Neu aktualisiert 3/2 mit schönen Granit Küche und Bäder! Offener, geteilter Grundriss mit riesigen Hauptwohnräumen auf der einen Seite, Gästeschlafzimmer auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Vierzehn Fuß hohe Decken, riesiges großes Zimmer mit 80 "Fernseher. Leder automatische Liegesofa, Liebessitz, Stuhl. 4 große Taschenschieber öffnen sich zu einem wunderschön abgeschirmten Lanai mit Gartenmöbeln, Fernseher und beheiztem Pool. Die Veranda ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und bietet einen langen Blick auf den Kanal für unvergleichliche Sonnenuntergänge. Zugang zum brandneuen großen Außengrill, Dock zum Angeln oder zum Starten von Paddle-Boards und Kajak. Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Eckgrundstück am Winterberry Drive für einen privaten Aufenthalt. Der Strand und alle Restaurants sind nur 0,8 km entfernt. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung.

Amazing as always!

Second time we have stayed here. Andrew is great, he is always helpful if we had any questions. House is super clean, all the amenities you could need. Out of any trip we make to southwest Florida, this house is ALWAYS the first option if it is available. Not one single negative comment about it

Great vacation home!

We enjoyed our two-week stay at this house. It is beautifully renovated with a lovely master bedroom suite and two other bedrooms. The house has a great open layout and all the modern conveniences in the kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing in the lanai and lounged in the pool too. The lanai area is fairly small, but it was just fine for the four of us. We also enjoyed having a cocktail down on the dock to watch the sunset. We really liked the location of the house, which is in the middle of Marco Island. We really appreciated that the house is pet friendly and enjoyed walking our dog on the sidewalks around the neighborhood streets. We found Marco Island to be a really wonderful safe place to walk around and enjoy beautiful weather. Additionally, the owner Andrew was very easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions/needs that we had. Andrew's house was the perfect house for our vacation, and we would be excited to rent it again in the future!

Amazing Stay!

We had a wonderful two-week stay over the holidays. The house was incredibly clean, had a beautiful pool and top notch appliances and TV's, and the decor was modern, light, and beachy. We loved walking to the beach every morning and the house truly defined indoor/outdoor living with the sliding doors that opened the entire length of the home. Check in and out was a breeze and Andrew reached out many times to make sure there was nothing more that we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had the opportunity to rent Andrew’s home for the past couple of weeks. The house was perfectly set up for all of us. Our daughter spent her days remote learning from the office, while my husband worked from the kitchen table. We brought a friend for our daughter and she spent many days sleeping in or laying by the pool. Short walk to the beach (around a 1/2 mile) for after school fun:). Andrew neglects to brag about the evening sunsets you get to watch from the lanai. Mackle Park is just around the corner; great for walking, playing, skateboarding, and has a dog park. We also got to see Burrowing Owls on our walk to the park! Kitchen is fully equipped w everything you need and this home is conveniently located if you decide you’d rather walk somewhere for supper out! Home is as pictured. It’s clean, open, easy to maintain. It’s also easy to get in to if stairs are an issue for you. This home has beach chairs, boogie boards & towels for you to use. On top of all of that, Andrew was so easy to work with. I changed our dates SO many times (due to Covid concerns!) that I thought I’d drive him to tell me to go fly a kite, but he seemed completely unfazed and was totally easy about all of it. Highly recommend it!

Fabulous Family Trip

We had an incredible time here for 6 great weeks. We escaped the cold with our 3 kids while we were all remote, and this house worked out perfectly! The open floor plan along with indoor/outdoor living make the house live much larger then the pictures seem. Andrew was extremely attentive which made our stay that much more comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

Quarantined Away from Home

We had an awesome quarantine in this property. The pool was clean and a joy for our kids (and us!). The house is spacious. Three adults and two kids had plenty of space to spread out when needed. Everything we needed was there - great appliances, pool towels, and a great grill. Andrew was easily reached by phone for any issue that came up - all very minor and not worth mentioning. We would love to visit again as a family or with another couple.

SW Florida Beauty!

This was one of our most treasured vacations, yet, and we travel often and across the world. Andrew, the owner, did a fantastic job setting up the place, offered local guidance on attractions and on the water restaurants that offer docking up. The house was perfect and everything is where it should be in order to keep stress out of the picture. Andrew allowed use of his fantastic and reliable jet ski lift which made all the difference. Having the ability to use your own equipment while on vacation is everything and this is a unique offering on VRBO. From lift to open water, you are literally 15mins. The neighborhood is wonderful and the folks you pass by in the canal are lovely and friendly. We will absolutely frequent Marco Island in the near future. It's definitely a hidden gem! Thank you
