This Multi-level condo located in the heart of Montreal's trendiest neighborhood offers guests an incredibly unique and comfortable place to stay. This unit sleeps up to 17 guests and is ideal for large groups of friends and family, your very own private soundproofed speakeasy bar area, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen/living room, 3 closed bedrooms, 3 beautiful modern bathrooms, 2 smart 4K TV's, air conditioning, free WIFI and your very own private balcony complete with BBQ and patio furniture (seasonal). The property has a shared terrace with a hot tub that can be made available upon request/ approval (24-hour notice recommended). Please note, the hot tub may be closed during extreme weather conditions (restrictions apply).
The private speakeasy area located in the downstairs area of the condo consists of a bar area, including glassware, a wine fridge, and an ice maker. Additionally, the space includes a pool table, 65" 4K Smart TV, and 2 futon couches (that can each sleep, 2 guests). The master bedroom consists of a king-sized bed (two single-sized beds placed together by default prepared as a king), dressed with fresh quality cotton sheets and a luxurious duvet. The second bedroom consists of two single-sized beds. The third bedroom consists of two bunk beds, one with two single beds and the other with one double and one single bed. You will also enjoy three full-sized luxurious bathrooms stocked with fresh towels. The space is equipped with a premium kitchen, including kitchenware for your use, as well as laundry appliances (consisting of a washer and dryer (detergent is provided). The property has a shared terrace with a hot tub that can be made available upon request/ approval (24-hour notice recommended). * There is no smoking in the apartment, you can smoke outside and on the balconies. should there be any signs of smoke after your departure including the smell of smoke, a smoking penalty of $350 will be charged on your security deposit.
* Late check-out penalty fee is $150 per hour (without notice). Please advise me if you want to enjoy late checkout. In the event that it's possible, there is no charge, otherwise please respect the 11:00 am checkout since the cleaners must prepare the unit for the next guests.
*Guests will be required to provide ID and security deposit of $750 upon arrival.
