Unsere wunderschöne, komplett renovierte Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern jeden Alters! Gehen Sie 20 Meter von unserer wunderschönen Allwetter-Veranda (mit gekühlter Tiki-Bar) weg und genießen Sie spektakuläres Angeln am Heron Lake! Unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung wird bequem 12 mit 7 Betten schlafen. Wir sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Wasser- und Fitnesscenter, dem Spielplatz, den Wanderwegen und dem berüchtigten Straßenbahn-Shuttle von Sea Colonies zu unserem privaten 1,5-Meilen-Strand entfernt.

Wir haben brandneue Breitdielenböden in der gesamten Wohnung und herrliche neue Küchengeräte, Beleuchtung und Möbel. Unsere luxuriösen Plantagenfensterläden bieten einen Blick auf die Landschaft von Lake Heron und Sea Colony West. 12 fantastische Pools sind eine Fahrt mit der Straßenbahn oder einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir haben Highspeed-Internet, eine Bibliothek mit tollen Strandinformationen, hochauflösendes Xfinity-Kabel und einen wunderschönen Gaskamin.

Unser Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit herrlichem Blick auf den Heron Lake sowie ein kürzlich renoviertes Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung und einer Multi-Jet-Massagedusche. Unser zweites Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Bett mit einem brandneuen Twin-Loft. Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 verfügt über ein brandneues Etagenbett mit 2 Vollmatratzen und 1 Doppelrollbett. Unsere wunderschöne Couch im Wohnzimmer hat auch ein Queen-Ausziehbett.

Der spektakulärste Teil unserer Wohnung ist die fabelhafte Allwetter-Wrap-Around-Veranda mit Blick auf Lake Heron! Der große Rasen zwischen uns und dem Wasser bietet außerdem viel Platz für eine Vielzahl von Feierlichkeiten im Freien! Auf unserer Terrasse oder Terrasse können Sie die Ruhe genießen oder um die Ecke unserer Veranda biegen und sich an den Feierlichkeiten unserer Tiki-Bar erfreuen!

End of summer beach trip

I’ve been coming to Sea Colony for over 20 years and this was my favorite condo yet. The unit is very well-appointed. It’s the perfect location in the tennis community- close to the pool, fitness center, lake and tram stop. Owner was very easy to contact, but we didn’t need to because everything was seamless. We will be staging here again.

A wonderful, relaxing trip!

We had a lovely stay here! We’ve been coming to sea colony (parents owned for many years) for over 25 years now. This unit was great; very comfortable, great decor, fun tiki bar on the 4 season porch and being right on the lake with some grass to play cornhole was perfect! Communication was super easy and would love to stay here again. Thanks for a great spring break for our family!

Absolutely Beautiful, Relaxation Paradise

This is the most gorgeous property that we have stayed at in our 18 years vacationing in Sea Colony! So secluded and cozy. Beautiful views of the lake and fantastic screened in porch. The little ones in our group loved sitting at the tiki bar and were fascinated by the loft bunk in the 2nd bedroom. Linda was prompt in communicating with us when necessary and so accommodating! Definitely will be staying again 😊

Great beach house

Overall we had a great beach vacation in this very lovely home. The room with the double bunk beds was much smaller than we expected. Although there is room for four or five people to sleep, there is not actually enough space for the luggage for those people. Also, the small bed above the queen bed would be better off not there. It's not actually a place that you would have someone sleep and it simply creates a head-bumper for the individuals in the queen bed below. The home was in perfect condition, both clean and nicely decorated. Our cleaning person forgot to leave any full rolls of toilet paper in the master bath (just two partial rolls from previous guests) and only a few sheets of paper towels on the roll in the kitchen. There were no back ups for these paper products, so we went shopping to purchase replacements. We would also suggest having the clean sheets placed on the beds before they are all made up. It would save each person from having to unmake all the beds to replace linens upon arrival. We suggest checking out some of the appliances. Our stove did not work, so some of our planned meals were a bit challenging to prepare. A handyman was sent to repair it, but was unable to fix it during our stay. The dryer was very slow. There were no laundry pods for us to wash towels, but the handyman was able to get some for us. The owner and handyman were both very nice and helpful, but it might be time to update the appliances for this beautiful home.

Memorial Day Family Vacation & Kick-Off to Summer

I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had at Lakeshore Court in Sea Colony! Not only was the condo immaculate as far as cleanliness, it had such an inviting & warm feel to it—a perfect place for our family to reconnect & make memories. Relaxation at Sea Colony

This is was our 3rd year at this location and Linda remains incredibly responsive. We love the the comfort of this rental, and the screened-in porch is probably my favorite spot. This year, due to the rain, we tried out the indoor pool nearby and it was great. Bring your fishing rods for fishing right outside on the pier!

Relaxing winter getaway

We had a wonderful stay in Sea Colony in the days between Christmas and New Years. The place is perfect -- plenty of space for a small or large family with three bedrooms, a living area, plus the amazing outdoor porch which we were able to use with a space heater. You really just need to pack your clothes as everything you'd need is provided. We were surprised by how much was open in Bethany during this period -- there were plenty of restaurants open and the weather was perfect for exploring the beautiful grounds of Sea Colony. My kids really enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool which is just steps away from the condo. This is definitely a 5-star rental! We hope to return during the summer to take advantage of all of the outdoor pools as well.

The host was absolutely amazing and was easy to reach throughout our stay. We definitely hope to be back next year if we can! The location is great and fairly close to the beach. The house is cute, and we enjoyed spending time on the enclosed porch.

A perfect beach getaway

We absolutely loved the condo! We had 4 adults, a baby, and a 4 year old and we all felt like we had plenty of bedrooms and space. The place felt like a home away from home with comfortable beds,furniture, and beach decor. We spent lots of time on the screened porch playing games. We loved Sea Colony's private beach, pools, splash pad, playgrounds, and walking paths. And we made use of the condo's beach chairs. It was super relaxing hanging out at home or at the beach. We also loved the weather in September and coming during the off season. We still had plenty of amenities available with our guest passes, the ocean was warm, and we didn't have to try too hard to find parking along the boardwalk. All in all, we had a lovely first time experience at Bethany Beach and we would totally come back to Linda's place again!

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Sea Colony. It’s a tight space for 2 adults, 1 tween and and 2 teenagers.. Would definately come again for a weekend getaway with my husband or a friend.

The secluded forest

While the unit was clean and cute (the Tiki bar) it was very dreary…not enough light throughout the unit…..especially the living room area. Too many Nicknacks around also. Master bedroom and bath were the best rooms 2nd bath needs to be updated especially shower head and shower liner. No toaster just a toaster oven that we needed to clean before using. 2nd bedroom said a queen size mattress but it was a full not a queen the overhead bunk bed was ridiculous if you weren’t careful you’d bang your head getting out of bed! There was a regular big bulky ladder in the closet to use to get up their and a fan that was so close to your head I was afraid to put on. Was told there was a BBQ but was filthy and no gas tank so no you couldn’t use the BBQ. The unit was definitely secluded as stated. The view of the lake was non existent due to overgrown bushes. While we made the best of it we will not be staying there again!

Beautifully Decorated and Updated

Linda was the host with the most! The condo is completely updated and decorated beautifully, probably one of the nicest in Sea Colony. Much better experience renting through VRBO compared to Vacasa.
