Schöne 1300 sq. Ft. Zwei Schlafzimmer / zwei Bäder (2 Kingsize-Betten, plus ausziehbares Queensize-Sofa) Villa im Erdgeschoss in schönen Legacy Villas. Die Legacy Villas befinden sich neben dem weltberühmten Waldorf Historia La Quinta Resort und Spa. Legacy Villas verfügt über 12 Pools. Es gibt zwei große Hauptpools mit Spa, Cabanas und Wasseranimation für die Kinder. Ihre Villa liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Hauptpools. Darüber hinaus befinden sich im gesamten Gebäude mehrere Satellitenpools, von denen einer nur wenige Schritte von Ihrer Villa entfernt ist.
Im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen Einheiten in Legacy ist diese Villa nicht durch andere Einheiten behindert. Daher haben Sie einen klaren Blick auf die Landschaft der Legacy Villas und die malerischen Santa Rosa Mountains in der Ferne. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Rasenfläche direkt neben den beiden Innenhöfen, ideal, wenn Sie kleine Kinder haben. Sie können in Ihrer unmittelbaren Nähe spielen, während Sie auf der Terrasse entspannen. Unsere Villa ist nach Westen ausgerichtet, so dass Sie die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge von La Quinta direkt vor Ihrer Wohnzimmertür genießen können! Darüber hinaus verfügen fast alle Villen mit zwei Schlafzimmern über ein Kingsize- und ein Queensize-Bett. Unsere Einheit ist mit zwei Kingsize-Betten und 3 HD-Fernsehern ausgestattet!

Great weekend

We just spent another great weekend at the Legacy Villas for the Sandstorm annual lacrosse tournament. Property location is great, spacious, clean and was stocked with all the amenities we needed. Melynie was a great host before and during our stay and hope to be back next year.

Wonderful weekend stay

Our family really enjoyed this condo and the community. This unit was bright and clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, furniture and a well stocked kitchen. It was a great layout for our family of four but would be perfect for two couples too. The condo was perfectly located for quick access to the pool and very quiet. We loved sitting outside to enjoy our morning coffee or happy hour at sunset. We will be back to this unit!

Best Stay Yet in La Quinta

This is our 4th visit to LQ and first time staying at Legacy Villas. We have found our perfect spot! The community is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by mountains with incredible views, 12 pools and hot tubs as well as a fitness center. We loved the resort feel, the beautiful views right from the condo (inside and out), the close proximity to Old Town La Quinta and the open and airy feeling of Melynie’s villa. Location was great, a short walk to the main pool and fitness center. It was also very nice to be on the ground floor and have grass right outside for our dog to play in. Thanks for a great stay!

The unit is beautiful & spacious, better than pictured. But security is ridiculously tight & no fun can be had here. My friends husband came to surprise her & he wasn't allowed to stay here because it "sleeps 4". We are grown adults, travel a lot & have never been treated so poorly and so restricted by such extreme inflexibility.

Positives: Condo was very clean and well stocked. Owner was helpful, responsive and accommodating. The grounds and setting are beautiful. The pools are well kept and refreshing. Negatives: One of the king beds should be replaced. It didn’t isolate movement and made a restful night’s sleep difficult. The owners ask that the thermostat not be set lower than 76 degrees. For my family, that is too warm for comfortable sleeping conditions.

Exactly what we needed!

Came for a girls trip! Check in was easy peasy - Melyne was awesome to work with…walking in unit was clean and smelled good! Unit was supplied with everything we needed in kitchen and bathroom! Towels were soft, linens were clean, bed was super comfy. Loved smart TVs. I was pleasantly surprised with how close the unit was to multiple pools and could pick which pool based on scenery or how busy pool was. Gym was sufficient and we spent a lot of time at the main clubhouse area…which is gorgeous. Awesome access to the cabanas which felt ritzy! Everything on the grounds was very clean and well kept. Laquinta was a nice sleepy little area to stay in - close to some nice hikes as well. Would for sure stay here again!!!!

Girls Trip

Melynie was lovely! We were able to get in early on the first day and the condo had everything we needed. The ac regulations were tough because it was super hot but the large fans were great, and a night dip in the pool definitely helps. We were very comfortable and the location is excellent. Short walk to town or a cheap Uber ride to get dinner and drinks.

The condo was in a great corner location downstairs. The unit was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The towels were new and soft. The kitchen had plenty of appliances and utensils. Great communication with the owner! The one recommendation I do have is that the carpet needs replacing, it was very stained in many areas. Overall, it was a great experience.

Christmas Getaway

Went for Christmas with my wife, son and his wife. We all had a wonderful time, the Legacy Villas were even better than expected. Pools available everywhere, quiet neighborhood and beautiful surroundings. Took many walks to the Waldorf La Quinta Resort next door, about an 8 minute walk and got to enjoy the bars, reastaurants, shops and views there. Spectacular.

Once again visiting a magical and beautiful space

This is our 4th time at Legacy Villas, but our 2nd stay with Melanie. Her villa is extremely well-equipped such elegant kitchen ware and decor, the space is clean and very nicely decorated, the villa is celestial to spend with with family and friends. We spent four glorious nights resting, eating, and playing games, a perfect getaway right before the holidays. We love staying at Melanie's villa, we are already planning our Spring and Summer vacations here, hope there is availability after the positive reviews. We highly recommend her villa.

La Quinta Treasure

Our stay at this La Quinta condo was excellent. The community is gated, private and quiet. It's nestled up to gorgeous rugged ranges that were dramatic from sun up to sun down! The condo is very well set up with everything needed for a short or long stay. The beds and pillows are extra comfortable......an important feature for us. The location is close to everything you need and with a large variety of restaurants. We were relaxed when at the condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!
