Dieses schöne Gerät ist auch unser zweites Zuhause. Es liegt in einer neuen Luxus-Komplex. Palacio war eine der wenigen Komplexe, die durch den Hurrikan Ivan unbeschädigt waren und war eines der ersten Gebäude, das auf der Taste nach dem Hurrikan zu öffnen. Unser Ferienwohnanlage wurde Platin (Höchstnote) von Resort-Suche Hausverwaltung bewertet. Dieses Gerät verfügt über das größte 3-Zimmer-Grundriss mit ca. 2000 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche.
Der Grundriss ist einzigartig, da es verfügt über 2 große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem umlaufenden Balkon. Das Gerät verfügt über zahlreiche raumhohen Glasscheiben geben Ihnen mehrere Blick auf den Golf von verschiedenen Räumen. Die gesamte Einheit ist mit Designermöbeln eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Küche, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind atemberaubend mit 180 Grad freie Sicht auf den Golf mit super Aussicht von Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang vom eigenen Balkon.

Beautiful condo

We had a great time, the host was very nice and answered all our questions quickly, the condo was very clean and just like the photos. The location was perfect, beach was great! We recommend this place.

Great location, spacious, clean, close to music, restaurants, shops and beaches

This was an amazing place to stay. The host communicated everything well in advance making it easy to plan the week. Easy check in, great location in Perdido Key, close to a lot of larger public beaches/ areas/ parks in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Pensacola, music, restaurants, and shops, but was more remote for some less crowded down time on the beach every day, which we really enjoyed. The balcony was right on the ocean with great views every morning for coffee. Fully furnished making it easy to stay in when we wanted a home cooked meal. Highly recommend!!

Great views and a beautiful beach

The views were great and the condo was the perfect size for a family of 6. It was a little lacking in basic supplies (soap was not provided for all bathrooms and it didn’t have anything to scrub dishes with). The furniture in the living room was also very worn, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Family Beach Trip

Unit was as described/pictured, the location was great and the beach was gorgeous. We’ve taken vacations to this area for many years and love the area. I would imagine that trying to clean all the occupied condos in a short window of time is a challenge, but we were not able to check in at the advertised time. The arms of the couch and loveseat are discolored from normal "wear and tear" - I just covered them with some towels. I wish the master bath shower head had been a little nicer, it wasn’t adjustable (the toggle seemed stuck in one position), though the other two bathrooms had the same one and those were adjustable. Blankets on the beds or available in the condo would've been nice. The comforters on the beds were a little too warm, but a top sheet not quite enough. Overall, this was a beautiful unit and communication with the owner was prompt and all questions were answered. We would stay at this unit again and would recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

We walked into the unit and immediately noticed it was not clean. The ceiling fans were covered with thick dust, pots and pans dirty, mold in the master shower, sand and hair on the sofa/chairs/floors, rugs had not been vacuumed, living room and dining tables were sticky, dishwasher had not been emptied. The owner contacted housekeeping but they couldn’t find a vacuum cleaner nor could they reach some of the ceiling fans so we cleaned those. The owner, while responding quickly, did not offer any compensation.

Beautiful condo - but be aware....

This property is truly stunning and appointed with beautiful furnishings. It is a large unit with more than ample room for our entire family. It has a nice wrap-around balcony and a full length window in the dining area. The master bath is luxurious and a real bonus was that two rental chairs/umbrella were included for the week. I would definitely recommend it but there are a few things that would be helpful to know in advance. There was only one elevator in service during our stay and there is very little parking (overflow across the street). Both the washer and oven are dated and worked extremely slowly and although the kitchen is gorgeous, it could use more pans. Water pressure is a little iffy. And the most annoying thing - although I'm sure it's the fault of housekeeping, not the owner -was that on two of the beds, the fitted sheet was about two sizes too small and didn't actually fit around the mattress. My husband basically slept on the mattress all week. Even given these things, we still had a great stay but would like future guests to be made aware.

Beautiful views but needs a few updates

The views were beautiful and the owner very responsive. Just some upgrades needed to take this condo to the next level. The cabinet knobs in the kitchen and bathrooms were tarnished/rusting pretty badly, there was an area in the floor near the dining room table/window that felt had gotten wet and rueined the floor with possible rotten subflooring, and the bedroom with 2 beds had a cigarette smell to it upon arrival (not the owners fault technically). I'd also recommend plasticware in the kitchen for children. We had to buy solo cups and paper plates to make sure our younger children didn't break anything. The TV in one of the rooms is really outdated (not a flatscreen), and limited storage for clothes in drawers (bring hangers from home)! Appliances in kitchen need updating as well as shower head in masters. The space was great however for a family of 6! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and shower in the master bedroom was huge! Overall, a great stay just needs a little more love to make it "luxurious. "

Beautiful, quiet, end unit

The condo was great, with a few minor annoyances. The floors are beautiful and consistent throughout. Livingroom TV had been upgraded from photos to a large 70", with inputs thoughtfully placed underneath for bringing your own devices. This was a very quiet unit, could hear the sound of the waves over everything else at night, especially. I liked having an electronic keypad so we didn't have to keep track of keys. The 2 beach chairs/umbrella was a nice perk I didn't know about when booking. We chose not to bring our own, and there were even extras in the kids room closet. Pro tip: Maybe I missed it in the info, but the Wifi network you need is "Palacio at Perdido Guests" Annoyances: We apparently stayed right after the owners had just checked out (late), so there wasn't adequate cleaning before us coming in at 4PM. No trash bags in the kitchen, no soap in the bathrooms. The cooking pans are in rough shape, so we bought and left new ones. The pools weren't the cleanest, but that didn't deter us from using them. The TV in the master bedroom is so dim(overused?), we didn't bother using it. Would I stay here again? Definitely! The few minor annoyances didn't take away from a great overall condo and beautiful location.

Perdido Key- BEACHES ALL AROUND

If you want a beach vacation- this is it! The beach was beautiful. The owner was very responsive to texts and assuaged all or our concerns/questions. Nice stay at the property. One bedroom faces the beach- beautiful. One bedroom has a window to the building walkway. The third bedroom has a city view with a small window where you can see the ocean. Downside- there’s not much to do other than the beach. A couple small shores nearby, but that’s it. Went to a mall and a trampoline park- a 30 mile drive to Center of Pensacola. Orange Beach, AL was 10 miles to the west. Overall, nice stay. Beautiful condo.

Fantastic stay at a beautiful condo for the week. The pictures don't do it justice. The only thing that needed attention was cleaning off some dust from the ceiling fans...other than that spotless and a week we will all remember.....would stay again anytime.....staff there was amazing and friendly...Boo in security a great guy.

Incrediable Views!

We really enjoyed our week at this property. The condo unit was amazing! Very spacious and comfortable, and clean. The views from the balcony were beyond what you would want too. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. The master bedroom also has views of the ocean, and it is amazing to wake up to as well. The only concerns we had were with one of the elevators struggling to work consistently and the frequency of the pool cleaning. Otherwise it was an amazing week. We for sure will be returning to this amazing condo.

Love this place, great area, large space for family, beds were comfortable, clean, and watch dolphins play in ocean from the balcony. Everyone was very friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone. We will be back for sure.

Great views

The condo’s location was great. The condo itself needs some updating, the barstools are repaired with tape and the couch smells pretty bad. Daily necessities were not supplied at check in (toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, etc), but the owner was very quick to have it sent to us, not sure if this is an isolated issue though. Lots of space for a large family or 2 families staying together. The views are amazing. I loved having a large dining table we could all sit at. Would stay here again for sure!

Great Family Vacation!

The condo is nice and as pictured. The views from the balcony are amazing! We saw a pod of dolphins! The kitchen is well equipped expect we needed some bowls with lids for leftovers. Bring hangers with you as there are only a few in the condo. The beds are very comfortable and we slept well. The only really bad thing is that the pulsating shower heads (which can't be adjusted) hurt your skin, especially if you got too much sun. Everyone in the family complained about them. These need to be changed!!!
