Einheit mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern im Sandpiper Bay Golf Club am wunderschönen Sunset Beach. Es gibt zwei Einzelbetten und einen König.
Diese Villa bietet einen schönen Blick auf das Wasser und eine Einrichtung im Key West-Stil. Es ist wunderschön dekoriert und individuell bemalt. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, einen großen offenen großen Raum mit gewölbter Decke, Essbereich, voller Größe und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Speisekammer und einer abgeschirmten Veranda.

Die Master-Schlafzimmer-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt eine Schiebetür zu einer abgeschirmten Veranda. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer haben jeweils zwei Einzelbetten. Die Küche in voller Größe ist komplett ausgestattet, um Ihre Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für sechs Personen am Tisch. Der große Raum verfügt über großzügige bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten. Es gibt Deckenventilatoren im gesamten, TV / Blu-ray-Player im großen Raum und kleinere Fernseher in den Schlafzimmern, Full-Size-Waschmaschine / Trockner, Bügeleisen / Bügelbrett, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle in der Einheit.

Die Villa ist eine Endeinheit im zweiten Stock (oberste Etage) mit zusätzlichen Fenstern, die eine helle und fröhliche Atmosphäre haben. Der vordere Eingang hat einen großen Teich und einen Brunnen und einen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Entspannen Sie sich, essen Sie oder lesen Sie auf der abgeschirmten Veranda mit ihrer ruhigen Lagune, dem Blick auf den Golfplatz und den vielen Wildtieren. Wunderschöne Ausblicke von vorne nach hinten sorgen dafür, dass Sie sich gut fühlen! Das Schwimmbad ist ein sehr, sehr kurzer Spaziergang. Es gibt zwei Pools / Whirlpools, Tennisplätze und Holzkohlegrills (Gemeinschaft geteilt). Die Villa hat eine gehobene Ausstrahlung mit einer komfortablen und entspannten Atmosphäre.

Best Home away from Home Vacay

The condo was perfect! The kids had the front of the condo & I had the master suite on the other end. Kitchen had every thing we needed and more. The towels were luxurious, just like at a posh spa! Unit is well maintained, clean, open & had a peaceful feel to it. The hosts are very communicative & gracious. I would love to go back and stay longer!

Sunset beach vacation

Sandpiper Bay is a nice community. Condo is in great location right near the pool. The condo unit itself was spacious for our family. Great view on patio got to see some gators swimming by. Would have been nice if unit was more stocked with paper products (toilet paper,paper towels etc) The rug could use some attention but other than that i would recommend staying here. Great value and close enough to beach and calabash restaurants.

Everything was perfect

It was very easy to communicate with the owner. We are happy to have visited Sunset Beach. The beach is very beautiful. The beds are comfortable. We felt right at home.

Nice Stay

Positives: Very nice area, easy access to the beach, enjoyable pools. Condo is in a very quiet neighborhood. Tim was very responsive when we were having issues with the dishwasher and garbage disposal. Would recommend more instructions for the main tv.

July 4th beach vacation

This was our trip to Sunset Beach and we loved it. The golf course view from the balcony was fantastic. Pool was a bit small and crowded at times but it was also a holiday week so that could be expected. The owner was very responsive with any questions I had and also gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The only suggestion i would make is that the couches looked great but were extremely uncomfortable and the carpets could use a good cleaning.

Beautiful condo for quiet vacation

This vacation condo is a perfect place for anyone to stay that enjoys a quiet and private place to stay. The beds were comfortable and enough privacy for everyone. The only things I would say are a slight con is that there are no reclining area to sit in the living room and that the rooms are not room darkening whatsoever. The two twin rooms have a light shining in from the light from the porch. My kids require dark rooms to sleep, so if light doesn’t bother you, then it should be fine. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials. Easy drive to multiple grocery stores and beaches. Highly recommend this place!

This is a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing that we think should be addressed is new bed linens and pillows, (king bed mattress cover had a blood stain and was gross) and also the carpets need cleaning. There was also very few washcloths. The pools were great. We loved seeing an alligator from the outside patio. The condo is in a great location. We had a wonderful time.

Blissful Vacation Week

Enjoyed our return stay to Sunset Beach. This upstairs unit is lovely and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It is close to the pool and is a very short drive to the beach. Many great golf courses are located a short drive away, including River’s Edge, Oyster Bay, Glen Dornach, Sea Trails (3), and The Thistle as well as Sandpiper where the unit is located. there are many restaurants in the area with a wide variety of food choices. Owner is very easy to work with and responds quickly if needed. Hope to return again next summer.

In desperate need of updating

Only pros: Nice quiet location with plenty of parking. Nice area to go for walks, just watch out for gators. Good views from front and back porches. Big cons: Carpeting is beyond filthy All flooring NEEDS TO BE REPLACED Mold in 25 year old refrigerator Mold in 25 year old dishwasher that rarely worked Microwave is in the way for cooking and should be a built in Mold in master bathroom Master bathroom door has a hole in it Not enough dishes Kitchen not stocked enough to make meals Drawers are very dirty in the insides All linens NEED to be replaced Master bed is HORRIBLE! Spring poke you if you try to sleep on it Mattress pad cover on master is dirty and has blood on it Blood on coverlet in pink/coral bedroom and the bed by the closet squeaks terribly Only 1 light bill in above ceiling fan light and in master bedroom light Couch can’t be sat on because to are sitting on the frame to the hide a bed. Outdoor patio set needs to be fixed so you can actually sit on the wiggly chairs Other condos in the complex have been completed updated. This condo is in desperate need of a complete updating. All the doors on the inside are covered in dirty handprints. Bathroom faucets were not even cleaned If renovations get made with a new kitchen, flooring, updated bathrooms, master bed and linens then it would be worth it We were not impressed at all.

Spacious, comfortable condo in Sandpiper Bay

Good location in Sunset Village, spacious condo in a nice and quiet area. The pool is close-by if this is your interest. Easy drive to the beach. The screened-in porch overlooking the pond and golf course is great.. Condo is generally well-equipped, beds were very comfortable, good selection of paper & soap products provided. TV was good and lots of stations available. Many seating areas in the living room which is handy if you have a larger group. Appliances all worked well, shower was good. Parking was easy in front of building. Only two negatives - we found the kitchen cleanliness was not up to our expectations and not consistent with the cleaning in the rest of the condo. It was like previous renters put dirty dishes, cookware, and cutlery back in the cupboards after a quick rinse. So hopefully the owner will make sure the cleaners check this going forward. Also the larger living room couch is past its prime and probably should be replaced soon as it’s no longer comfortable. Despite these latter two factors we enjoyed our stay at this home - good value for the price.

30th Wedding Anniversary Stay

Nicely decorated. Very close to the pool. The kitchen was well equipped. We brought our own travel Keurig…our preference. We would select this property again if the beds were more comfortable. The twin beds were better than the Master bed but still not comfortable.

No unpleasant surprises!

We use property's like this often. This was one of the nicest ones! I really pray people RESPECT this property so that the owners can continue to offer such a lovely home. Attention to detail from the nicely stocked kitchen, to lotions in the bathrooms, REAL furniture (not run down) & even NICE throw pillows! I know that sounds trivial but I've stayed in so many places that just dont care about these things. I will book again if in the area. Thank you, Tim!!

Beach Bliss

Lovely upstairs three bedroom unit near condo pool with gorgeous lagoon and golf course view. Cozy and well equipped unit located in condominium complex on Sandpiper Bay Golf Course (27 holes).Very short drive to stores and restaurants as well as Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Owner was easy to work with and responsive to questions. Love this area and enjoyed our stay immensely. Hope to return in the near future.
