1.The host didn't inform us of the water issues for the island in advance of our stay. Water service was terminated from 11pm until 6am daily and would be reduced to a trickle at various times during the day
2.The oven, stove top burners, clothes washer and dryer did not work at all or not properly. The host indicated she had new appliances in a warehouse waiting to be installed. We were not advised in advance
3.The locks on 2 of the sliding glass doors did not work leaving the house unsecure
4.The main door to the house had a coded locking mechanism that did not work so the door had to be locked from the inside when we departed via a lower level door that could not be locked leaving the house unsecure
5.The wifi did not work downstairs and was weak throughout the house
6.The infinity pool (big sales point) was 8-10 inches below the required level in order to work. On the 3rd day of 8, we were finally able to use the pool but it never did reach 100% capacity due to faulty pumps
7. Televisions throughout the house did not work
8. Middle double room on the lower floor bathroom-electrical outlet did not work
9.The bathrooms lower lever were always hot
10.The coded security gate sensor on one side was loose resulting in the sensors being out of line so the remote didn't work and we had to manually open the gate on numerous occasions
11.Some of the fans in the house threw dust when turned on
There is more but I am out of space. Be sure to quiz the host fully before committing
