommen in unserem geräumigen Reno-Zuhause. Gäste können sich in diesem großen, ca. 300 m² großen zweistöckigen Rückzugsort wie zu Hause fühlen. Unser Thema kombiniert alte Welt, zeitgenössische und rustikale Themen in unserem ganzen Haus, damit Sie sich willkommen fühlen. Gäste haben vollen Zugang zum gesamten Haus mit Ausnahme der Garage und eines von zwei begehbaren Kleiderschränken im Hauptschlafzimmer.

Der Raum
Obergeschoss: Im Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich ein kalifornisches Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad und Hauptbadezimmer. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer, ein Queensize-Bett im dritten Schlafzimmer, ein zweites Badezimmer und einen Dachboden.

Unten: Es gibt ein französisches Bett im vierten Schlafzimmer. Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Familienzimmer, Küche, 3. Bad und Waschküche.

In Bezug auf die Medien gibt es kostenloses WLAN und einen 58-Zoll-Fernseher im Familienzimmer mit OTA-Zugang zu den 5 nationalen Rundfunknetzen. TV hat auch Roku, so dass Sie sich mit vielen vorinstallierten Apps in Ihr Lieblings-Streaming-Netzwerk einloggen können. Waschküche hat Frontlader Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt Parkplätze in der Einfahrt für zwei Fahrzeuge und ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus.

Lovely spacious home.

This is a large home with great space for a big family. Location is north of Reno but getting there is quick and easy. Will be even better once some road construction is completed. We were attending the Great Reno Balloon Race so it was the perfect spot for us. Owner was very helpful with clear instructions and an offer to assist with anything we might need.

This was a very nice place. It was in a good location. The only thing negative was not one coffee cup in the house and not even small soap shampoo and conditioner.. these are cheap to provide and most do. Never been to a house with no coffee cups weird.

This house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for everyone and a big kitchen table for all of us to sit at to eat and play games. Marco could not of been a better host! Family Vacation

This was a family gathering for a high school graduation. I had family flew in from Colorado, Hawaii and Texas. The house was so spacious a different area for the Adults to hang out and the kids to hang out. the kitchen had all the accessories we needed to cook and bake as a family. The house was fancy and clean and beautifully landscaped. My family could not stop talking how beautiful the house was and perfect for family gatherings. Also Marcos was an awesome host. Definitely would stay here again

Great Property Great Communication

Let me start off by saying the photos does not do the property justice it is even more beautiful in person. Very quite neighbour and a very nice backyard with artifical grass made a prefect spot to lounge in the evening and mornings. My favorite part of the stay was that Marco established and maintained an open line of communication to ensure everything went well.

Great Gathering Place

We rented the home from Marco for our son's UNR graduation. It was such a nice home - very well stocked, quality furniture, comfy beds and very clean. Even 2 dining areas that both seat 8 people and a great backyard with quail and rabbits running on the hillside on about 1/3 of an acre. Its in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of town that is about 12 minutes from downtown Reno. Marco was very responsive. It was perfect for what we needed and definitely recommend it!!

Home Away From Home

Curb appeal very nice. Beautiful, compfortable interior. Many amenities provided. Pretty complete stocked kitchen i.e, dishes, pots and utensils. Great dining room table for 8 adults to play board games. Bathrooms well stocked with towels, facecloths and necessary amenities. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Backyard was big enough for cornhole, croquet ir any other yard games. Final word...WE'LL BE BACK!

More than expected

This home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything seemed to be about a 10-15 minute drive away which was really convenient. The pictures definitely do not do this place any justice. When we arrived, we were absolutely blown away at the amount of space there is. Marco did a great job at keeping the home as a home, with decorations and seating in proper places, and not over using items or furniture when not needed. Marco is also great to speak with, quick response to messages, check in with him is simple and easy. I would highly recommend this home for any large family or group of friends visiting the Reno area.

Beautiful home with great amenities

My husband, myself, adult children and grandkids had a wonderful five night stay in this beautifully appointed home in late September, while in Reno attending a family wedding. The home is ideally located, very close to a Wal-Mart Super center and only about 15 minutes from Reno International Airport. Marco, the owner, was amazing to work with. He was very accommodating and responded quickly to my emails. The check-in and out process was also effortless with a keyless entry doorpad. The home itself was immaculate, with the layout being perfect for a family traveling with children or several couples. There were three bedrooms upstairs: king master w/large ensuite bathroom, another king and a queen bedroom with a nice double sink vanity bathroom between the two rooms. In addition, there was a nice sized room with a small bar for adults to gather or children to play upstairs which we certainly utilized. There was one gueen bedroom downstairs and a guest bathroom with shower. As well as a large formal dining room area with seating for 8, nice kitchen with casual seating for 8, den/tv room & laundry room. Off the kitchen is a large fenced in back yard with retaining wall, patio table with 8+chairs and a propane grill. This was an awesome space for the grandkids to run around and safely play while the adults visited without having to worry about them. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/ pans, dishes, utensils, Keurig and automatic drip coffeemaker, two ovens, spices, foil, plastic wrap, etc. Another great amenity that we were so appreciative of and haven't found at any of the many VRBO properties we've stayed in, were all the toiletries Marco provided. There were multiple full size bodywashes, shampoo & conditioners, hand soap (in all bathrooms), dish soap, laundry detergent & fabric softener, enough trash bags, quality toilet paper & paper towels for the entire length of our stay!! At most VRBO properties we are lucky to get a starter kit consisting of 2-4 rolls of cheap toilet paper and paper towels and 2 garbage bags! We really appreciated Marcos level of professionalism & courtesy, as he was kind enough to message me that we had left a basket of toys behind, so we were able to go by and get them before we left town. We highly recommend this comfortable home to anyone traveling in the Reno area and would not hesitate to return. Thank you Marco for sharing your home with us!
