Condo with Beach Access

This condo was perfect for our stay! Beach access was steps away. The property was clean. The one thing I wish was fixed was the master bedroom window screen. I didn’t want to open the window in case bugs wanted to come in.

Incredible VRBO

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was centrally located, had beautiful amenities, and had easy access to the beach! The VRBO was incredibly clean, very well-equipped, and comfortable for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were many, many options on the tv for rainy days, and in a safe area. It was our first time in Hilton Head and will absolutely be rebooking this place!

Wonderful Trip!

This condo was a wonderful place to stay during our Spring Break! We thoroughly enjoyed the location, the community, and the proximity to the beach. After spending the day at the beach, we relaxed by the heated pool. The condo is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a great bonus. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. The view of the beach from the balcony was terrific. We visit Hilton Head at least once a year, and this is our first time staying in this community. We will definitely stay here again.

Great, clean stay

Nicely remodeled and sparkling clean! The inside was perfect- comfy beds and bathrooms, everything worked well. The outside of the building was being cleaned while we were there so some noise and scaffolding interrupted the ocean view. I imagine that will be gone within a week.

Beautiful rental

The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, new appliances and updated kitchen and baths. Loved the view of the ocean and morning sunrises. Enjoyed our stay completely.

Woken Up 2 Out of 3 Days

The place was clean. Everything worked well. Looked as advertised. All was great accept for the most important part, the ability to sleep. On the first night- both in the evening and morning a clicking noise coming from above the bathroom woke us up. I called to address it, and while responsive the Vacasa staff was dismissive. The third night there were loud sounds of running water from above the same bathroom. I did not bother to call the staff, as I was leaving. Very clean- but no sleep is really a bad way to spend some time away. I also thought the Vacasa team would have been a bit accomodating and empathetic

Great Place

The only reason I gave this a 4 was because if the blinds in the master room. They were terrible , and let the sun peak through most mornings. Also the bed was firm. I prefer a softer bed. Other than that the place is great. Nice bathrooms, and an awes kitchen. The view was wonderful also. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Great ocean view

This condo is in a great spot with quick and easy walking access to the beach. The pictures on here really don’t do the ocean view justice. It was clean and ready when we arrived. The kitchen is dated, but you can tell that in the pictures. There’s some beach toys in a closet that are available for use. The only thing I’d update is the comforter in the queen bedroom. It’s old and pilling really badly which makes it uncomfortable to sleep with. Outside of that it’s a great stay!! We really enjoyed our week.

Loved this Condo & Island Club

This view of the ocean on this end unit was beautiful. Nice quiet end unit with a great layout & spacious! Everything you need & it all worked perfectly. Updated bathrooms were awesome too! Great amenities at Island Club! Beautiful outdoor spaces everywhere with shade & beautiful trees & landscaping and water ways.

Wonderful Visit!

My family and I recently spent a week in Island Club 1301. The view was incredible, and made even more so by the fact that it was a corner unit! I was pleased to see that the carpet had been replaced with a different type of flooring, and the bathrooms had both been recently renovated and were very nice. The switch for the overhead light/fan in the master BR WAS confusing at first, until we realized that it was located in the closet. The unit was very clean and as described. There were a few small things that would have improved our visit, but nothing that would prevent us from choosing this unit again. There were no linens for the sofa bed, and some new pillows throughout would be a welcome addition. The kitchen could use some new knives, some storage containers, and the addition of a blender would be very nice. The bath towels were quite stiff and rough-feeling, but were plentiful. Again, these were relatively minor issues, and we would not hesitate to request this unit in the future!

Needs Maintenance - would not stay again

Both showers have a lack of water pressure with the owners shower being completely unusable. I called about the issue within an hour of arriving and it was never fixed over the week I was there. Even the maintenance staff from Vacasa acknowledged the the unit needs updates and it is not in good condition. Island Club is a wonderful complex but this unit is in terrible condition and needs major updates. As background- my family and I have stayed in this unit for almost 20 years with the previous owners before it was on Vacasa. Since being bought by a new owner and listed for rent on Vacasa it has gone into disrepair quickly.

Right on the beach with all amenities needed

Just like listed. Beds were comfortable and clean. Right on the beach. Pools were great. All electronics worked. Might could use a deep cleaning. The carpets needed a steam cleaning and the fans needed to be dusted. A little older unit. Nothing fancy but worked great for us.

HHI 2021 Vacation

1301 is located on 3rd floor with elevator access. The view from balcony is the Ocean and very nice. The beds were comfortable and the unit is roomy . We were very pleased with the accommodations.

Great Location

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo on Hilton Head Island. The condo resort is lovely, has good amenities, and is in a great location right on the beach. The condo itself was immaculately clean and well-appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay. The views from the balcony are wonderful and it's only a quick walk over the dunes to the beach. The complex is on a quieter end of the beach, making for peaceful walks in the morning and evening, and it wasn't too crowded for swimming/lounging during the day. Our only constructive feedback is that the master showerhead has really low water pressure and the tub doesn't drain well. But the shower in the other bathroom worked fine. We loved Hilton Head and would definitely stay at this location again.
