Lovely Place, Wonderful Host

Pretty spot and stylish decor

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage, especially the lovely butterflies that came to the well-watered and verdant flowering plants. We have only one request of the host. Your place would be perfect if you would upgrade and improve the septic system so that toilet paper can be flushed.

Clean, comfy, convenient

A comfy king sized bed, a clean, hot shower in a convenient location. The only weird thing is not being able to flush toilet paper due to their septic system so you have to place it in a covered trash can next to the toilet.

Just ok

The place was clean but there were ghost ants (very small, only 1/16" in size) in the kitchen, dining room and living room area and we were concerned about having them get into our stuff and go home with us. Also, we knew about not being able to flush toilet paper in the toilet and accepted that, however, the inconvenience was worse than we expected. It also seemed contradictory to have a garbage disposal which is generally harder on a septic system than toilet paper being flushed. Another inconvenience was having the only TV in the bedroom. We also found the Roku streaming service to be baffling & frustrating since there seemed to be no way to watch a network TV channel (NBC, ABC, CBS) for current news.

Had to place toilet paper in a can next to toilet and thus the bathroom smelled like a diaper pail. All closets were locked for owners use. Guests had a rack in bedroom with 12 hangers for a months worth of clothes for two people. Pantry was locked for owners use, no place to store food. 4 plates, 4 glasses, 2 cups, 4 knives and 4 forks. You ended up doing dishes twice a day (no dishwasher). No access to thermostat to adjust temperature, just fans and portable space heaters. Bottom line, it was not a place designed for monthly or seasonal rentals.

Had a WONDERFUL week in this VERY cute VRBO! Perfect for me! I'll be backkkkk.....

Had a great week in this VRBO! A perfect size for 1 or 2! Extremely clean & extremely quiet! Felt very safe and secure. The king sized bed was comfy as were the sheets!! Hope to be back again next year. Hosts were awesome & very attentive! Thank you!!!

We loved Jasmine Cottage!

We stayed at Jasmine Cottage and absolutely loved it! The place was immaculate and super clean. The bedroom is huge and the kitchen was well stocked. There were great touches like new beach chairs and umbrella. One of our favorite things was the lovely private deck with beautiful tropical plants and nice comfortable chairs with cushions. With no traffic it took us 15 minutes to get to 5th Avenue South so pretty convenient. All in all a great experience!

Great Private Place

This was a nice place to hang out while exploring the Naples area. Simple but clean and adequate. Nice little deck to sit on to drink coffee in morning. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided. Claudia, the owner, very responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay.

Best Papayas in Naples!

José and Claudia are great hosts, friendly and generous. They take very good care of their property. Our month long stay was excellent. The place is spacious and all that is needed is provided. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and in a garden like environment. The location is very good. We had a very wonderful stay! Thank you José and Claudia!

We had a great time. everything we needed was provided. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. Super comfy and kept us from getting too much sun. There is a large catalogue of brochures to browse if you are looking for restaurants, etc. All in all a great place to stay.

Naples Vacation

The home was as described. The owners are very pleasant and always willing to answer any questions you may have. Easy access to everything Naples has to offer. At most 15 minutes to downtown Naples and Naples Pier. Tigertail beach on Marco island is approximately a 1/2 hour. Tigertail is great beach for finding your Florida Sand Dollar (we found over 100!) . The home is in a nice private location. We enjoyed the back deck with the nice private back yard. Hope to be back again.

Our home is centrally located in Naples on an acre and a half, on a scenic and country style setting, so please expect country style living, we run on septic and well water systems. The property is fenced with a gated entry and parking right in front of the the unit.

We are located off Pine Ridge Blvd., and between Golden Gate Parkway, only 7 miles from beaches and 9 miles to Downtown Naples.

Our attached unit is bright and spacious with modern amenities and a homey feel. It offers a private entrance and back porch with a sitting area, where you may enjoy the tropical landscaping and spot native butterflies.

BEDROOM
The unit features a large master bedroom with two large windows, allowing natural lighting in the room. A pillow top king size bed, plush pillows, soft linens and two night tables with reading lights. A quaint sitting area with two chairs and a small table. To store your items there are two spacious dressers with plenty of drawers and an open face closet with wood hangers. The house has central AC and also a high efficiency wall unit for guest to enjoy.

The room has a flatscreen TV with a ROKU device featuring Netflix & HBO. WIFI throughout the property for guests to enjoy.

BATHROOM
The modern design bathroom is fully tiled, has a walk in shower, glass shower doors and is stocked with towels, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and soap.

DINNING AND LIVING ROOM
The living room offers a desk with a chair. A super comfortable dining table which sits 4 and a chic sofa that converts to a full size bed.

KITCHEN
Large open kitchen with granite counter tops, wood cabinets, refrigerator, stove but no oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, mugs, glasses and cups. Reverse Osmosis Water Filter.

For beach days we will provide, two beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and cooler.

The central A/C thermostat is set at 74. The unit also has a wall unit which guest set to their desired temperature.

Please DO NOT discard any garbage in the toilet, including toilet paper, as we are on a septic system. In the past, guests have clogged the toilets and Roto-Rooter charges $375 per visit.

Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Quiet time is at 10:00 PM.

TRASH: Located on the east side of the front of the property, adjacent to the parking space. Green bin is for regular garbage and bins with the yellow lids are for recycling. Garbage pick-up is Wednesday and Saturday.

Premises Protected by 24-Hour Audio and Video Surveillance, 8 cameras located on the outside of the property.

We offer two listings, the Hibiscus Cottage and the Jasmine Cottage. The units are attached; however, they offer complete privacy. Each unit offers its private entrance and deck patio with a sitting area.
