Perfectly situated an easy walk from the chair lift, this condo features a walk-out deck to enjoy on summer afternoons, an electric fireplace to keep you warm all winter, and community amenities that include a seasonal pool and tennis courts.
This condo is part of the North Creek Resort complex, which sits less than a quarter-mile from the Weider Express High-Speed Lift on the north side of Blue Mountain Resort. You'll be just a few steps from a stop for the free shuttle, which connects to dozens of charming shops and restaurants in Blue Mountain Village (less than a mile south). If you're planning your visit for summertime, you'll love being one mile south of Northwinds Beach on South Georgian Bay (a wonderful spot for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding), and one mile north of Monterra Golf (and within a 12-mile drive of four other courses).

The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
