CUTE, EFFICIENT, EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND MORE STUDIO.

LOVED the studio! It had everything you needed and more! The bed was super comfortable. Nice having a parking space. We were pleasantly surprised that the studio had beach chairs, a beach umbrella and snorkeling gear. The only downfall was only one elevator out of the two water working and the jets in the hot tub were broken.

The apt i stayed at was very compact and beautiful. I loved being able to see most of the ocean and the owner/renter was pretty awesome. The room had many amenities for food storage and cooking aa well as beach items like snorkels, fins, beach mats and chairs. Like a private hotel. But my gripe is that one elevator was broke down and the other took too long. I didnt like the laundry pay card thing as it was confusing. There was no tub but only a shower which was fine and the pool wouldve been nice if they heated it. Other than that. Very close to most things and the area was ideal for shopping. Highly recommend

Great view with Parking

Great view and close to Ala Moana center as advertised. Property was starting to show its age. More than adequate for a 2-3 day stay, but I would probably consider other options if staying longer. Layout and useability could be improved but removing chaise lounge And outing a bar height table and chairs in that corner vs the patio chairs that make you sit below window level.

Great place and value

Excellent value. There were a couple of days where utilities were shutoff for hours during the weekday for repairs/maintenance — but that’s not the fault of the property owners. Guests were given 24-48 hour notice. Minor inconvenience. It’s Hawaii so why would there be any reason to stay in during the day anyway?

The place is cute and the view is amazing. The only drawback is that there were cockroaches found in various parts of the room and also in the lift to the room. It’s very close to the beach and good location.

Beautiful Place Great location

This was really nice. Only here for 3 days but coming back for 3 more at the beginning of the following week. The view is awesome. The place has everything. Elevators were fine during our stay. Great Location.

Great Views, Great Location

This studio was perfect for me. It was found to be clean and the linen smelled fresh and clean. It had secure parking and entry to the building. The ABC store was just 1/2 a block for morning coffee and other essentials. There are numerous restaurants, stores and bars within walking distance. The king size bed was really comfy. Print out a hard copy of the emailed check-in procedures and other info. This will make the process much easier than trying to look at your phone each time a task is required.

Good location

Overall the room was great, but the refrigerator was not working , I contacted Todd and he responded in a timely manner to fix the the refrigerator. The building itself is a little run down there we’re two elevators and one was always out of service.

Almost perfect

Great location and neighborhood. Can't beat having a reserved parking spot. We would definitely do it again. The elevators weren't a problem but we visited in late September, and I can imagine how they would be a BIG problem during peak travel seasons. Also, the window unit air conditioning couldn't keep up with the heat. We arrived late at night and the room was super hot. Even after having the A/C on full blast for hours, it was still too hot to sleep. It was cool right next to the unit but even just 5 feet away it was 10-15 degrees hotter. We found a fan in the closet (although the base was broken and it wouldn't stand up right--so we had to prop it up) and that helped to circulate the cool air better. Honestly minus the A/C not working well, it was a great place to stay.

Great view but condo not so great

On the 24th floor and location of the condo, the view looking out over the bay was nice. The condo was on the small side and a little camped. The bed was comfortable. Pool not so great. The high-rise building was dated and rundown. The noise (nothing to do with the condo except location) was loud from traffic and strong winds on the 24th floor. Waikiki is loud no matter where you stay. The biggest negative was the roaches…small roaches mostly in the bathroom but did find a few in the bed. Ugh! The only thing worse than finding a dead roach is finding a live one. For every one you see, there are a hundred you don’t. The building is old and probably infested with roaches. The owner needs to pay for a professional pest service.

Only one downfall.....the elevator!

This condo is in a perfect location and having a parking spot is a major bonus as having a car allows you to see some of the best parts of Oahu on your own timeline. The parking spots are small so having a compact car is ideal. The condo itself has everything you need and the bed is very comfortable. The pool is clean. The shower is small but does the job. It could use some new caulking. The elevator situation however is a big downfall. There is one elevator that services 40 floors. I contacted the owner to ask about it as I had read about it in some reviews and he emailed me back that he was there the day before and both elevators were working. It turns out this wasn’t true as this building has only had one elevator working for months as per the signs that are posted. The signs say that it can take up to 45 minutes for the elevator to come and that if it is not working, people should plan accordingly. The longest we waited was 20 minutes. People cram into it as they get tired of waiting so this makes the elevator very overworked. The elevator was not working on our last day at all and we had to walk down 24 flights of stairs with all of our luggage. I realize this isn’t the owners fault but this situation should be clearly indicated in the description so people know exactly what they are getting into especially if they have mobility issues. Planning when you have to be somewhere at a specific time is stressful because you never know when or if the elevator will come. Once this issue is resolved, this condo would be a great choice.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Auch wenn die Ausstattung zu wünschen übrig lässt muss man ganz klar sagen der Ausblick von der 24. Etage mit Sonnenuntergang war fantastisch und das Bett war sehr bequem und groß…zwei Fenster kann man aufschieben, super.

Convenient and clean location

The location was very convenient, especially because we came in for the marathon and it was easy to get to the convention center and start line. Having a parking spot was a huge perk! The message from the host provided very clear details on how to access the building and we knew exactly what to do when we arrived. As others have mentioned, there are elevator issues so give yourself extra time and don’t pass it up if the elevator is there! This is beyond the hosts control but it’s the only negative at all. The space was clean and had everything we could have needed. Plenty of supplies to cook with and plenty of refrigerator space. And the view is great. We loved the large windows! We had a great stay here. Although we don’t prefer to stay in the city (we prefer areas that aren’t so busy) we would certainly stay here again if we were in Honolulu. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Okay place

The AC sounds like a diesel truck is parked in the room. It needs to be serviced and cleaned. It struggled to keep the room at 75 let alone any cooler. The room was clean and moderately well-stocked. The location is good if you have a car but not if you are on foot. The closest beach in walking distance is quite rocky. The TV volume fades in and out. We killed many tiny cockroaches. The wait for the elevator was annoying and inconvenient at times and other times came pretty quickly. The place was okay but I’m not sure I’d stay here again.

What a view!

The location was perfect and so we’re the checkin instructions. When we first saw all the lockboxes we had no idea how to find the right one. But the checkin message was perfect. The room itself is quaint but adequate. The view was amazing!! Being on the 24th floor was quite nice. But having said that, the elevators were concerning. There are only 2 to service the whole building. While we were there one elevator was out of service. Can’t hold this against Thomas though since those are outside of his control. We would stay here again for sure!!
