101 Hickman Street ist ein traditionelles Rehoboth Beach Cottage mit viel Charme und bietet ein zweistöckiges Design mit einer abgeschirmten Veranda an der Vorderseite des Hauses. Weniger als eineinhalb Häuserblocks vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt ist dieses Hotel ideal für Familien, die die Autos parken und nicht für den gesamten Urlaub bewegen möchten. Wireless Internet und zwei Parkplätze in der Einfahrt zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieses Haus ist für volle Wochen im Sommer und teilweise Wochen oder Wochenenden in der Nebensaison verfügbar. Dieses Ferienhaus befindet sich in Strandnähe und liegt in der Gegend South Rehoboth, einem Stadtviertel von Rehoboth Beach. Cape May – Lewes Ferry (Fähre) ist einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas unternehmen möchtest. Wer lieber die Natur bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Cape Henlopen (Südlichste Spitze der Delaware-Bucht) und Rehoboth Beach. Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Funland Haunted Mansion und Ryan's Mini Golf. This house has lots of character and has been in the same family for generations, unlike a lot of newer, rather sterile places for rent in Rehoboth. It is comfortable and well located, within a very short walking distance of the Boardwalk and a short walking distance to Rehoboth Avenue. BHHS Penn Fed is an excellent and responsive management co.,the best we have dealt with in our many years of renting in Rehoboth.

Comfortable Home in Great Location

101 Hickman is a classic Rehoboth cottage, if that term applies to a home with four bedrooms. It had plenty of space for us to spread out and not be in each other's hair, and also good living spaces for gathering. It has a comfortable, lived-in vibe, no surprise since it probably dates from the 1920s. It is a short walk to the beach and also to Rehoboth Avenue. We will seek to stay there again!

Wonderful beach house!

Searest is a comfortable, lovely beach house that’s close to everything (boardwalk, beach and town) but still quiet and in a nice neighborhood! Loved the house. Weather was challenging (Tropical Storm Ophelia) but we still had fun. Well-kept property and home. We will definitely return!

Memorial Day weekend 2023

Great house close to everything in Rehoboth. We arrived and didn’t move the cars until we left. The house is pretty vintage but in a cute, beach cottage-vibe kind of way. Had what we needed. Front porch and back deck were great extras. Would come back :)

Perfect "Beach house"

This is a classic old beach house filled with history. We spent Thanksgiving there and had dinner on the back deck. Plenty of room for us and two grown children. The house is close to everything, but not so close that it was overrun with people and noise. We absolutely loved it. Our parents live a few blocks away so this gave us the opportunity to be near them but still practice social distancing.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cottage! It easily accommodated our family of 8. The screened in porch was the favorite place to hang out and relax. It was very close to the beach, the boardwalk and downtown! Check in and check out was easy and efficient! I definitely recommend this beautiful beach cottage and we will be returning!

Rehobeth beach house

This is a spacious 4 bedroom house, a block from the beach with great outside spaces and an easy walk to town and the boardwalk. The layout and furnishing is a bit dated and was just fine for us. Would definitely do this property again.
