Wunderschönes 1500 m² großes Ferienhaus auf einem 2 ha großen Grundstück. Dies ist eine neue Hütte auf 1/2 Morgen. Viele Bäume, Feuerstelle, Hufeisen, klassisches Videospiel mit über 80 Spielen. Ideal für kleine Familien. Betten für 7, wenn nötig, aber perfekt für eine kleine Familie. 3 Meilen von der Innenstadt, 3 Meilen von Snowbowl. Kleine Haustiere sind gegen eine Gebühr erlaubt. Dies ist in einem sehr privaten Bereich von Millionen-Dollar-Häusern umgeben. Muss 25 oder älter sein, um zu mieten. Es gibt einen separaten Eingang für die 1. und 2. Etage

Fun location, big property

Came with our family of 5 + a dog. Saw the pics of the bunk beds in separate room and thought that would be great for our young kids. Didn't realize that was on a separate floor with no way to get there from the inside. Maybe I misread the listing (but don't think I did). But it felt too awkward to have my young kids sleep downstairs in a different space, where the only way to get could get to us was to go outside, go up some stairs, enter through a keypad locked door (I am glad the doors have keypad locks, just hard for kids to use them in an emergency if needed). Hopefully that makes sense. When we first opened the door, the upstairs floor smelled like some sort of animal pee (dog I'm guessing) and some of the carpet was pretty muddy. We quickly opened all the windows, which helped with the aroma. Im sure that's not the norm, but probably from the previous visitors. On a positive note, we were having trouble with the washer/Dryer, and the owner was quick to respond and help us. Our dog loved the back yard, and was super convenient for that.

This property was perfect for us and our needs. We put Mom upstairs, and my husband and I took the top bunk in the downstairs, and our two dogs took the floor. The downstairs is perfect if you have pets. The yard is huge, the location was great. We will return!

Skiing in Snowbowl in under 30 min!

A friend and I stayed here over my birthday. There are separate entrances to the two living spaces and I wouldn’t have known if I had not read the reviews. Totally fine for us, we like having separate bathrooms and breathing room. Both up and downstairs beds were in need of new mattresses. The downstairs was dusty and there was some gross debris in the couch. Pots and pans still had food on them. The outside area around the place was beautiful. The proximity to Snowbowl was fabulous!

Family's first trip to the snow

My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this charming cabin! We were a little confused when following google maps to the location but we figured it out. We appreciated all the amenities like the washer and dryer. My kids enjoyed using the snow shovel and sleds. The living room, kitchen, and dining room were open which aided our family time together. We would definitely book again, perhaps with my sister's family...theres plenty of space. Also craig was very thoughtful...he showed up on our last day to plow the snow and to check on us.

Staying at this cabin was an absolute delight! It’s cozy, inviting, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The extra space downstairs was a nice bonus, offering additional options for relaxation or activities. Its proximity to Snowbowl Road was a huge plus, especially for my teen son who couldn’t wait to hit the slopes. Plus, being close to grocery stores and restaurants made meal planning a breeze. The location truly is perfect! From pots and pans to toiletries, the cabin had it all - it felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway in Flagstaff!

Cozy cabin for ski weekend

Loved this cute cabin and the proximity to snowbowl and downtown! Had everything we needed. We stayed in the upper apartment - we didn’t read the listing closely enough and didn’t realize the downstairs and upstairs weren’t connected. This was only a problem since we have a 3 y/o, but we fixed it by using the rollaway cot found in the closet (thank you!)

Great rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Our two teenage sons stayed in the lower unit and my husband and I stayed in the upper unit. Our two Boston Terriers enjoyed running in the backyard. It is comfortable and quiet and close to Snow Bowl. My sons really enjoyed the arcade style game in the lower unit! The bathrooms could use some love, but that is really the only complaint we had. We would definitely stay again!

Trip to the snow

We had a great weekend at this property. Everything was exactly as described. We had a fun weekend in the snow. I especially appreciated that the roads leading to this property were plowed often. It’s a great location close to Snowbowl. Would absolutely stay again!

Lovely home, great location!

We spent the new years holiday is this cozy cottage. The pictures are accurate. The fireplace is amazing! Great place for doggies too. Check in and out was super easy. The owner is really nice and a great communicator. We will be back!

Great stay

I didn’t realize the two stories of this home can each only be entered from the outside, so they are not connected in any way from the inside. It ended up working out great because our adult son could stay in the separate area downstairs and have some privacy. The back yard is great and our dog enjoyed running around. We had everything we needed to cook a late Thanksgiving meal. The location is about 15 minutes from the downtown area. It’s a nice and private area and we enjoyed our stay!

Weekend getaway

This is a great cottage just outside Flagstaff proper, but it’s a short 5-10 min drive to anything you need. The neighborhood is very quiet and you feel like you’re tucked away in the woods, while still being conveniently close to everything you need. The property is well kept, clean and was easy with check in/out and communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful spot for northern Arizona

A wonderful bit of property with a fenced in backyard so our dogs could roam around a bit. The whole upstairs is perfect for a couple and the downstairs has plenty of room for more guests. The kitchen had a great amount of cooking ware and utensils. The cabinets were stocked with enough salt and pepper for a couple years, lol. It also had an assortment of seasonings and spices.

Nice stay

Excellent location for skiing at snowbowl. Property was basic. Very little kitchen supplies. No K-cups for coffee. The stairs are steep up to the main floor and a bit icy. The house is truly two different houses. Loud dog barking in neighborhood every night. Not the owners fault. Overall a fine stay. Very clean property!

Great getaway!

Needed some R and R! Recently lost my husband and it was the first trip with the kids alone. Absolutely loved the quiet and the surroundings. I took frequent walks and loved going into downtown flagstaff for some shopping and food ! Love this condo with the downstairs privacy quarters for the kids and the decor and cleanliness was great ! Cold enough too, to use the fireplace ! We will definitely be back !

Great place in the woods!

What a great spot! Just out side the city deep in the woods. The two stories are each like their own place. Upstairs in master bedroom bathroom laundry living room and kitchen. Downstairs a garage bathroom bedroom living room combo with queen size bunk beads. Nice tvs up and down and an arcade. Woke up to the sound of elk bugling every morning. A++ would stay here again.
