Enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the 600ft sandy beach of East Grand Traverse Bay with a natural wooded setting. This gorgeous studio condo at The Shores was updated throughout and sits in a nest of trees with some beautiful glimpses of the bay. Super-comfy with high thread-count linens and a retreat atmosphere - it is the perfect nest and springboard for your Up North fun and adventures. Lovely cedar deck to enjoy the water view. Flat-screen TV (cable included) and Wi-Fi. Full bath with vanity area. Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top, panini grill, blender, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Overlooking Grand Traverse Bay in a setting of towering pines, a flowing stream, and a beautiful sandy beach. Our 3rd-floor condo is located on East Grand Traverse Bay at the intersection of US31 and M72.

​​​​​​​Pool access: This is a wonderful location regardless, however frustrating for all involved; this past year, the Resort that owns the pool put some strict policies in place only allowing guests that book directly through them or use it - even we as owners can't use it. That said, the beach is gorgeous, but they also host weddings there sometimes - however, you can walk along the beach to the left, and it extends to a public beach which is lovely too, and you'll always have access there.

There is one little semi-workaround if you really want a pool; you can book a spa treatment at the Grand Traverse Resort, and you'll receive access to the pool and facilities for the rest of the day. Just request the code to access the pool/locker rooms, and you'll be able to use their indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, etc.

You also already have access to their shops, restaurants, and golf. 😌

You can't beat this location for easy access to all the fun activities this great area has to offer. Festivals abound in this area including Traverse City Film Festival, beer, music, and wine festivals, and The Cherry Festival, among others. Terrific shopping in waterfront villages and towns.
