A Great Stay at the Blue Dream

We recently spent a week at the “blue dream” in Myrtle Beach. This was such a wonderful experience and as much as we could expect was offered with the home. We hated to leave . Beginning from the initial inquiry about staying at the location. The host was so responsive to every question we ever had and this carried on throughout, our stay. We had our son and his wife, our daughter and her husband, their three children and our two Labradoodles. There was ample room for us all. The home was equipped with anything you would need. The two kitchens, one upstairs and down, offered early morning riser gatherings in the lower level kitchen, while others slept and provided a large table and gathering in the upper kitchen for lunch and evening meals. There was plenty of room upstairs for us all together and watch Harry Potter prior to retiring to bed. The yard was absolutely wonderful for our pups. Large and fenced in there was plenty of room for them to play. There was also a great pool and outdoor furniture that we could enjoy when not at the beach. And the beach is so easy to access. About a block away. Easy to walk to. we were all very comfortable with the home. Enjoyed it thoroughly (even though tropical storm Debbie dropped in the last couple of days) and hope to go back again before too long. We would be pleased to stay at the “blue dream” again upon any visit to Myrtle Beach.

Wonderful vacation and wonderful host!

The house was exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful and accommodating for our whole family. The pool was refreshing. The location of the house was 2 blocks from the beach and short driving distance to shops, restaurants, and myrtle beach boardwalk. Our host was wonderful!

Perfect spot for a quick getaway

Decided to spend Thanksgiving at the beach. This spot was perfect. Close to the beach. Great backyard for the dogs. Pool was perfect. The host was clear and very communicative. We couldn’t have asked for a better property or experience for our first trip to Myrtle Beach. We highly recommend this property.

Blue Dream

We loved staying at the Blue Dream property! It was very spacious and had everything we could have wanted. The pool and backyard were great for the kids and the dog. Loved being only two blocks from the beach which was so clean and not too crowded. Communication and getting in/out of the property was perfect.

Another great year at the Blue Dream. We’ve been staying since 2021 and its perfect for our family. The pool is perfect for us to lounge in and enjoy the day, our German Shepherd loves the backyard to run and play in and the house is large enough for us all to have plenty of room to not be on top of one another. Great Blue Dream Vacation!

When we arrived, the property was completely ready for us and very clean! The house is very nice. The beds were very good. There were nice flat screen TVs in every bedroom and in the living area. There is a full kitchen which is very nice and very well equipped. There was a gate at the top of the stairs on the top floor which was easily opened and closed, a very nice touch if you have a pet or a small child. There were very nice touches in the decor throughout the house. The house is only two blocks from the beach, and there are numerous places to access the beach, so that was good. The spacious backyard with pool is outstanding & our favorite part! The pool is beautiful and a good size. It was also very clean. The pool maintenance guys came by twice to keep the pool in tiptop shape during the week we were there! The backyard is completely fenced in which was great for our dog. He loved it and we did too! There is also a very nice deck on the top floor overlooking the backyard. The property and the owner, Jody, are very dog friendly. Speaking of Jody, she was a pleasure to deal with. She anticipated and informed us ahead of time with almost all of the things we would need to know and the questions we would have. Whenever we did need to contact her, she was quick and thorough in her response. She is rated as a premier host, and she deserves every bit of that! She is really focused on providing an excellent experience for her guests, and that is what she did for us!

Our family beach vacation

This property was perfect for our vacation. It was exactly as it said it was on the vrbo site. It was clean, well maintained, well stocked with nice pots, pans, skillets, crock pot, etc anything a person would use to cook a meal. The house also had a very nice private fenced in backyard that was perfect for our grandchildren and our dog. The pool and outdoor patio was very nice as well. The Blue Dream was perfect for our family vacation. We plan to book another stay at the Blue Dream. Absolutely perfect. Highly recommended.

Get away family vacation!

First off Jody the home owner is by far the best property manager we have ever dealt with when using vrbo. Home away from home

This property is more than expected! House was clean, had everything necessary, very short walk to the beach, and pet friendly. The yard is large and the fence provides that extra layer of privacy for true relaxation. Host made the experience smooth and accommodating. Perfect family vacation spot ❤

This home is lovely! Very well maintained, extremely clean upon arrival and everything we needed to enjoy some much needed family time. The beach is only a half a block away (a 3 minute walk at most) out the back gate. The owner was easy to work with, very kind and quick to respond. The pool was a refreshing break from the beach and enjoyed by all (including our pup). We highly recommend!

Fantastic family beach getaway

This was our 1st family trip to North Myrtle Beach. We had a 5 year old, 2 year old, my husband and I, Grandma and Great Grandpa (who uses a walker) and the house was the perfect size and layout for us. We spent a ton of time in the pool and the close proximity to the beach (only a couple minutes walk with the wagon) was fanrastic. Jody was a very responsive host who went above and beyond. The house had lovely finishings and the outdoor area was perfect so the kids' great grandfather could do the 1 step down to have meals with us and walk his dog. If you want close proximity to restaurants, activities, and the beach this is the spot for you!

Fantastic home and location

What a wonderful stay. This home is very well equipped with lots of small details that make a very pleasant stay. Kitchens are great and very well stocked. Games, books, even a karoke machine to pass a rainy day. Quiet neighboorhood but still many things walkable. Jody is great and very responsive.
