Lebe den Malibu-Traum! Vom PERFEKTEN Balkon haben Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Schlucht und das Meer.

Ob tagsüber das glitzernde Meer, nachmittags der Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen oder nachts die Sterne - entspannen und genießen.

Ein charmantes und renoviertes Haus mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten (WLAN, Smart-TV, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine / Trockner und Grill). Drei Betten + zwei Ausziehsofas. Ideal für Familien oder Reisegruppen.

Ausgezeichnete Lage in Malibu für das Meer oder für lokale Wanderungen (5 min).

Kommt mit dem Parken!

Der Raum - Ein zweistöckiges Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und einer offenen Küche. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und die anderen beiden haben Doppelbetten. Es gibt auch zwei Queen-Size-Schlafsofas im Haus für zusätzliche Gäste. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Badezimmer (eines mit Badewanne) und ein großes Wohnzimmer.

Es gibt auch einen Grill im Freien und einen Sitz- / Essbereich im Freien auf einer zweiten Terrasse unter funkelnden Hängelampen. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen bestückt, von Tellern und Tassen bis hin zur grundlegenden Kochausrüstung.

Ich habe das Haus zwischen jedem Gast professionell gereinigt und für jeden Aufenthalt frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch Shampoo / Seife und Essentials sind ebenfalls enthalten.

Das Haus verfügt über schnelles WLAN sowie einen Smart-TV mit bereits eingeloggtem Netflix und Hulu.

Short but sweet. The sunset view was spectacular. The outdoor space really made the stay enjoyable. The hill was a thrill.

We enjoyed our stay, would consider coming back, but would start looking elsewhere first

Overall: I would consider staying here again, but would start looking at other options first before booking here for the 2nd time. The place was clean and comfortable. We felt safe the entire time. The kitchen had all your basic necessities with some cooking utensils and basic seasonings. The kitchen utensils were hand-me-downs, but it did not affect the function. Bathrooms were stocked with towels and basic shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The thermostat was a bit of a fuss to deal with, but Morty, the property manager, was well-aware and invited assistance as needed in a prompt manner. The house itself is a bit odd in construction and layout. It's clear it was converted from the original home layout, though perhaps in a rush to start housing guests. While it did not bother us, the main issue was that some things were broken and not well-maintained. The sliding door was falling off its track, a bathroom was missing a vent fan, a light was missing a lamp shade, etc. Do not come here expecting perfection, but it was a nice place to stay and spend time with friends.

Perfection!

Celebrated my birthday weekend here and it was absolutely perfect for my group! We used the grill and kitchen to cook and the view was absolutely beautiful. Morty was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The beach is a close drive as well. There’s also plenty of parking on the driveway and parking spaces dedicated to guests in front. The house had everything we needed!

Perfect weekend

I surprised my wife for her 40th birthday with a handful of friends that came in for the weekend and this was the perfect place for them. It is unbelievably quiet with a stunning view of the PCH and the Pacific. Morty was very accommodating--he was in the woods in Idaho or something and got on the phone with my wife to walk her through the thermostat. It's a great house, lots of different spaces, cool rooms, just a good vibe overall. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would rent from Morty again anytime!

You don’t get no phone service and it’s to far up you cannot walk to the beach and the parking is bad if you’re in a big car or truck and it’s very dark at night and the roads to get up here all small and scary

Feels like living in the clouds ☁️

The location of the house is AMAZING! The drive back and forth to the house was so beautiful! The view from the outdoor balcony is breath taking! Plenty of space for my husband, myself and our 3 adult children. We spent our days shopping and at the beach. Although the temperature cools down in the evening I would have preferred ceiling fans in all the bedrooms to circulate the air during the day. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone interested in visiting Malibu!

Great location, can't beat the deck!

A few girlfriends and I had a lovely time at Morty's property in Malibu. The location was just perfect to explore Malibu and its amazing beaches. We also spent lots of time on the beautiful deck enjoying the breeze and sunset! Clean, had everything we needed, would stay here again!

Great location

My family and I stayed here in Feb and it was a blast. The location was great and the sunsets were amazing. Close enough to the beach to drive down and find a spot. My only small gripes are the kitchen wasn’t stocked super well for all of our cooking needs, and as other people have commented the outdoor furniture has been worn down quite a bit since the photos were taken. That said, my family and I had a quiet and relaxing time and we would come back and stay again!

The house was situated high in the hills with a beautiful back down to the beach. However, the A/C was inadequate to cool the home leaving it around 80 degrees at all hours. The umbrella to be used on the patio was not just broken but exploded. The base was in pieces and it would have been nice to have some relief from the sun. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean, unfortunately overshadowed by some of the larger issues.

Great home but does not reflect the pictures

We had a great stay due to the location of the property, however the photos did not match the actual home. Upstairs outdoor deck, cushions were dirty, pillows were washed out and the umbrella for shade was broken. Inside the upstairs living room the couches had stains on them and the floors were dusty. Not sure what kind of cleaning took place. A lot of the kitchen pots/pans/utensils did not work properly and/or food would stick to the bottom very easily. The AC unit did not run properly throughout the house and the upstairs living room area was very hot. The home has potential but is outdated and not maintained or cleaned well. Owner was responsive and location is beautiful.

Amazing views

This property worked very well for our group and we loved the views of the Pacific Ocean from the rooftop deck. We ate brunch there and it was simply amazing; it has plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat, and also has a couple of lounger chairs for relaxing in the sun. After site seeing during the days, we relaxed in the living area watching Netflix shows together. We liked having four separate sleeping areas also. The hosts were very responsive to questions and offered to help with any needs that came up. We would stay here again without a doubt.
