Diese Villa wurde 2005 erbaut und vom neuen Eigentümer im April 2010 mit allen neuen und luxuriösen Möbeln ausgestattet. Mit 3400 sf, 7 Schlafzimmern, 5 Vollbädern, drei Master-Suiten, voll ausgestatteter Wohnküche, großem Raum, klimatisiertem Spielzimmer (ausgestattet mit Billardtisch und luftgekühltem Tisch), Highspeed-Internetzugang und einem Die Villa verfügt über einen großen, privaten, abgeschirmten, beheizten Pool / Spa und alles, was Sie von einem traumhaften Ferienhaus erwarten. Es bietet Platz für bis zu 16 Personen und ist der perfekte Ort für ein großes Familientreffen oder ein Treffen von zwei oder drei kleinen Familien.

Die Villa befindet sich in der Gemeinde Legacy Park in Davenport, 10 bis 15 Autominuten vom Disney-Haupttor, etwa 20 Autominuten von Universal Studio / Islands of Adventure und Sea World und 25 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen Orlando entfernt. Der Legacy Park liegt 1,5 km südlich der Autobahnen 27 und 192 und bietet eine schnelle und einfache Anbindung an die Autobahnen 27 und I-4 mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Supermärkten, Autovermietungen usw., die alle innerhalb von 10 Fahrminuten erreichbar sind der Villa. Es gibt einen Super Walmart nur 2 Autominuten entfernt.

Davenport ist als Golfparadies bekannt. Es verfügt über einige der besten Golfplätze des Landes, darunter die preisgekrönten Championship-Golfplätze Championgate, Southern Dunes und Ridgewood Lake, die alle innerhalb von 10 Autominuten von der Villa entfernt liegen. Dies macht es zur idealen Wahl für Golfer.

Die Villa verfügt über insgesamt 7 Schlafzimmer, drei davon sind Master-Suiten mit eigenem Bad, begehbarem Kleiderschrank, Kommode und Kabel-TV. Es gibt insgesamt 10 Betten in der Villa (2 King, 2 Queens, 6 Twins) sowie ein Schlafsofa und ein Babybett. Hochstuhl und Kinderwagen sind ebenfalls enthalten.

Der geräumige, großartige Raum ist das Zentrum der Villa und bietet Unterhaltung und Entspannung sowie Zugang zu allen anderen Räumen und zum Pool. Es verfügt über eine Sitzgruppe und ein Unterhaltungszentrum. Es gibt einen Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelkanälen, einen Videorecorder, einen DVD-Player, einen Spielwürfel mit Spiel, eine Sammlung von Büchern, Puzzles und Brettspielen für diejenigen, die es vorziehen, nach einem langen Tag voller harter Spiele in der Halle zu entspannen. Wenn Sie sich im Freien entspannen möchten, besuchen Sie die überdachte Veranda, die mit hochwertigen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet ist, und den privaten, abgeschirmten Pool / Spa, der nach Wunsch beheizt werden kann.

Die extra große Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank, Eismaschine, Elektroherd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer, Wasserkocher, Koch- und Essgeschirr. Egal, ob Sie Ihren Gourmet zu Hause vermissen oder die Kosten für teures Restaurantessen senken möchten, Sie müssen nur Lebensmittel in einem nahe gelegenen Geschäft abholen. Es gibt auch einen Essbereich mit einem Tisch für 8 Personen. BBQ-Grill ist auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Die Garage für zwei Autos verfügt über Wäschemöglichkeiten (Waschmaschine und separater Trockner). Babyausrüstung ist ohne Aufpreis erhältlich. Pool / Spa und Liegewiese werden wöchentlich vom Hausverwalter gewartet, der Sie auch für zusätzliche Reinigungsarbeiten oder Probleme während Ihres Aufenthalts in der Villa kontaktieren kann. Diese Villa ist haustierfreundlich (Haustiere gegen Gebühr).

Unsere Villa befindet sich in perfekter Lage für alle Themenparks und andere Hauptattraktionen in Zentralflorida. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, International Drive und viele andere Attraktionen, die zu zahlreich sind, um in der Gegend von Orlando erwähnt zu werden, sind alle nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Es gibt auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe mit einer Reihe von großen Einkaufszentren und Designer-Outlet-Läden in der Nähe.

Die Golfküste mit den perfekten weißen Sandstränden von Clearwater und St. Petersburg liegt nur etwa eine Stunde westlich. Auf dieser Seite von Florida befinden sich auch die Busch Gardens, ein Park, in dem die neuesten Fahrten mit einer Vielzahl wilder Tiere kombiniert werden.

The property is not up to date. It was also not clean. The furniture is old and stained and didn't match. The televisions in all bedrooms were 19" and one of those didn't work. Lots of Space!

The home was very nice and had more than enough room for a party of 13. It's close to everything, and in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had a small issue with the door locks and the management company responded quickly and resolved it. The only issues we have with the rental was that the ad shows a picture of a games room with a pool table and air hockey table, and that was one of the reasons we chose this home over a different one. But there were no pool/air hockey tables in the residence. The boys were disappointed, and the ad should be updated to reflect that change, so people aren't misled about what amenities are in the home. Also the ad states that one of the rooms with two beds has two queen beds, but the double rooms are all twin beds. Again we found this appealing when choosing a rental house and were disappointed to find all twin beds. The home is well equipped with dishes/towels, etc. The pool area was comfortable and had enough seating for everyone. We didn't pay for pool heat, and the water was quite cold most days. (But the boys didn't seem to mind). If you're going before April, you may want to add the pool heat to make it more comfortable. One piece of advice is to leave extra time if you're going to the parks, etc. as the traffic can be quite heavy and add a lot of time to your travel. Overall, the home is beautiful, and we would stay there again.

Very nice place

The stay was great! The pool was a lot of fun, small but fun. We cooked at the house most nights and all the items were there we needed to do so. I would suggest this house to anyone or stay again.

Large House

The house is huge. The pictues do not do the house any justice. If you want a huge house, this is the one. It's not perfect, but it's huge. The house has some minor imperfections. Still a good deal. Plus, the pool is always good for a night swim. Other places don't care about their pool. This house takes care of it's pool. Nice!

Disappointed to say the least

Kitchen had pans that were burnt and dirty, we bought nee pan and left it there for future use.Rooms had ant infestation. Pool was green.Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were flat. One pool stick, we bought new ones and left them there for future use. Most of the electric sockets didn't work. The restroom sockets did not work.

Disappointed

3 of the TV sets didn't work. The lay out of the house was different then on the sight, there was only one bedroom downstairs. When we called to report stuff no one answered or called back to fix any problems. Most of the dinning and kitchen chairs where broken. No air hocky table like online. On a good note the kids enjoyed the pool table and the swimming pool was great. Also the grass was not mowed. No curtains and it didn't feel homey. The grill was nasty. All in all it didn't ruin our vacation but after waiting so long and being excited it was a big letdown.

Worst experience at a vrbo

I was in co tact with the owners prior to our leaving since the hurricane was supposed to get that hurricane. However day before we were leaving the owner said it was all fine. We get to the house (the area we stayed was not affected by the hurricane). Pulling up to the house the grass was at least 12” tall and had not been mowed in a few we When we entered the house there were live cockroaches and also dead bugs all through the house. The dead k es had been there for some time because they were stuck to the flooor The shades on the windows that were there had been damaged prior The floor in the bedroom we couldn’t use one whole side of the room because the floor was oozing a purple liquid. The curtain on the sliding door had not been cleaned in some time because it had water stain across it The sheets on the bedding was dirty. We had to wash all the bedding the first night The pool was not working. When I called management company he kept saying they would make it right. The pool never worked and thus made the kids just cry as that’s what we came for Hot tub and pool area had not been cleaned in some time as there was mold in and around it. I even contacted owners and was told to contact management company. He just wanted to argue with me as they were overbooked. I reached out to the owners again about these issues and have not heard back from them

The Worst experience, this house should go through inspection and it will not pass!!! Do not rent!!

Trash barrels (2 for a house with 7 bed)full when we arrived Trash was rotten! main entrance, old door mat that was destroyed,has to be put aside so we’ll avoid an accident. old, destroyed pool table that is trash.Full of little holes makes it impossible to play, Billiard sticks, better if we played with broom sticks! furniture, if it can be called like that, small table at main entrance table with chairs that are broken and the’ll sink! We found better ones in the garage,floors were uneven and badly installed,they have gaps and spaces. Living room Horrible, completely destroyed sofas,old, broken, dirty! One of them, if you sat on it you could feel the floor!in such a bad shape! all leather imitation peeling everywhere, you could see holes everywhere, sofas belong in the trash. Kitchen, stove was terrible, electric, it raise temperature on its own and make everything get burn, or if you lower the temperature it just won’t be warm enough to cook, pots and pans! trash! thin! cheap! Coffee cups, most chipped, knives won’t cut, nothing in this house that was clean, or worth of use.bedroom downstairs, found 2 roaches and mice poop in the window sill, all bathrooms had mold and looked dirty.The carpet on the stairs was full of stains and looked so dirty because it was dirty! Second floor bedrooms,2 bedrooms with bathroom, The main one that has a tub,was dirty, along with the shower, full with mold and pink mold everywhere, bed was uncomfortable, sheets have stains looked old and bed skirt has pen stains! ac didn’t work in that bedroom nor ceiling fan, they have a floor fan when we turned on it moved dust and hair from under the bed and night tables, tvs, 32” in that bedroom, remotes where broken they tapped the batteries and we have to pressed them down so it’ll work.2nd b-room with bathroom,have to put the mattress on the floor because bed frame was broken .”Kids” bedrooms, they have 2 single beds, with 13” tvs!Beds and mattress were old and uncomfortable, broken. $65 dollars for using the grill, no problem and we did paid, Oxidized and also falling apart the igniter didn’t work,We stayed for 2 weeks, tried to stay out of the house as much as we could as it was so bad to be in there, do everything with time,we took it because only one available, now we we know why. pool was cold,we asked to heat the pool, owner said yes for$450! . I have pics of the house and all of the “problems”I can share if requested! Cero stars are too many stars

Great Value

Spacious villa that accommodated 4 generations. The pool was excellent and provided hours of entertainment for all ages! Only draw back the kids were looking forward to playing air hockey as shown in the photo and only a pool table was on the premises.

Great location

Big house with plenty room for my big family. AC in upstairs master rooms (2) didn’t cool room down, ceiling fan didn’t work, had to run floor fan the whole time to keep from burning up. Outside of that good house, location, and neighborhood.

Hurting Backs

All of the beds have sinks and squeaky mattresses. My guest were very disappointed with the lack of parking, the poor up keep of the outside as well as the inside. All of the furniture is old and outdated as soon as you sit on the sofa you sink! The WiFi is AWFUL!!! THERE WAS A SNAKE IN THE ENCLOSED POOL AREA the neighbors pools were black and the grass was high, flies everywhere, no lids for garbage cans, and did I mention the dead frog inside the pool. After a long day at the park you need rest in a comfortable bed, we had to buy air mattresses.

The house was a bit dated. Very spacious, but sparse furniture.

On the first day the house was filled with flies because the trash can was filled. Reached out to property manager for a response, but no email back, however, someone came the next day to empty trash. The furniture was old and out dated. The chairs were sunken in, along with some of the mattresses upstairs. Some of the guests did not have a good rest.
