Unsere Wohnung liegt perfekt im 2. Stock mit direktem Blick auf den Strand und die Außenpools. Vermeiden Sie die Aufzüge und parken Sie direkt auf dieser Etage. Wir haben auch ein schlüsselloses Haustürschloss, so dass Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit Schlüsseln auf dem Laufenden bleiben müssen! Vom Balkon oder durch die raumhohen Fenster in der gesamten Unterkunft genießen Sie einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf. Mit über 2.000 m² ist das Ferienobjekt sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Es wurden keine Kosten gescheut, um diese Wohnung in den perfekten Badeurlaubsort zu verwandeln, mit allen neuen Möbeln von großartigen Linien wie Four Hands, Furniture Classics, Universal, Pottery Barn und Restoration Hardware. Neue Matratzen, Fernseher, Beleuchtung, Kücheninventar, Farbe und Vorhänge auch!

In dieser Wohnung in Phoenix West gibt es eine Fülle an Annehmlichkeiten: Das Gerät ist mit Geräten in voller Größe, einer Wet-Bar mit Eismaschine, einem 65-Zoll-SMART-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und einem 55-Zoll-SMART-Flachbildfernseher im Master sowie HD-Fernsehern der 2. und 3. Klasse ausgestattet und 4. Schlafzimmer, Waschküche mit voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master, ein voll über voll und zwei über zwei Etagen im 2. We’ve stayed at this unit before and it is always a great stay! Efficient and top notch service from the owners and the lobby staff. This Phoenix property is always my go to when booking a trip to Orange Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit! We had 4 families here throughout the week and had plenty of room! That patio was our favorite! It was massive with plenty of space to spread out! Being on the second floor made for easy access to the unit when we were in a hurry being able to use the stairs! The kitchen had everything you could possibly want for your stay! We will be back next year with more family!

Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo was very nice. It was clean and conveniently located on the 2nd floor. We had some plumbing problems (toilet overflowed) and management had to come up and run a very loud fan for awhile, one of the burners on the stove didn't work, we couldn't find the ice scoop, and the back bedroom bed was incredibly loud. Every time you moved on the bed it would squeak very loud. It was very spacious and clean as I said above.

2nd flour beats all

Having kids from 1-12 with us made the second floor condo perfect for watching them play in pool right below our balcony. And using side stairwell to avoid elevator was beneficial as well fir all those trips to get what kids forgot. Loved the condo. Plenty of room all of us to stretch out. Will definitely consider exact condo again for another getaway.

What you see is what you get - which is a positive!

Group of 13 of us comprised of 4 families were able to very comfortably spend a week together in this space. The common areas are large and perfect for large parties. The patio allowed us to eat, some to lay, and the kids (age 1-12) to run around to whomever they wanted to visit with. We will stay again once I recover from the chaos that comes with a large party! Bring paper towels and toilet paper because you will only get a starter kit of low quality. The cleanliness I would give a 4+ if that was a possibility. Our socks showed that the floors needed a good mop job and the ceiling around the fan a dusting. Nothing more than what my own home likely needs after the end of a busy sport season. The ice machine in the wet bar was a nice surprise that I overlooked on the listing. The small ice was great for drinks and to add to 20oz bottles that we took to the pool. I was able to meet the owner and he was incredibly kind and open to hearing any suggestions we had to improve our future stays. I appreciated his genuine interest.

Spacious condo and great location

The condo was spacious and the location on the 2nd floor was great so we didn’t need to take the elevator. We loved the large patio and having 5 bathrooms. The condo building was located in a nice spot to walk to a few places. The condo itself does need a deep cleaning. Our feet were black the entire week from the floors. The bathrooms needed extra cleaning when we got there that we did ourselves. The living room ceiling had a lot of dust on it. Many of the walls and doors were really dirty. We were also woken by a garbage truck or construction at 4am. Overall, it fit our 6 adults and 4 kids.

Great location!

We made a short detour to Gulf Shores on our way to Florida for our annual family trip. The corner unit has a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and you can see the beach as well. The best part was being on the second floor. There were always lines to the elevator, and we just walked up a flight of stairs. The space was well furnished, and the beds were comfortable. The unit does need a deep clean. Including the doors, trim/baseboards, carpets and vents. You should definitely read the details very carefully as very little was provided. A starter supply truly means that. If you’re staying more than a day, be sure to have additional trash bags, soap, detergent, etc. Specifically, no beach towels, so be sure to bring your own. There was definitely lots for my teenage boys to do. The beach was busy, staff was very friendly, Specifically Anthony at the front desk. We would return, but it was a bit pricey for the unit and what it had to offer.

Very average condo rental unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The linen service used for this unit is horrible. The towels and hand towels were extremely old, thin and felt like sandpaper. The kitchen could have had a few more utensils to prepare a meal. There were a few light bulbs that needed replacing and the TV remotes needed batteries and were missing battery covers. The toilet seat was broken in the master bedroom and standing in the corner when we arrived. Nothing major wrong with the unit, it just needs some attention. The condo association needs to enforce rules regarding drinks / food in the pool. Regarding parking, it was a nightmare for us. No spaces are marked corresponding to the units owned / rented so it is first come, first serve and the spaces are very small. We had to park on the 14th floor several times for a 2nd floor condo unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived all the outside furniture was still inside. We had to take it out. The ice maker didn’t work and was disgusting. I liked being on the second floor. However I did not like being woke up every morning by 6:30 by the garbage and trucks right below us. This condo is directly over where the trash is picked up and they pick it up early every day. The batteries in the bedroom remote were dead. The floors were dirty. The master shower wasn’t as clean as it could have been. There is a very aggravating sound coming from the bathroom in the room with the bunk beds. My daughters feet were nasty after walking on them. We needed this get a way but wasn’t impressed with this unit. This was the worst experience we have had at a Phoenix property.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and the fact that every bedroom has a bathroom is a huge plus. The location of this unit in the building is perfect to not have to use the elevator and it's right next to the doors for the parking garage and the stairs. We found that very convenient. The unit could use some detail cleaning/maintenance, but was fine overall. We do wish the bunk room had a ceiling fan or floor fan to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this unit to anyone.

Great space!

We really enjoyed our time in this unit! A couple of needed items to help make it cleaner/ready would have been a unit broom (no way to sweep up sand!), light bulbs needing to be changed out in couple of the bathrooms, and middle room’s screen door wasn’t working properly. Also the smaller shower head in largest master bathroom was broken. Overall we had a really wonderful time!
