White Christmas

We had the most unbelievably uplifting time. The lodge was absolute bliss. The snow on Christmas Day added to the pure enchantment. Everything was wonderful, the hosts are easy to communicate with and respond. This is such a fantastic inspiring way to spend Christmas with family and reconnect we will definitely be back back

Family getaway

This was the perfect winter getaway and was exactly what we wanted. The house was perfect: so clean, spacious, teen and adult friendly and close walk to town. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets! Would for sure stay here again.

Perfection for a group getaway

This property was everything we wanted, needed and more. We celebrated a birthday with family and friends and everyone had a comfortable bed, plenty of bathrooms and you just can't say enough about the location. Steps from a wonderful grocery store and 2 blocks to all the action of town. Our dogs loved walking along the river which was just a few blocks down the street. Can't wait to come back!

Husbands 55th birthday surprise

We loved being able to have the entire family together to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house was amazing and we loved the location. The only issue we had was the hvc units did not like to work and were a bit of a frustration. The ease and size of the kitchen was amazing and useful due to multiple dietary restrictions.

Just go ahead and book it. It’s perfect. Bigger than the pictures. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable for everyone. The adults had a blast and enjoyed their own rooms with private bathrooms. The kids loved their bunks. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Book it!

Perfect Surprise Birthday Weekend

I surprised my wife for her birthday with a weekend stay with friends/family at Franz Lodge and it was absolutely perfect! The location is conveniently close to town and provided us with an amazing view of the mountains. The house was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for: a hot tub, comfortable beds, immaculate sheets, and an outdoor BBQ to grill for dinner. We have stayed in many other places in Leavenworth but none of them compared to Franz Lodge. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect, close to downtown so we walked everywhere. We loved the overall space, room for all to enjoy different activities yet be together. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms super comfortable. So nice to be able to bring our furry family members too! I would 100% recommend.

much needed getaway

We took the managers of our restaurant group away for a very needed getaway. The kitchen is very well appointed even for restaurant folks, and the house offers the perfect layout for everyone gathering as well as everyone having their own space to chill out. Beds were super comfortable and hot tub was perfect. The proximity to town was another huge bonus, especially because during our visit we had a major snow dump and no one wanted to drive. The property manager answered our questions very promptly. Thanks so much!

Wow! Perfect!

Had a full house of friends for a birthday party/ day hike through the enchantments. The lodge is located in downtown Leavenworth next to a grocery store and all the restaurants and shops. Friday evening we went for a fabulous dinner out. Saturday ran/hiked the entire enchantments and had pizza delivered. The hot tub was amazing and we loved the star wars statues. Check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommended for larger groups.

Perfect group lodge, modern and updated!

The Franz House is just as listed, perfectly located in Leavenworth. The house had everything you’d want for a group getaway and more! The house is beautifully constructed, airy and bright. The property manager was extremely responsive and lovely. Definitely recommend.

The Hans & Franz Lodges located at 1215-1217 Front Street were a combined effort and a labor of love by several WA locals and long-time real estate industry professionals (agents, developers, architects) who were captivated by Leavenworth's Natural Beauty and Charming Bavarian Village. Wanting to make the most of the Majestic Views coupled with the Iconic and Dynamic Village scene, we decided to create a space that would provide for spacious group lodging to offer Visitors the kind of Magical Experience that can only be found in Leavenworth.

Are you wanting to be as close to town as possible? At Franz Lodge, you can leave your car parked in your private garage and take just a 5 minute walk into town where you'll be surrounded by all of the Bavarian beauty that Leavenworth has to offer.
And if you forgotten anything for your trip, a minute walk to Dan's Grocery will supply you with what you need.

Additionally, just a short block away and you'll find yourself at the park with trails following the Wenatchee River. Love bike rides? Just 2 doors down you and your group can rent bikes at "Arlberg Sports Haus" and take a days adventure around Leavenworth. If by chance you need to charge your vehicle while on your adventures, you can do that right across the street from Franz Lodge where there are several charging stations.
