Dockside 205 - Alles, was Sie sich für einen perfekten Strandurlaub wünschen können! Das Dock Holiday ist eine frisch renovierte, gehobene Eigentumswohnung am Wasser, nur 3 Gehminuten vom Zuckersandstrand, der Strandpromenade, Restaurants, Geschäften, dem Nachtleben und vielem mehr entfernt. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär und Sie werden die Delfine und Seekühe von Ihrem Esszimmerfenster und Balkon aus beobachten.

Die Wohnung verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause - plus einige! Es ist perfekt für zwei Paare, Familien oder Einzelpersonen oder Paare, die zusätzlichen Platz bevorzugen. Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten. Das Wohnzimmer hat auch ein bequemes Schlafsofa. Die Schlafzimmersuiten befinden sich auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Küche / des Esszimmers / des Wohnzimmers und sind daher ideal für die Privatsphäre. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über große Schränke, Kommoden, Flachbildfernseher und Nachttische. Ein Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne / Dusche und das andere über eine ebenerdige Dusche. In der Unterkunft befindet sich ein Safe im Hotelstil, und Sie können Ihren eigenen Passcode festlegen.

Die voll funktionsfähige Küche umfasst Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, Granit, Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen und alle Utensilien, die Sie zum Zubereiten Ihrer eigenen Mahlzeiten oder zum Mitnehmen in einem der nahe gelegenen Restaurants benötigen. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in voller Größe, große Schränke, ein Flachbild-TV und ein DVD-Player, WLAN, Highspeed-Internetzugang und kostenfreie Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Pool und die Sonnenterrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht werden mit dem Clearwater Beach Hotel nebenan geteilt.

Wonderful!!!

I am very meticulous when it comes to cleanliness. This was the first vacation where I was able to relax and enjoy my stay because it was super clean. They provided us with so many amenities that we would have had to purchase...such as beach towels, a wagon, beach umbrella, kitchen utensils, and even dish soap and laundry detergent! We will definitely be back!

Dock Holiday was the perfect place to stay! Cozy and comfortable! Clean with so much sunshine coming in when we opened the blinds! Great view out the front and we were able to walk everywhere we might need to for food and entertainment! It was exactly what we had hoped for!

Vacatation: Pictures dont disappoint. Very clean, spacious and walking distance to beach. Owners thought of everything that is needed,from beach chairs to towels and all the amenities that would be needed for this stay. A nice welcome hospitality basket. I cant say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. When we come back will definitely stay here again. Owners are easy to communicate with. Thanks for making our stay here enjoyable and memorable.

Awesome place!!

Perfect getaway to Clearwater Beach for couples or families. The owners thought of everything...from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon. The beds were so comfy. Best sleep we've ever had on vacation!! We so enjoyed the sunrises and view from the deck...our favorite place to hang out at the start and finish of every day. Close to restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere!! The food in Clearwater Beach was amazing every time!!! We can't wait to come back and rent both condos with our families. Well done!!

Great vacation and location!

Such a great condo and had a fabulous vacation! Condo had a beautiful view overlooking the water where we could watch boats and dolphins while drinking our coffee in the morning. It was super clean and had everything we needed and was just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants, shops, and the pier was in walking distance and we barely needed our car. Everyone had their own space which was nice for the week and it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the outdoor grill one of the nights and sat at the picnic tables. The condo was everything the description stated and would definitely go back next time we are in Clearwater. The owners were quick to respond with any questions that we had.

Another wonderful stay

We've stayed in this property for three years now and once again, we were very happy with our stay. Kit and Gary are very quick to respond for any questions or concerns. The property is clean, well decorated and has all the comforts of home. The location is great with a direct view of the bay where you can watch fish jump, a variety of birds and dolphins swim. Superbly appointed & beautiful condo

We’ve just come back from one week’s stay at Dockside condo. It’s a beautiful, newly renovated apartment which is superbly appointed and has everything you need whilst on holiday - with a lovely welcome basket an added bonus! Kit was so very helpful in the run up to our stay and also with dining recommendations whilst we were there which helped make everything so easy. The apartment block itself is conveniently located and within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and other attractions. The apartment faces a beautiful dock, where you can sit out and watch the most glorious sunrises each morning. If we are fortunate to be back in Clearwater Beach in the future we would love to come back here to stay! 💕

Beautiful Condo

We have stayed at Dockside the last 4 years and always enjoyed our stay but this was by far the best condo experience. It was laid out beautifully and perfect for our needs. We have a 6yr old and 19 month old and was it was very child friendly. We look forward to coming back and hopefully staying again. Communication was great between owners and thank you so much for the welcome basket. 5 stars!!!

Family Vacation

We traveled with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandkids. Dock Holiday was exactly as described and so much more. The check in and check out was extremely efficient. The welcome basket was very nice. The view was beautiful from the front sitting area and we loved the chairs provided for sipping our coffee and watching the dolphins. We recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Perfect & Convenient

This was our first visit to Clearwater and our first non-hotel stay at the beach. It was PERFECT. Everything was within walking distance. The area seemed a little busy our first night, but the condo itself was quiet. The condo itself was amazing. So much space, beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with things we didn’t realize we needed. We enjoyed fishing off the dock as well. The owners were very helpful and responsive from the original booking, through our stay. We plan to come back next year!

Great condo, well stocked, perfect location

This property is in a perfect location. Just off the "busy" path, but within walking distance of everything. We didn't need to rent a car, we literally walked everywhere. And a bonus that it really is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you'd need, I didn't have to buy anything (other than food). The property owner, Kit, was extremely responsive, to every message I sent. I highly recommend this property to others. One note of caution though, remember to put your parking pass visible in your dashboard window, because you will get towed!

Beautiful condo with great bay view

We stayed here last year and enjoyed our vacation so much we returned. The condo is impeccably decorated and stocked with everything you need. The view of the bay is spectacular and you see dolphins almost every day. Its a short walk to the beach. The owners are extremely responsive and very nice! We are happy we booked next year!

Location and Luxury

A beautiful condo located close to the beach and restaurants. So nice to be able to walk to dinner after cocktails on the balcony. The unit lacks for nothing and the layout is perfect for a family or two couples. Appliances all work perfectly, and everything you need for the beach or pool is provided. The kitchen has everything for cook-in nights —-I’m going to have to buy a set of the wonderful knives. Kit and Gary were an email away and extremely helpful. Quick trip to Clearwater Beach and this condo was perfect. If you’re traveling with little ones they have everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome basket was a wonderful touch. We are already looking at dates to come and stay again.

Gary and I are from the Midwest and knew that once our kids were off to college that we wanted to live someplace warm during the winter months! We had visited Clearwater Beach several times over the years, so chose to rent a condo for a month back in 2012. We liked it so much, we rented for three months the next year and five months the following year. At that point, we knew that Clearwater Beach was where we wanted to stay, so we bought a house on North Clearwater Beach and now live there nine months of the year.

In 2017, we decided to invest in a condo that we could use when family and friends came to visit, plus rent out to guests looking for a great beach vacation and/or to check out Clearwater Beach for a potential winter vacation spot, just like we did years ago. We looked at several buildings, but selected Dockside Condominiums because of its superb proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, marina, and other local attractions. We renovated that condo and named it Dock of the Bay. That condo was so popular, we bought and renovated the condo next door in 2019 and named it Dock Holiday,

The first thing we did after purchasing our condo was to hire a carpenter to do a major renovation and an interior designer to create an upscale "beachy" concept. We are thrilled with the results and hope you will be too! The patio, pool, sundeck, and dock all overlook the bay. You'll see gorgeous sunrises and dolphins playing right from your dining room window!
