This listing consists of two luxurious penthouses adjacent to each other for large groups to enjoy. The first penthouse consists of a fully equipped kitchen stocked with appliances, kitchenware, and a Keuring coffee machine. Common areas are open concept and the living area includes a 65-inch Smart TV. The master bedroom consists of a king sized bed (two single sized beds placed together), ensuite bathroom and a large walk in closet. Guests have the option of configuring the master bedroom as a king sized bed, or as two single sized beds. The second bedroom consists of a king sized bed with a large wardrobe closet. The third bedroom is located on the second floor, and is an open concept bedroom consisting of a queen sized bed. Lastly, the fourth bedroom consists of a queen sized bed. All bedrooms are dressed with fresh quality cotton sheets and luxurious duvet. The space consists of 1.5 bathrooms including both a jacuzzi bath and a separate standing shower.
The second penthouse includes a fully equipped open concept kitchen / living room, 2 bedrooms, a beautiful modern bathroom, a large HD Smart TV with Netflix access, air conditioning and free WIFI. The master bedroom consists of a king sized bed (two single sized beds placed together), while the second bedroom consists of a queen sized that comfortably sleeps two. Both bedrooms are dressed with fresh quality cotton sheets and luxurious duvet. The condo is equipped with a fully equipped modern kitchen, as well as a living area with comfortable couches (that can sleep two guests).
The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, body bar, and face bars. Guests will also have access to laundry appliances in the condo (laundry detergent is provided).
Both penthouses each have access to a private rooftop terrace, consisting of an 8 seater hot tub on one of the terraces, and a 5 seater hot tub on the other. Both terraces include patio sets and a BBQ (however these amenities are seasonal).
The rooms that are advertised as “King bed” refers to 2 twin beds together which we prepare as a king.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you wish to have them separated. One of the bedrooms is open and you need to walk through it to get to another bedroom
Please note there's no elevator at the property, depending on your arrival time we will do our best to offer help bringing luggage to your room.

This is not for partying!!!! We will not allow other outside guests besides the one's part of your reservation group to come into the unit at night time, we are in a family neighbourhood and take noise concerns very seriously.
* You are responsible for any disturbance coming from the unit during your stay.
* A $1000 fine will apply per night for any party or disturbance reported by neighbors or noise sensors.
* Please treat our place as if it is your own and govern yourself accordingly.
* If you use the kitchen, please do not leave any dirty dishes or glasses upon checkout.
* Please put garbage in the alleyway on a daily basis. There are designated garbage bins.
* There is no smoking in the apartment, you can smoke outside and on the balconies. should there be any signs of smoke after your departure including the smell of smoke, a smoking penalty of $350 will be charged on your security deposit.
* Late check-out penalty fee is $150 per hour (without notice). Please advise me if you want to enjoy late checkout. In the event that it's possible, there is no charge, otherwise please respect the 11:00 am checkout since the cleaners must prepare the unit for the next guests.
*Guests will be required to provide ID and security deposit of $1000 upon arrival.
Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $1000 fine and will be removed from the property.
