Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit einem großen offenen Wohn-und Esszimmer mit einem super-entspannenden Sitzbereich mit modernen Fenstern und Balkonen mit Blick auf, dass einer der wichtigsten Plätze der Altstadt Barri Vell.
Check-in spät nach 20:00 Uhr wird 30 € Bonus berechnet.
Bitte beachten Sie, es wird keine nach 12.30 in der Nacht einchecken werden.
Für Ihr Haustier berechnen wir zusätzlich 30 Euro Gebühr und 300 Euro Kaution, zahlbar beim Check-in getrennt.
Die Schlüsselübergabe ist in unserem Büro in der Carrer Bonaventura i Peralta 2.
Wenn Sie ein Babybett und Hochstuhl benötigen, lassen Sie es uns wissen. Wir berechnen eine zusätzliche 10 Euro für den gesamten Aufenthalt, das ist die Betten für die Kleinen enthält.
Es gibt ein großes Doppelzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und viel Platz im Schrank, ein modernes Bad mit Dusche, Küche mit allen Geräten erforderlich und im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Schlafsofa. Wir bieten hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher, im Preis inbegriffen. Ein Kinderbett für ein Baby ist auf Anfrage erhältlich und keine zusätzlichen Gebühr für diesen Service.
Sie werden bei der Ankunft gegrüßt gegeben werden Tasten, die Wohnung gezeigt und Beratung bei den in der Nähe von Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben.

Sehr schöne Wohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Meine Freundin und ich waren für 11 Nächte in Girona und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen in einem super Zustand. Sie befindet sich in der zweiten Etage die man mit dem Fahrstuhl oder die Treppe erreicht. Es gibt viele kleine Gassen und sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Altstadt von Girona in der es sehr viele Restaurants und Cafe`s gibt. Das Parken ist nicht ganz so einfach aber das nicht nur in Spanien so. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft die man ungern wieder verlässt.

This is one of our favorite VRBOs that we've every stayed in ! It was warm and welcoming. Amazing location. Great communication. Comfortable bed. Working Washing Machine. I'd go back today if I could!

Perfect location, cute, clean!

Very nice property! Did not have a drying rack for laundry, would be nice to have an extra set of towels and a tray to make ice cubes. The bell is a little annoying, goes off every hour and 15 min chimes…. Can hear it all night, very loud. Which I had know so I had ear plugs.

Wonderful modern apartment in the heart of the old town.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect as it is in the center of the old town, within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and sightseeing. The bedroom is a big, and there is lots of room to stretch out and relax. One note: the apartment is tough to find when you enter town, so make sure you have good directions prior to looking for it.

Great apartment

This well decorated apartment is in a great location, in the old city, close to sites to see and restaurants, shopping, the Ramblas. Easy to walk everywhere. There is a gourmet store on corner, able to pick up wine, olives etc. and a bakery across the street with delicious items. Check in was efficient and Luis went over and beyond for us by going back to the office to get an electronic adapter for us. It had everything we needed; the kitchen was well stocked, there were basic bathroom supplies, extra linens for the pull out couch etc. Main bed was very comfortable, but the pull out couch was not as comfortable, that was the only minor issue. Check out was easy and stress free. Would stay here again!

Perfect Apartment in the Old Quarter

We stayed for 2 nights to explore Girona and the Costa Brava. The owner met us quickly when we arrived, let's us in, and give us a few suggestions to check out in Girona. The Apartment was spacious by European standards and fit 3 of us fine (a couple in the bedroom and a single on the fold out couch in the living room. The best thing is the location. Right in the middle of the old town surrounded by the shops and restaurants. Be prepared for some nice on a Friday or Saturday night until the early hours, bit it really didnt keep us up. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely great location

A nice apartment to come home to after a day sightseeing. Comfortable bed let down by poor quality bedding, this is important if renting a luxury apartment. Fantastic shower with plenty of hot water what evertime of day . Would recommend to family and friends.

Roomy and well appointed

Very large one bedroom with the most comfy bed we encountered on our month long European adventure. Higher end finishes and a perfect location to explore the old town of Girona. All I would add is a Nespresso machine! One minor flaw is the street noise and the church bells which can be heard all over Girona. Just close the shutters, add some ear plugs and you'll sleep like a baby. We left a set in the buffet drawer for the next visitors. Your hosts are helpful and nearby if you require assistance.

Excelente propiedad, muy bien localizada, todo funcional y muy limpio. Andrea, muy atenta.

El departamento está muy bien localizado, muy cerca de la plaza del Vi, donde es posible estacionarse momentáneamente para descargar el equipaje. El departamento es cómodo y funcional, con todo lo necesario para una feliz estancia. El estacionamiento público está como a unos 10 minutos caminando, es muy amplio y seguro y la caminata es a través de las hermosas calles de la ciudad y después cruzar el río en alguno de sus puentes. Girona tiene mucho que ofrecer, no solo como bella ciudad, sino también en su oferta culinaria, la cual es muy variada.

Perfect location! Beautiful apartment and well priced!

We spent 6 nights in this apartment which was perfectly located and spotless. It's located just off a main street so you can walk everywhere, but quiet at night for a good night's sleep. The apartment was furnished with high quality items, a very comfortable bed, and practical things like a washing machine, dishwasher, and fully stocked kitchen. It's located on the 2nd floor, but there is an elevator which was very helpful for bikes. The AC was a lifesaver for a few hot days. We met with Anndrea from the management company who was very nice and responsive. We also received our deposit back just a few days after we left. I would stay at this apartment or any other of the properties they manage in a heartbeat.

Perfect location. Great facilities.

Girona is a beautiful city and this apartment makes it so easy to get around. We walked everywhere. Bonus was the restaurant recommendations. Perfect little bakery next door made for easy breakfasts. Would love to return.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful week in Girona. The apartment was lovely, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance of Girona's interesting sights and some great restaurants. Sylvia was extremely helpful and best of all gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants. Girona is a beautiful and very clean city and is well located for side trips to the coast, the mountains and the Dali museums and properties.

Better Than The Photographs!

Our 3 day stay in Girona was made so much more comfortable and enjoyable by the quality and location of this apartment. It is located very centrally in the old town of Girona, but quiet enough to be able to open the 3 french doors that open onto the 3 balconys and bring the sounds and smells of the town in. (There are no overlooking neighbours even though the next door buildings are characteristically close) It is furnished with quality and style, and practically has all that you might need including iron, hoover, washing machine, dish washer, a fully equiped kitchen with pots, pans, toaster, coffee machine, and quality glasses and crockery. All bedding is there, and a very comfortable bed. It is 2 flights up but there is an elevator. A/C is €5 per day extra, but is so worth it in August. There is a very good vegetarian & craft beer place just down stairs (B 12 Vega), although there are many alternatives. We were met at the apartment by Jolien from the managing company, and all about the place was explained to us. (Its good to have a person to ask questions of). Her office was 1 minute away in case of any problems, of which we had none. Finally, after our visit they were very proactive in communicating with us about returning our deposit. I would highly recommend this place.
