EIN ERSTAUNLICHES LÄNDLICHES EIGENTUM mit erstaunlichen Sternen in einer klaren Nacht.
Hindscarth ist auf drei Seiten von Gebieten von außergewöhnlicher natürlicher Schönheit umgeben. Der nationale Radweg führt am Grundstück vorbei. Bodmin Moor liegt 800 m entfernt. Es gibt 2 Golfplätze innerhalb von 10 Autominuten. Doc Martin und Poldark wurden in der Nähe gedreht. Nach einer 8 km langen Wanderung über das Moor gelangen Sie zum Daphne du Mauriers Jamaica Inn. Das Eden-Projekt ist ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt. Boscastle ist eine 10-minütige Autofahrt entfernt und die Ruinen von King Arthurs erreichen Sie ebenfalls in 10 Minuten bei Tintagel. Es gibt mehrere Sandstrände in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Diese Immobilie ist zu einem sehr hohen Standard fertig und ist eine Liga über dem Standard vieler Mietobjekte. Das Anwesen bietet Platz für 8 Personen in schönen Schlafzimmern und verfügt über ein separates, unabhängiges Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer für alle, die manchmal etwas Abgeschiedenheit bevorzugen.
Es gibt einen neuen Schlafraum (ideal für Kinder) für 4 Personen. Es gibt auch 2 bequeme Chesterfield-Sofas aus Leder mit Doppelbett, die sich in einem 30 m langen Wintergarten befinden. Der Esstisch aus Eichenholz bietet Platz für bis zu 14 Personen und verfügt über einen 18-kW-Holzbrenner und eine Stereoanlage System (mit Cambridge-Verstärker) und einem separaten Fernseher.
Ein weiterer zweiseitiger 12-kW-Holzbrenner befindet sich zusammen mit einem 51-Zoll-Fernseher im Hauptsalon.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer, einen 32-Zoll-Fernseher und eine separate Badewanne im Hauptschlafzimmer.
Es gibt ein Sonnenhaus, einen Grill und reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten im hinteren Garten mit herrlichem Blick über hügeliges Ackerland. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze für 5 + Autos

A hidden Cornwall gem

We chose Hindscarth for a long awaited family reunion gathering members from across 4 different countries. It was a brilliant stay and we wished we had booked it for longer (we’ve stayed for a week). We loved the stunning breakfast views, the perfect combination of family and private space, and a great location for some of Cornwall’s best attractions. Mike was very responsive, and our stay was everything we hoped it would be. Can’t recommend it enough!

Very Happy

The property is exactly as described and very spacious. We were a group of 11 ranging in age from 4 to 74 and we had no issues as there are several areas to sit and relax as well as the garden. The hosts were fantastic and communicated very well. Basically I could not fault any aspect of our stay and would be very happy to stay there again. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful Hindscarth

This beautiful home comfortably slept 8 adults and 4 kids, with an extra double sofa bed spare. All beds had lovely clean bedding and were all super comfy. Extra bedding and pillows at hand too. It was like home from home with all utensils, crockery etc, with such a large family, we didn't miss or need a thing. Only thing I would recommend is taking a fan... Or two!! Mike and Helen were absolutely wonderful with any help we needed. Our whole family (including our doggo's) would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful home, for the best holiday. We will be back somewhen in the future... Xxx

A lovely social property in an idilic location

This property is in a fantastic location with easy access to all beaches on the north Cornwall coast. The garden has beautiful views over the rolling countryside. It works well for 2 families staying together with lots of different lounge areas and our children loved the bunk beds in the shed! Contact with the host was easy and we always felt that they were on hand to answer any questions should we have any. This is definitely one property that I would return to.

Lovely quiet location, house spacious and well organised

We had a lovely time here, the house is cosy and has been beautifully decorated with lots of personal touches. The location is quiet and out of the way but still within easy reach of beaches, cycling trails and other attractions.

A home. Not just a rental.

A great place to see in the New Year! Hindscarth has a particularly cosy feel -Far from a sterile rental. It really does feel like you are slipping into a family member's retreat. We were provided with milk, tea, logs, cooking and cleaning supplies...etc so it was very easy to settle in. The place has a long layout with a wide corridor so there is plenty of space for chaotic groups. Lots of places to hide and the shed was a favourite with the kids. We will not shy away from returning.

Christmas at Hindscarth

Christmas at Hindscarth was lovely. The house is spacious, very well equipped and so cosy with the wood burners. We loved the conservatory, a great place to eat with the gorgeous views. Having two kitchens made cooking very easy. This house is a real home from home.

By far the best

This property was by far the best we have ever stayed at! In terms of Location it is astonishing the tranquility of the area and the beautiful idyllic views! The home owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful with anything needed and made us feel welcomed from the very beginning, The 11 of us of who stayed have all agreed this is a definite place we will be returning as it quite literally made our holiday the perfect family and friend stay possible.

Family stay

Perfect base for us to explore Cornwall from on our trip. This was a holiday for 10 people ranging from 3 to 80 and all had a great time. Weather was the only failure but the conservatory proved to be a success as a social area where we could all watch the rain with games and drinks. Mike the owner was incredibly responsive including helpful advice on destinations, beaches, food and drink. House itself was well stocked so we managed to vary our meals from barbecues to pulled pork dinners and full Sunday roasts. Peaceful, picturesque, a good choice for large gatherings.

Wonderful view

We had a lovely stay over Christmas 2017. The house is spacious and was just perfect for 10 of us (4kids). We all really enjoyed the view as often all the sheep would come close by and we absolutely loved the fireplace room - wonderful view, cozy, peaceful. Mike and Helen left many logs for us (very thoughtful). Christmas dinner was cooked easily as plenty of oven, pans, etc .. would have been nice to have dishwasher though. Overall I’d certainly recommend and return, wonderful location. Lovely memories were made there! Thank you ever so much!!! Nicholls family

Lovely accommodation for a Birthday gathering

We hired Hindscarth for a week at the end of August 2017 as part of my 60th birthday celebrations. My family came down over the Bank Holiday weekend and then some other friends joined us for the latter part of the week. This involved a number of bedding changes all of which ran smoothly and without any additional cost. We were also able to take our three dogs with us at no additional cost and they had a great time in the 'escape proof' garden. The property was clean, well maintained (although the sliding doors in the conservatory need some attention) and well stocked with pots, pans, serving dishes etc., which was just as well as I cooked roast dinner for 10 on the Sunday. The owner was away in Europe during our stay but he kept in touch regularly by text and his local 'agent' Mark was always on hand if we needed anything e.g. a further supply of logs for the lovely wood burner. One thing that did surprise us was the absence of a dish washer and given that this is a 'mass catering' type house the addition of one would be welcome. Whilst we were there we rode the Camel Trail and walked around the coastal paths. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anybody looking to organise a gathering. Holiday at Hindscarth

This is a beautiful home which was very welcoming and lovely to stay in. We were there for 3 weeks and due to the size of the property were able to have lots of people stay and enjoy the very sociable accommodation. I would be happy to recommend the house, location and the service. The house was perfect for my husband, who is a wheelchair user, without being the kind of institutional accommodation which is often offered to people on wheels. I spent many happy hours looking at the lovely views either from the conservatory or the very comfortable bath.
