The Perfect Location!

Keoniana Kai was a great home for our family? Location is exceptional and a nice balance between manicured community and a step into the wild as you hike down to the Sea Lodge Beach - itself pretty much private. Pool and spa were awesome. No need for AC! Seriously, couldn't have asked for more. Thank you and we will be back!

Though bathrooms/showers are very small, the rest of the home more than makes up for it. Enjoy fresh grilled fish on the patio, go for a bike ride...this space in perfect for friends and families. Incredible location and views. Our concierge was great in organizing & scheduling activities across the island-subset cruise, tubing, hikes, etc. Falling asleep & waking up to the ocean waves was the highlight. Our 6th family trip to Kauai-always stay in Princeville. This is by far the best location bar none.

Beautiful views

We loved the views and the beach below. The icing on the cake was waking up to surfers being towed out in front of the home to surf the big swells! Amazing to watch. The home felt very comfortable and private. The location is perfect for easy access to anywhere on the North Shore. We love Princeville and the walkability. Very convenient.

We truly believe this is one of the finest locations in all of Princeville; the over-ocean view from nearly every room in the home combined with the beautiful plunge pool/spa and deck is simply unsurpassed. The property exceeds the rental description: absolutely spotlessly clean, beautifully and comfortably furnished, with kitchen and recreational amenities galore. We especially enjoyed observing (from a safe distance) the nesting albatross throughout the area on our daily morning walks. The management was responsive to any question or concern that arose. We are already looking at 2025 dates to book! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Bathrooms are very small and not well ventilated. The kitchen is small and the lighting in the house is inadequate. There is a utility easement along the property which seems to be used as a public beach access. This was not disclosed.The view is spectacular which is the property’s best feature. The outdoor eating area is small and on a separate level from the outdoor grill.

Great family get away!

This property is perfect for a family looking to settle in and truly relax. It has ample room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing while also having great spaces to gather together and spend time enjoying the beautiful views. It is spacious yet cozy and quiet. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back!

A magical stay in a magical place

The house is beautiful with all that you need to have a lovely stay. We cooked several meals while there and found the kitchen to be well-stocked for our purposes.The integration of the outdoors in the living area makes this house truly special. The sliding doors off the main living area we kept open all the time, and that created a lovely breeze throughout the house that kept us cool. No need for air conditioning (and we were there in mid-July!) The pool and hot tub area had the most amazing view and a lot of privacy.You can walk to the beach from this house by hiking down a trail that takes about 10 minutes. The trail itself is a little steep and might be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The bathrooms in this house had small showers, which is my only critique. However there was a nice, big bathtub in one of the master baths.

Stunning sunrise and views! Kids (and us) enjoyed the pool & spa after a day at the beach. Boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas were so nice to have and not have to rent. Great property!

Dream vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in many vacation rentals; Keoniana Kai was the best I have ever experienced! The location is amazing (we watched whales breaching in the ocean from the upper deck). It’s also a nice walk, moderately rugged, to a wonderfully not-crowded beach. We saw sea turtles on multiple days while snorkeling and just walking along the path. In addition, everything in the house was clean and functional. The kitchen was well-equipped with enough dishes and cookware to meet our needs when eating in. The beds were very comfortable. Waking up in the morning to ocean waves and birdsong (roosters crowing too, of course 😀) was very relaxing. The spa was in good working order and simple to operate (just a push of 1 button) and only took about 15 minutes to come up to temperature. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom plus there’s a 4th full bathroom just off the family room. The bathrooms are small but have everything needed. The Princeville shopping area is a 30-minute walk (5-minute drive) from the house so several restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We would definitely stay in this house again.
