Tolle Lage

Wohnung über 3 Etagen. Ausreichend Platz für 4-6 Personen. Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Bettwäsche hat etwas gemuffelt.

Super Lage

Perfekte Lage, mitten in der Altstadt und strandnah. Die Dachterrasse ist toll! Sehr einfach eingerichtet und in einigen Zimmern waren Kakerlaken.

Bella vacanza!!

Casa su tre piani in pieno centro a Otranto, il plus un meraviglioso terrazzo che anche in giornate calde la sera ci ha regalato piacevoli momenti di relax.l appartamento è dotato di un frigo nuovo e di lavatrice, e in piu ha due bagni...servizi non trascurabili in vacanza!La posizione dell immobile è a pochi metri dal castello, in piena movida salentina!

Ok but not great and not entirely as described

One of the double bedrooms is not private as the stairs go through it. The twin is small and has no proper window. The kitchen has little equipment. No tea towels. Not enough glasses or mugs. The bathrooms are a bit dilapidated. Restaurant tables immediately outside the front door. Linen costs extra, not much of it. No bedspreads or blankets, just sheets. Hot water good and beds comfortable but we had to move because we needed separate bedrooms. Terrace is great.

Puglia/Otranto is the place to go to! The surrounding is beautiful, good beaches and good wine/foood

The appartments location in Old Town was great, about 7 min walk down to the beach. The appt itself absolutely ok, maybe not so nice decorated but the Terass made the whole thing! The host helpfull and nice. Will recommend it. Enjoy!

Tanto mare...

Insieme a mio marito abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa graziosa casa nel centro storico; la posizione è invidiabile permettendoci di andare giornalmente al mare senza lo stress dell'auto e dei parcheggi. La casa si presenta pulita e ben disposta su tre piani, dando la possibilità di cenare all'aperto sulla bella terrazza con vista. Il proprietario, molto cortese nell'attese del nostro arrivo, è giovane e entusiasta della casa che offre. Vi consigliamo questa soluzione per una vacanza serena e rilassante.

Host molto professionale e posizione magnifica

Casa come da descrizione sviluppata su tre piani ed in posizione ottimale per godersi una vacanza senza auto in pieno relax. Ambienti puliti e freschi, proprietario cortese e sempre a disposizione. Cenare sulla terrazza con vista sulla vecchia Otranto è un esperienza che merita di essere consigliata.

Vacanza ideale per chi cerca relax e mare

Casa comoda e centrale proprio nel mezzo del centro storico; mare a pochi metri quindi abbiamo dimenticato l'auto al parcheggio. Proprietario completamente a nostra disposizione sia per le nostre esigenze, sia nell'aiutarci a conoscere Otranto. Grazie della bella esperienza.

Praticamente sul mare...

Casa ricca di storia situata a pochi metri dal mare... Grazie alla sua posizione abbiamo goduto a pieno della meravigliosa Otranto e delle sue spiagge... Tra i molteplici ristoranti vicini consigliamo Primo e Il Baffo, entrambi specializzati ovviamente in pesce freschissimo. Inoltre consigliamo di visitare il Castello Aragonese (a 100m dalla casa) e la cava di bauxite appena fuori il porto di Otranto. Ringraziamo la Puglia e la sua gente, in particolare il proprietario veramente gentile e accogliente. Famiglia Pincoli.

Magnifica location

Casa situata in posizione centralissima, a beneficio del nostro relax e con la possibilità di poterci muovere comodamente a piedi per raggiungere il mare oppure per girare tra le vie del borgo. A due passi da tutto...

Innamorati della Puglia, io e mia moglie abbiamo fatto tappa ad Otranto, uno splendido borgo medioevale sul mare. La casa del signor Iacopo si trova nel centro storico del paese, dove si è circondati dalla storia e dove, percorrendo gli antichi vicoli, sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo. Casa veramente grande, 3 piani, che infatti essendo solo in 2 abbiamo sfruttato in parte... Ottima la possibilità di sfruttare il balconcino fronte piazza per la prima colazione, la terrazza invece offre un ampia visione sul castello Aragonese (a pochi passi) e sulla vecchia Otranto. Arredo semplice ed essenziale, pulizia accurata. Un caro saluto Simone e Lorena.

Bella anche d'inverno

La bellezza di Otranto ci ha colpito anche in un periodo decisamente inusuale per visitarla, ma ritengo che questo ci abbia fatto apprezzare maggiormente le sue bellezze storiche e le sue caratteristiche vie all'interno del borgo antico. Riguardo la casa del signor Iacopo non possiamo che confermare il giudizio positivo degli altri ospiti; è stato davvero bello cenare la sera vicino al camino e poi uscire di casa e trovare il mare a due passi. Ci piacerebbe ritornare verso Settembre per visionare alcuni luoghi (come la cava di bauxite) che non abbiamo fatto in tempo a vedere. Un caro saluto al proprietario, Loredana.

Authentic experience in the historal centre of Otranto

We've enjoyed it very much to be in the house of Iacopo for a few days in the beautiful 'centro storico' of Otranto. Out of the high season, now the historical centre was silent and without many tourists. We expect that this will be different during the high season and take in consideration that the beautifull small streets will then be very alive. Now we've enjoyed it with only the local inhabitants, so for us it was very authentic. You can take a nice walk to the harbour and further on along the coast. The coast was very surprising for us. Beautiful spots to visit from rocky beaches to sand beaches. Otranto is the ideal place stay, also when you want to visit f.e. the beautiful cities of S.M di Leuca and Gallipoli. Of these three beautiful places in the South of Puglia we consider Otranto as the most interesting to stay for a few nights, because the town is a bit smaller then the others. The house of Iacopo offers you a good, simple base to stay, with everything you need. It doesn't offer real luxury, consider it a bit dated, but for sure it offers you a nice, spacious kitchen: we love cooking, so this was good. It also offers you plenty of space, since it has three levels and also the roofbalcony was a dream! We've enjoyed our short stay at the house and Otranto very much. Iacopo responds quickly to your questions and gives you all the information you'll ask for. It's rather rare for us to hire a house with homelidays without the supply of sheets and towels, but you can arrange this also with Iacopo, if you'll want this. He was very flexible for us, since we've arrived a bit later in the evening and also when we left and we thank him a lot for this, because for us this was very relaxing.

Centrale e comoda

Ormai svuotata da tutti i turisti, ritengo che questo sia il periodo migliore per visitare le bellezze di Otranto. Grazie alla posizione della casa molto centrale, non abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel visitare comodamente a piedi tutte le bellezze di questo borgo, in primis la Cattedrale dei Martiri ed il castello Aragonese. Inoltre, tempo permettendo, siamo anche riusciti a pranzare sulla terrazza della casa con annessa vista del centro storico e del castello. Proprietario cordiale e premuroso.

Magnifica residenza in pieno centro storico

Ho passato con alcuni amici una splendida vacanza in questa dimora in pieno centro storico di Otranto su tre piani con una ampia terrazza che si affaccia su piazza dell'orologio a due passi dal Castello aragonese e dalla Cattedrale dei Ss Martiri. Le foto sul sito rispecchiano ampiamente la realta' , la pulizia degli ambienti e' eccellente ed il proprietario disponibilissimo e cortese. Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione a chi voglia soggiornare a Otranto.

Otranto,la perla del Salento

Insieme a degli amici, due famiglie in tutto, abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa storica i primi giorni di agosto e devo dire che il nostro soggiorno si è rivelato molto soddisfacente e rilassante. La casa si sviluppa su tre piani offrendo una buona vivibilità anche a molte persone, noi eravamo in 8; ambiente pulito ed ordinato, le foto sul sito rispecchiano fedelmente gli ambienti reali della casa. Molto bella la vista sia dal balcone, che dalla terrazza da dove si può cenare con vista sul Castello Aragonese. Un coloroso saluto al proprietario che ci ha accolti come a casa. 5 stelle meritate.

Meravigliosa Otranto...

Ormai da anni innamorati del Salento, io e la mia comitiva quast'anno abbiamo deciso di soggiornare nella bellissima e suggestiva Otranto. La fortuna ci ha permesso di trovare questa bella soluzione di tre piani in pieno centro storico, permettendoci così di passare tutta la settimana senza lo stress di dovere prendere l'auto. La casa rispecchia fedelmente la descrizione trovata sul sito, la pulizia degli spazi è stata davvero molto curata e lo spettacolo offerto dalla terrazza, dove cenavamo ogni sera, è veramente poetico. Consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione per chi volesse soggiornare ad Otranto, anche grazie al proprietario molto disponibile ad attento. A presto.

Fab property In an excellent central location

We went there for a week at the beginning of May. The house as described on the site, very comfortable and clean. A spectacular terrace with a view on the ancient castle, and right in the centre of the village brilliant for restaurants and late drinking 😉 Will go again, thank you.

Eccellente posizione in un contesto magico

Io, mia moglie Simona e i nostri ragazzi abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa a metà Giugno circa e devo dire che fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati messi a nostro agio grazie all'accoglienza del proprietario e allo splendido contesto che offre la città di Otranto che consiglio più che vivamente di visitare. La casa gode di una posizione magnifica a pochi passi dal mare, dal Castello Aragonese e dalla Cattedrale di Otranto, insomma è circondata di storia. La vista dalla terrazza poi è qualcosa di incantevole, visto che si può tranquillamente cenare avendo di fronte tutto il centro storico, castello compreso. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura grazie anche ad un ottimale pulizia degli ambienti e alla infinita cortesia del proprietario. Arrivederci all'anno prossimo...

geniale

nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. La maison est très agréable avec une terrasse pour manger au soleil. La maison se trouve en plein centre historique d'Otranto, rue piétonne, petite boutique et restaurants avec de nombreux choix. Le propriétaire est sympa et nous a indiqué de petites astuces pour notre vie au quotidien : place de parking, shopping, et nous a dit de le contacter à la moindre demande mais tout c'est déroulé au top. On reviendra et j'espère que nous pourrons louer à nouveau cette maison un BEAU COUP DE COEUR.

Una bella scoperta nel cuore di Otranto

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ad Agosto 2015 e siamo stati veramente a nostro agio. Ottimale pulizia degli ambienti e location veramente suggestiva impregnata di storia. Molto comoda la posizione della casa con il mare a due passi che ci ha permesso di non usare l'auto per tutto il soggiorno. Cordiale e disponibile il proprietario.

Una vacanza molto piacevole

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato presso questa bellissima casa di tre piani situata nel centro storico di Otranto e ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene. L' abitazione risulta molto pulita e spaziosa, splendida posizione veramente centrale che ci ha permesso di muoverci tranquillamente a piedi per raggiungere il mare e per visitare tutto il borgo. Infine molto suggestiva la vista dalla terrazza sul centro storico ed in particolare del castello Aragonese che si consiglia di visitare. Saluti, famiglia Abati.

Una magnifica esperienza...

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di passare due splendide settimane in questa casa ubicata nel centro storico di Otranto all'interno delle mura del castello e consigliamo vivamente a tutti un' esperienza simile.La casa si sviluppa su tre piani risultando così molto confortevole e spaziosa, da incorniciare la vista che si gode dalla terrazza su tutta Otranto antica e sul castello. Molto curata la pulizia e un ringraziamento al proprietario veramente cordiale. 5 stelle più che meritate.
