Die Villa ist eine attraktive Ferienvilla in der Nähe von Praia dos Aveiros mit einem großen Garten und einem Poolbereich mit Zäunen, ideal für Paare mit kleinen Kindern. Diese Villa verfügt über ein angenehm offenes Wohn- / Esszimmer mit hohen Decken und Sitzgelegenheiten rund um einen Kamin. Alle Schlafzimmer und Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Die Terrassentüren führen auf die Poolterrasse, sodass der Wohn- und Essbereich viel Tageslicht erhält. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einem Frühstückstisch und einer Durchreiche zum Essbereich. Im Erdgeschoss dieser Ferienimmobilie befinden sich zwei Doppelzimmer mit Zugang zum Garten und ein Zweibettzimmer mit eigenem Bad (mit behindertengerechter Dusche). Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Duschbad und eine Terrasse mit Meerblick sowie ein Zweibettzimmer mit einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche. Draußen hat die Villa eine große Rasenfläche mit gepflasterten Terrassen und eine Außendusche am privaten Pool. Es gibt auch einen gemauerten Grill auf der Terrasse für das perfekte Erlebnis im Freien. Alle Villa hat Wi-Fi-Abdeckung und es ist rollstuhlfreundlich.

Sehr schönes großes Haus

Haus und Garten mit Pool sehr schön, wenn auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Müsste mal wieder etwas renoviert und repariert werden. Albufera selber haben wir als nicht schön erlebt - Diskomusik bis morgens um 6 Uhr zu hören…

Spacious and practical house

We were two families staying for 2 weeks. The communication with the host (Margarida) was really great, and she was always service minded. She responded swiftly to our requests and questions, and sent her husband to fix the aircondition. The villa is very spacious and suitable for many persons. However it is in need of some upgrades. Especially the kitchen. The garden and pool is really great. Unfortunately it was very windy during our stay. It seems like the location is very exposed to wind. In fact we could hardly use the outdoor facilities in the evening. Apart from that, the location is great. It's only a 4 minute walk to the nearest beach, and the Old Town of Albufeira and the Strip are both within walking distance. The house is located in a quiet area.

Family reunion

Our family traveled from the UK and the US for our reunion. This property was perfect for our group. The design of the house which includes a large open plan for dining and relaxing plus nice sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was appreciated. The kitchen was well appointed so we had everything we needed when we decided to cook our meals. Also, although the water temperature was a little cool since the pool isn’t heated, we enjoyed the swimming pool too. The property owner was available and very responsive when we had questions or concerns Should we decide to meet in Albufeira again, we would be happy to stay at this property again. Many thanks to Margarida for providing this great place for our family reunion.

Family vacation

The property was much better than the pictures. We stayed as a family of 10 and the property and area catered for all our needs. The property itself was big, great pool and garden and each room had its own bathroom. The location was great, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Bars, restaurants and supermarket were all in walking distance (5/10 mins). We look forward to staying again.

Fabulous family holiday

We had a wonderful time in a very spacious, clean and beautifully presented Villa. We were 9 people in total and found it more than adequate to cope with a variety of our holiday needs. We spent most of our time in the pool area and it was perfect. Magical view across the coastline from the balcony. Easy access to amenities too. In short, fantastic.

Perfect villa

This is a great villa, which would suit families with young children as the garden and pool area are perfect. It is also very good for larger groups as there is plenty space and not far from anything. There is s beautiful beach cove minutes away. The photos of the villa don’t do it justice.

Properly is very clean and tidy with a decent size pool and BBQ area within a spacious size garden.10 minute walk to Albufeira strip with bars and restaurants and 10 minute walk to tourist bus stop which takes you into the old town for €5 PP for a day ticket.Lovely smaller beach with nice cafe sandwiched in between two larger beaches within a 5 minute walk at the bottom of the road.

Amazing

Perfect location, beautiful home with everything you need - bedrooms were great, all had washrooms and the living area was huge. Great kitchen with all appliances and pool with outdoor eating area. Hostess is amazing at communication too! Located few minute walk to an almost private beach, and only 20 minute walk to two other bigger beaches. Also a 10 minute walk got the busy strip with restaurants and bars. We had an amazing time!!!

Family Holiday and first trip abroad for the children.

We looked at this property as it had enough space for me and my partner but also for my sister and her family. They hadn’t had a holiday since before the children were born. We arrived at the property and it was clean and very spacious. Kitchen has everything you need. Pool was cleaned midway through the week. Overall a great stay and the children didn’t want to leave this morning. Thanks you for a memorable holiday.

Beautiful location but updates required and bad known plumbing issues.

I arrived and was met by the wonderful hostess. I soon learnt that there was no fireplace or dryer which was advertised. It was so cold that the hotess brought a second heater which did not do much. We dressed up at the diner table to stay warm.The bedrooms were nice and warm and the beds comfortable.We had plumbing issues right from the start which the hotess came right away but had no way of fixing it. It got so bad that the water came up from the floor in the main floor twin room and stunk up the room so bad that no one could use the bedroom and we had to close the door. The mildew smell gave me headaches. I know he was getting someone in after I left. When I would flush the toilet in the balcony bedroom the water would come up the shower drain.The fridge leaked and we had to keep a towel on the floor so we would not step and slip in the water. The microwave was cracked and made a terrible noise when started. We could only do the quick one minute button or add one secound at a time. When the dishwasher leaked the hotess came and fixed it but could not do anything regarding frigde.I am not sure how vbro or the owners of the rentals are monitered but I feel that I paid a first class price and got and 3 star at best accommodations. I loved the potential of this place but the water,the tired kitchen,no heat ,no dryer put a damper on my stay. The host and staff were great. I would want them as my host again.I hesitate to use vbro in the future if this is not addressed.

2nd time here...love it

Great villa, in a fantastic location. Closest beach 5 mins walk, closest shops 2/3 mins walk, 10 min walk to the main street. Excellent pool, especially if you are staying with young children like we were as the fence and lockable gate makes it very secure. Margarida is a lovely host, always replied promptly to messages and allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived, as we had an early flight. Provided cots and highchairs that we'd requested. We had the flush break on one of the toilets and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. Pool was regularly maintained, visited the property about every 3 days to do checks and clean the pool. We previously stayed here in 2016 and would definitely return again. Perfect for our large family group.

Fantastic well equipped villa in quiet part of the resort

We were 2 families with 6 kids from 19 to 9 years old staying for 2 weeks. Great location away from the busy strip area but close enough to walk to and it was only a few minutes walk to the to get nearest beach. The villa had everything we needed in terms of facilities and equipment. We hired a car so we could travel around and see some of the area. Albufeira Old town is lovely for eating out and a 5 minute drive and has bigger and cheaper supermarkets. The villa is perfect for 2 or even three families as there is plenty of space inside and out. We loved the outside sitting and bbq area. We didn’t need to contact Margarida as we had no issues but when we did contact her she was helpful and when we met her she was a lovely friendly lady. The midstay clean and fresh towels/bedding was a pleasant surprise! Would totally recommend the villa and the location. Watch out for the seagulls though!

Great, big 5-bedroom house near the beach and Strip

We had a wonderful stay with the ten of us at this location. I would definitely recommend the house to anybody who likes to be stay in Albufeira with a big group of people in a quiet neighbourhood and yet very near the Strip. The beach is literaly a few hundred meters away, but the garden and swimming pool of the house itself are also wonderfull, so no need to go out if you want to go for a dive! We had contact with the lady of the house, Miss Martins, for some small things and she is very friendly and very willing to help out. A very well deserved 5-star rating it is!
