Zwei große Hauptschlafzimmer geben den Eltern ihre Privatsphäre und mit zwei Schlafzimmern werden die Jugendlichen der Gruppe begeistert sein. Darüber hinaus gibt es zwei weitere private Mini-Schlafzimmer und einen Treffpunkt für Teenager mit zwei Einzelbetten. Great location poor communication

Nice big house, advertised pool heated but was not heated. Be sure to communicate using vrbo app as it is impossible to communicate via email..Great location, no preinspection but minor damage was present, dishwasher did not work and leaked, theater chairs were broken, dvd player was inoperable. Despite these inconveniences still enjoyed our stay.

Not as expected.

Nice big house in a great location, great floor plan. House is in need of some updates, broken stair railing that was fixed with tape, lots of scratches on the walls, missing basic kitchen items (no cutting boards, the only spatula was grill sized - but there was no grill)Pool was HUGE disappointment. Very cold and dirty. Hot tub didn't work. The filter didn't work. The listing talked about the private pool and hot tub, but they were unusable to us. Communication with host revealed that they knew it was broken, but it was too expensive to fix. Had we known this, we would have chosen a different option. This was at the higher end of our price point and we chose this location specifically for the pool, so that put a huge damper on the trip and made for some unhappy children.

Not terrible

The house is big, but just needs an overhaul. All beds were squeaky and not very comfortable. Everything looks like it could use an update. Towels, bedding etc.. Initially we were charged and supposed to have pool heat, but in the end the property didnt provide pool heat. Its was definitely disappointing, as that was the main reason we booked the house, but the manager was quick to offer a refund, so at least we got our money backManager was quick to respond to any issue we had. Resort pool area was nice and location was good

Family Vacation 2024

The property was very nice and clean I loved the fact that it was a gated community with a 24 hour gate guard. The property was very close to all the amenities that we as a family chose to do . The check process was super simple we were given the door code a hour or so before we was to arrive which made it so quick and easy. The manager gave good and precise instructions as to garage daily pickup times. I only have two complaints 1. The half bathroom downstairs was not working and manager did not respond when made aware of it. 2. The sliding glass door leading to pool and patio had no blinds or curtains and this property sat on the corner so any passing traffic from main entrance could see into home at night when they passed. This is a property we as a family could see ourselves renting again given that the sliding glass door have curtains or blinds added to the property.

We came for a week 7 days, went to the universal parks and Disney's. There were 14 of us. We had a great time we spent the whole week as a family, cooked every night big meals played board games and Nintendo games swam in the pool. We went to the community pool. Walmart, aldi, and gas station was couple blocks away. Lots of cooking tools and towels. Lots of space to spread out. There were a few things that needed updating but for the budget wasnt any thing we couldn't over see. Thanks for letting us make some unforgettable memories we will take with us on our journey of life.

Good area felted safe some small problems. Wild life getting in the trash because trash men weren’t pickup or we were doing something wrong. Click with the a/c corrected in a timely manner. Same with the dishwasher. Not sure what happened with the pool maybe the weather but water got dirty last 2 days before check out didn’t report it we were leaving. Over all really nice. Would I do again. YES.

The house was very nice and Kevin always was quick to answer any questions we had. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. At the last minute we asked if we could arrive a day earlier and within minutes Kevin had everything in order for us to arrive within a couple hours! Thanks Kevin!

The place served its purpose, it just needs a GOOD THROUGH cleaning and all new matrasses and some TLC. Two of the toilets the water was turned off, but we figured that out. Bath towels need replaced, only had 1 per person. Never did figure out how or where to turn on pool lights. Could use a string of lights in the pool screen area. Kitchen area and appliances were nice. Never figured out the surround sound in the movie room, but didn't matter were out more than in.

Cute house with at home feel

This house was a great home away from home for my group of first time travelers. We came to Orlando for a National Conference and had confidence in staying in this VRBO. There were only two trash bags provided so you may need to buy some extras to have. We also never have the trash concierge come pick up trash. The down stairs master bedroom got much warmer than the other rooms.

Big family

This house has great bones – and accommodate our large family well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms large family gathering space is big and front room Provided a nice place away from happy chaos. The property could use some use some TLC- we left the property manager shortlist. Hopefully they can make those corrections. It was so great to have a pool on the property; two pool safety items need to be addressed. There are no lights in the pool at night so you cannot see swimmers-child animal safety fence needs to be replaced on the right side. Accommodates a large family well! Property manager responds in a timely manner. Great location for shopping needs, attractions near the area or even those that are further away.

Baseboards dusty and stuff splashed on the walls. Toilet in master bedroom upstairs leaking. Oven looked like someone thru up in it. Broiler didnt work. Dryer wasn't connected to the vent. Washer didnt sit level, had a broken leg. Pool light didnt work.Bedroom closet door off hinges. Some plug ins didnt work. Dirty pans put away and not cleaned. Icemaker didnt work, theater chair broken had to vaccum before using it. Was expecting a great week with my family for thanksgiving and everyday something was wrong with the house. The decor was exactly like it said . The beds were terrible the mattress pads looked like they had been urinated on and looked to be 5 years old or longer. Make sure you take a can opener extra towels and some bowls with you when you go. Had to buy a lot of things while there.

This stay was my worse stay at vacation homes ever. All The beds were sitting on bricks except the bunkbeds and they weren’t stable either. When I told them that the beds on brick, they said it’s got support with all the traveling the home see, I’m like idgad I paid good morning to sleep comfortably and safe not to sleep on bricks. My first night there the bed broke. Yes I said the bed broke while we was sleeping. Thankfully was hurt and the bad thing is that when I complained about the bed being broke, they didn’t ask was we ok or anything. At check in the Wi-Fi wasn’t working not the tvs. Also there was laundry left in dryer.The outside lightning by the garage wasn’t working, the outside pool light wasn’t working, half the lights didn’t work inside. The house wasn’t throughly cleaned because it was dusty on the furniture, etc. The the furniture is worn down, the tables are worn down. When the maintenance people came to fix the bed they took a pillow that we brought there and shaving cream. I didn’t like the fact that they came into the home while we wasn’t there and I had constantly asked when were they going to come so I can make sure someone would be there. Also when I kept complaining about the issues we were having, they had an attitude. If I could get in touch with the owner which I will because I’m sure the owner doesn’t know about all this. This home need major upgrades new furniture in all rooms because I will not book with this property again ever. Worst stay ever

Mold, rot, broke appliances-sinks-toilets, no internet or tv, dirty pool and abusive management.

Please stay away from this property and all properties with same owner and management. This will be a long read but it will save you verbal abuse, crying kids and lost days of your vacation. Upon arrival we found out community canter was torn down. This was not told to us and we were told go use a neighboring area by lying to gate attended about being visitors of a random address. When getting into the house we found the fridge had issues, kitchen sink was leaking and pool was filthy. We asked about poop being cleaned and was told it was done that day. Not using better judgment we let our daughters into the hot tub side and both woke up middle of the night complaining about there skin. They had rashes for two days. We were told to clean the pool with skimmer and that the rashes came from the clothes we brought that are kids always wear. We fished out hair, bandaids, water bottles, coins, screws and there was still lots of sediment. We asked to see a actual account of when the pool was clean and tested and we’re told that’s none of our business it’s clean. They had a pool lady come out to clean and she had to add chemicals and to keep kids out until pool was safe again. Management still denied it was dirty. Also upon arrival we found there was no internet and no tv. We were told we messed it up by resetting it yet we had done nothing but arrive. Then we were told the lawn keepers messed it up. Finally spectrum came out and worked to fix what ever issue was going on but that was not ready until end of day two. While mangament was there we asked how to get stuff working in movie room and were told that we had moved the controller to another room and that’s why it didn’t work. We explained we had done nothing as nothing had worked we had not yet used anything but still were told we lost it and it was not replaced for us to use the movie room. The morning of the second day my wife plunged in her straightener and it was sparking. She looked under sink to find it was not only leaking but that a rotting moldy cabinet had tried to be gunned by a pillow case. The maintenance showed up to fix sink and mold solution was to while it down. That caused the bathroom, bedroom, hallway and next bedroom to all have a hot leg smell and felt unsafe for the kids or anyone. We were told don’t worry it’s fine. Day 3 they came in and covered the rot with another board. Stove was not working and cost us a dinner and We lost a whole day at disney.

The house needs maintenance and cleaning

The property manager, Jackie, always was quick to answer any questions we had and are concern. Overall the house definitely needs a GOOD THROUGH CLEANING and all new matrasses. Kitchen area and appliances were nice, very equipped for a large family. If the owner would invest the money to update matrasses, cleaning and fixing some things would be an amazing rental. En general, la casa definitivamente necesita una BUENA LIMPIEZA y todos los colchones nuevos. El área de la cocina y los electrodomésticos estaban bien, muy equipados para una familia grande. Si el propietario invertiría dinero en actualizar los colchones, limpiar y arreglar algunas cosas. Sería un alquiler increíble.
