Tout d'abord merci à Julie et Andrew d'avoir accepté au dernier moment la présence de notre chien. Des propriétaires disponibles et accueillants. Casa Juanita est une villa proche de la mer et du centre de Moraira, dans un endroit calme, ce qui est parfait pour les enfants, adolescents et les parents ! Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce petit coin de paradis. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison et à l'extérieur. La terrasse et la piscine sont très agréables et bien orientés. Les lits d'un bon confort et nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans les chambres. Indispensable par cette chaleur au mois d'août ! Nous comptons bien y revenir !

Beautiful comfortable villa, pool was excellent, everything we needed for our sun holiday.
Our expectations on arriving at the property were surpassed, living area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms were all we could have hoped for. The pool was perfect for both ourselves and our children. Felt secure on the property. Easy trip down to the town and beaches. Slow internet was a minor drawback. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect!
A lovely, clean, well equipped villa. It's a great location so we were able to leave the car in the drive for a week and relax. We had one query on arrival which was answered quickly so we felt there was someone there if we had had any issues. Highly recommended.

Lovely holiday
Had a wonderful two week holiday. The villa had everything you could possibly need and was spotlessly clean. Lazy days by the pool and relaxing evenings using the BBQ or at the many local restaurants. 15 minute stroll to the centre of Moraira but also a good choice of bars and restaurants nearer to the villa. Lovely villa
We stayed at the villa in Moraira with our two dogs the villa was secure and spacious we had a wonderful time. We were near enough to the beach and town to walk so did not have to use the car all the time, would definitely return. The villa was clean and had everything we need, there were people who we cold telephone if we had any problems. We would highly recommend this villa.

Our Winter Break
We (my husband and our dog) thoroughly enjoyed our winter break in the lovely town of Moraira, Costa Blanca, Spain. The villa and town were perfect for our situation. The weather was the icing on the cake having only seen the rain once out of our months holiday. Unbeknown to my husband who lives for cycle road racing, nearly all the pro cycling teams use this area for their winter training programmes. On occasions he even road with them albeit on the back of the group! I couldn't get over the amount of eating places there are to choose from in and around the resort, it caters for all tastes and budgets, we ate out most of the time, being spoilt for choice. Some of the restaurants and cafes do close for the winter but this didn't hinder our eating plans. I would not hesitate in recommending the villa and area to friends and family.

Wonderful villa

Fanastic Villa
We had a fabulous time at Casa Juanita in Moraira. With three young children the villa was perfect for us and completely hassle free. Everything was there for us and the facilities in the villa were fantastic, the welcome pack was very nice to have on arrival as well. I would highly recommend this villa, the owners are easy to contact and respond promptly and were very accommodating at all times. None of us wanted to come home! We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Very relaxing holiday
Just returned from a wonderful stay at Casa Juanita together with my husband,brother in law,sister in law and their 2 children aged 4 and 3.The villa was very clean and well maintained,the garden enclosed so safe for the children, the pool was great and provided a very welcome respite from the sun, the weather was amazing, can't believe we came back to rain !! Short drive into Moraira,could have walked to a few local bars/restaurants within 10/15 mins but with very warm evenings and 2 sleepy children we decided to give the walk back up the hill a miss - lazy or what! Would definitely recommend Casa Juanita for a lovely,relaxing holiday in Moraira and whilst we normally like to visit different villas, we may make an exception for next year, it would be fantastic to go back again.Linda Fidler

Perfectly located
This villa is perfectly located in a quiet area yet close enough to walk to the nearest friendly pub (Bar 21) which we used as a pit stop on our stroll to the Town every evening for dinner, I have to say everywhere that we went to eat was amazing and incredibly good value for both food and drink, we favored The Sand restaurant as the food was outstanding and is situated right opposite the beach. The villa itself is lovely, very quiet and tranquil with everything you need to make a stress free holiday the English TV package was a bonus too when you need a break from the sun. Overall a lovely stay and we will be returning Thank you

A Great 10 days
Stressed out accounts manager and husband sought 10 days relaxation in Moraira for a last minute get away. When we arrived I was so pleased with the villa, it was absolutely perfect, clean and beautifully presented and thankfully it looked just as it did in the pictures. As an added touch there was a welcome pack in the kitchen, which was very much appreciated, and I must say there are some lovely supermarkets within ten minutes drive which provide all your needs if you decide to self cater. We chose a lovely bedroom with ensuite from the three rooms available. I managed to create some fine dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, and a further bathroom proved a benefit in the scrabble to get ready for an evening out. We had our own pool, which was cleaned during our stay and we enjoyed a beautiful sunny week with everything at the Villa you could possibly need for your holiday. We had WI FI, SKY, movies, games and I read three of the books I presume kindly provided by previous guests. I must say the coast line of Moraira is absolutely breathtaking both day and night and I can highly recommend a slow evening walk to pick a restaurant of your choice, they were all really great and we enjoyed fillet steak, succulent fish dishes and finished the week with a fine chinese which was not only delicious, it was extremely good VFM. I can't recommend the Villa or area highly enough, it has everything you could want and more, and I will definitely be returning next year with some friends to show off what I consider to be a fantastic find .. I hope not too many people find it.

Fantastic villa
We are just back from our holiday at this fabulous villa. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 children and the villa was very spacious both indoors and outdoors with a lovely pool. It was in a great location, approx. 20 mins walk to Moraira which was a lovely walk in the evening. The villa was so well equipped with everything needed for bbq. trips to the beach - villa was also really clean. The welcome pack on arrival was a great touch as all were hungry after the trip. Andy was also really professional to deal with through email and any queries I had were dealt with almost immediately. His local agent was also extremely helpful. I ihighly recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again if I am visiting Moraira

Best villa we've ever stayed in!
We've just arrived home after a wonderful summer holiday in Moraira staying in this fabulous villa. Having stayed in many villas in the area before, this was by far the best we've ever had. In a great, peaceful location, it was so well equipped, very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The bonus of a table tennis table and dartboard was very popular with our two teenage sons, and it was so nice to have some fabulous restaurants (The Olive Tree in particular was exceptional), within a short walk, and be able to walk into Moraira as well. We stayed for 2 weeks but wished we were still there! Definitely recommend it as a prefect location to explore the area.

Great holiday
We have been to Moraira a few times before and this was one of our best visits. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and unlike others we have stayed in before, it was exactly as depicted in the photos. This is the the first time we have had a welcome pack in a privately rented villa and that was much appreciated. The location was excellent for getting into town - all down hill on the way and a steep climb home but that's a great way to work off the food you've eaten in all the lovely restaurants in the town centre! We were also very impressed with the communication when we booked and in the lead up to our holiday - highly organised and efficient. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would thoroughly recommend the villa.

Great location
The villa was lovely and had a great pool. It was spotlessly clean on our arrival and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed making use of the communal pool just at the end of the cul de sac and the fact that we could walk down to the Center of Moraira was a bonus too. Lovely villa, very clean, nice pool and gardens, very quiet at night. Five minute walk to local bar, otherwise approx 20 min downhill walk to town with good choice of restaurants and bars. Hill was too steep to walk back especially with the heat so opted for taxi (?7). Would recommend villa.

We are an English family, living in the United States. We have owned Casa Juanita since 2006 and we love it. We have lived and worked around the world but Moraira remains our favourite place to be by a very long way.

It is a very special town and we visit as often as we can.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We chose Casa Juanita mainly because of the location. We can walk everywhere, if we wish, but a car is useful for shopping and longer trips. The weather is very reliable, the town is lovely, well-managed and the people are welcoming. Moraira has no high-rise hotels and avoids volume package holidays, instead it attracts family groups from all over Europe to the lovely beaches and to the wide variety of restaurants which suit all budgets.

Just about everything you would wish for in a holiday resort is either in Moraira or close-by.

Fiestas are celebrated regularly throughout the year, in July there is a firework display viewed from the beach which is a particular favourite of ours.

Our Villa (Bungalow really) is big enough for a family to enjoy yet small enough to manage easily. Well-equipped and self-sufficient, with it's own floodlit pool and private gated garden. The three double bedrooms are air-conditioned and heated, there is an en-suite to the Master and a family shower-room. There are flat screen TVs in the lounge, Master bedroom and the second bedroom, you can log into your own Netflix or watch the internet TV channels provided.

The family can enjoy lounging around the pool or avoid the sun on the covered terrace. In the evenings the pool is floodlit, there are comfortable sofas in the large poolside area and a pool table to enjoy. You will find a gas BBQ and an outside fridge for drinks and ice. Small coolers are provided between the sunbeds so you don't have to move when your glass is empty.

Why not take a walk into town for an evening meal or a walk along the beach, we are always impressed by the beauty and calm of the place. It gets a little busier in August but there is always room on the beaches and in the restaurants, at peak times you may have to book a table in advance.

The walk into town is pleasant in the evening but we recommend a taxi home as it is uphill.

If you need to get away from it all and enjoy a quality family holiday you will find all the comforts of home at Casa Juanita with the added benefit of Spanish weather. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is very little traffic but you can close the gates if you wish to keep the small ones exactly where you want them.

Moraira is a spotlessly clean town, the marina is wonderful and some of the bars and restaurants enjoy a nice view of the boats. The main beach includes a children's play area and a small number of sunbeds are available for hire. Most people just take a small chair or a towel and find a spot, it's that kind of place.
